I work in downtown Fresno and got a nail in my tire on my way to work. I called Azteca tires and asked if they had time to pull the nail out and patch it for me. Went there on 9/27/24 to get my flat fixed. I specifically asked if their machine scratches wheels and 1 of the 3 guys replies, "No, our heads are made of plastic." Feeling assured, I give them the okay. As the guy said, the machine used a plastic head to break the bead of the tire. Then the guy used a metal bar to pry the tire off the rim. Immediately, I asked to check the paint of the rim and sure enough, it was scratched. The guy said, "Yeah, that must've been from the bar." I was livid. I will be calling management to deal with the careless workmanship. read more

I showed up at noon, with no appointment, drove up and immediately was greeted by a worker. He walked up to my window wearing a mask and asked how he could help. I let him know I had a flat tire and needed a new one. He took a look and explained it was just a nail and could be patched. I appreciate that he didn't try and sell me a new tire when I didn't need one. The whole service was very quick and I never even got out of the car!!! Such amazing service. $15 bucks and 20 minutes later and I'm on my way! Don't let the look of the place fool you! There is great customer service and hard workers here! I have to leave a review for the guys at Azteca Tires. They did an amazing job on my 2012 Honda Accord! I had a wheel bearing go out and they replaced the whole hub spindle for me at a great price. I'm going with 5 here. This was my first time going into this store, and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and attitude at this store. The tech who eventually serviced the tires on my car acknowledged me immediately when I pulled into the driveway. Both my rear tires had nails/screws in them. He removed both, found one did have a tack but no hole in it, and patched the second one from the inside. He then checked the air pressure all around, and I was on my way in 20 minutes or less, at a very fair price. A great professional experience. I so appreciate small shops like this, who service what you ask for, don't try to up-sell you like the big bulls**t chain stores, and get you out and back on the road in a short time. I called in for an alignment quote & they were to the point. Their rate was within our means so we dropped off our car to get serviced. A couple hours later, they called us to let us know that it was ready for pick & not to mention, they even discounted the service rate since they said the back tires didn't need much done. That gesture alone was incredibly thoughtful of them, considering so many other people are so quick to take advantage of their consumers. We'll definitely be back & we're going to make it a point to recommend them whenever someone asks for referrals. These are the kind of businesses we want to support. read more

I have used them three times now. Twice to replace tires with used ones and once for a patch. Hey, not all of us can replace damaged tires with new ones on a whim. Despite not being a big profit customer I was treated like a VIP. Also, they honor their warranties with no questions asked. Honest business! 4 stars simply because I would have preffered not to have had to use the warranty in the first place. Had to come back and swap one of the tires I bought. read more

Called for a quote and guy said said he wasn't able to help find out tire size. How does a tire company not have some sort of data base for sizes?! I'm not car savvy so I would expect the "tire experts" to help me find out this info or at least tell me where to look on my wheel. read more

After getting the run around from a competitor I was relieved to find Azteca. They had fast service and affordable prices. He was also informative and showed me just how bad the tires I had were. I was slightly dissapointed however that they wanted wanted to charge $35 just to read the check engine light code, something i thought he said was free at the beginning. Also their credit card machine was tied in to their phone and would decline, each time he had to yell at someone else in the shop. read more

First off I understand it's a used tire shop but I got two tires from them one morning cause I was at school and noticed I had a screw in my tire so I went to see about a patch and unfortunately it was in the more "side wall" or the tire so I kinda figured it was done for so I decided to get two tires so they would match in the front a few days go by and I noticed there both a bit low mind you it's cold so I aired em up to the proper psi rating it called for a few days I had to do it again couldn't find a nail didn't hear anything this goes on and finally I'm putting air in and a burst of air on the back side there was a plug on the side wall they said they don't do that but here we are I called and talked to Sebastian and said if I have a receipt he will swap it out dope so I go down there and he rudely makes a comment that's not are patch we didn't do that "why would I waste my time lying" but they say they will replace the tire with the plug and then check out the other tire so I let them do there thing and they say it's all done and I go home get out and noticed the tire was the same brand low and behold they replugged the SIDE WALL and slapped it back on so now I gotta come out more money to get another tire that's not safe and it's still leaking sad to besides the one guy the rest were super friendly and seemed helpful read more

After someone running into my car, I had to keep the steering wheel 90 degrees to the left to keep my car driving straight. I brought my car to Azteca tires for alignment, and I told them what had happened. They took the time to look at my car in detail and explained what I needed and what each part of the process would cost. They let me wait in their sitting area while they were servicing my car. Fast, affordable, and friendly. I noticed a torn tire wall (metal showing) as I was leaving the grocery store and came straight here. I was met at my car as soon as I parked and given the option of used or new tire. I took the used and was out of there in 15 minutes and payed $35 flat. read more
