As soon as I rolled up to the shop, I was greeted before I even got out of my car. Everyone was extremely friendly. The young woman who helped me at the counter even advised me to look online and download their coupon to save a few bucks. They advised me of some things they found in my car that they don't fix there but was good to know. I was there for an oil change and tune up and was out after just about an hour. I had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube. I called to check if they service European cars, which they do (not all service Mini Coopers, so that was great)! I brought my car in, and was promptly helped by a team member. I was led to a comfortable waiting area with a clear view of the team working on my car- they were proficient, professional, and got me out in about 1/2 an hour! Fine for oil changes but do not get anything else done they recommend. I've been coming here for over 10 years. They said I needed front and back brakes. I went to Les Schwab who said my brakes are not even halfway through their life. Great way to screw long time clients. I would not recommend a business that rips off their customers like this. **Update..it is not odd to report two locations when the Spruce location told me to go to the Blackstone location because Spruce didn't have the manpower to do my brakes and then the Blackstone location also said yeah you need brakes after I told them what Spruce location recommended. This visit at the location on Spruce in Fresno Ca. was a complete 360 from my last visit. Let me start by saying with covid19 happening I completely understand going foward there are new precautions and procedures. With that said, I am utterly disappointed with this visit due to inconsistencies. Let me explain. Everything started off well until I go inside. There was a gentleman at the counter which was fine. My turn was next so I go to the counter. Immediately the manager(who let me know he was the manager) tells me :Sir I'm gonna need you to stand behind the line. He put on the gloves, sanitized the whole bit. I get it but the another customer came went right up to the counter. None of the same covid19 protocol. Another customer came same thing, no protocol. Maybe the new procedures apply to me and me only? I was the only African American there? Maybe that's the reason maybe not. The fact is I was treated like I was the single carrier of the corona virus. The manager's reasoning was that he forgets sometimes. But it seems he forgot with the customers prior and after me. This could have been a 4-star experience. We'll start w/ the price for a synthetic oil change. They start at $99. This is $44 more than American Tire in Modesto, where I normally take my cars. Pricey. I found a $20 coupon & since the guy said they'd vacuum my car, wash my outer windows, and top off the fluids, I figured I'd suffer the extra $24 more dollars. In addition, I knew it would be fairly fast, because I was the only one there. Hello, that should have been an indicator. Well, my car was ready in about 20 minutes. I was pleased w/ that. Not once, but twice did the guy at the counter say they cleaned my outer windows and vacuumed my car. They did not. I did not hear the vacuum and all the doors were open. Anyway, I didn't have time to wait while they cleaned the windows and vacuumed my car so I left. I didn't really go there for that, but I did expect it since they said they would. So, as I'm driving home, I wondered if they even topped off the fluids in my car, so when I got home and checked, to my surprise, they did not. Yeah no, it wasn't a surprise. My washer fluid reservoir was bone dry. Now I'm doubting if they even used synthetic oil since they fibbed about the other things. Overpriced and poor service. They get one star for being fast, but who knows? Did they even change my oil? Geesh. I got burned. read more

I always always go to this location. They are always super nice, helpful and don't try to push you into paying for extra things. I appreciate that. I did make this mistake of going to the one off Blackstone since it was closer at the time. I've only had my car a less than a yr and I haven't needed an oil changed yet. Well a week later I found out I had a leak after the oil change. I took it back (to the Blackstone location), they "fixed" it. Well days later it is still leaking! So I decided to take it to my trusty Spruce location and they immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it for me. Very friendly, efficient and they were super busy!! read more

I saw great reviews for this place and was so happy i took the leap. There customer service was excellent, they discussed what options I had for minor upkeep, and topped off my antifreeze no charge. (leaked since purchased brand new @ infiniti, was never resolved after years of complaints). I sent my son there (polk & herdon) with his '07 Ram hemi, and he came back glowing. I've been to this jiffy lube plenty of times before and everything was great with every oil change except the one I got on Sept 19th . Went in as usual asked for an oil change got it done and left . Drove around for an entire week not realizing my car was leaking major oil until I was made aware on Saturday visiting parents . Every driveway I parked on I ruined with the amount of oil that was spilt for the mechanic not putting in the oil filter tight enough . I was pretty much driving with no oil . Had to call a mechanic late Saturday night to come re change my oil and filter and wash my entire transmission from underneath . I am just Thankful that my transmission didn't get burnt out . They refunded me the oil change and won't ever be going back to jiffy lube again . read more

This shop is the best out of ALL automotive shops I've been to! I can honestly say I will not go anywhere else again. I went in early, about 10am. Immediately I was greeted. I asked for a basic oil change and tire check. I was offered all available options and prices, and because my Equinox is made for a Chevy special blend- I was even educated on the types of oil available for my vehicle. I was then given a step by step rundown of what else their oil change service covers. Wait time was nothing. My car was checked in within 5 minutes. I asked one of the gentleman questions about my cars performance and he educated me on many things by explaining everything out to me (I am a girl, lol). He even gave me names of a reputable tire company to get tires 3/4 used at a good deal if I can't afford full price, as well as a repair shop that would be honest and give me a good deal if I need to get my Pistons checked. By the time we were done talking my car was finished! Not more than 20 or 30 minutes. During check out the gentleman walked through everything again that was included in the service. Before I left he looked under the hood and double checked the work. My car was vacuumed and looked great inside! Wow, I love that. Overall my experience was great. This place is clean, the waiting room is nice, there was coffee and water, etc. felt cozy. Above all, the greatest customer service! All of the guys were very nice and hospitable. Did I mention they have a top-off policy for oil? Yep, up to 3000 miles. I am spreading the word about how great this place is. Never been so excited about an oil change!! I don't go anywhere else to get my oil changed, tires rotated or anything else I need to get done to my car. This place rocks! They are so friendly, go above and beyond, and are fast and inexpensive. I came here today and as soon as I pulled in, the gentleman that always helps us opened my door for me, took the trash out of my hands and threw it away for me, walked me in to the lobby and offered me coffee and a magazine. They vacuumed my carpets and washed my windows too! They are always so sweet and do way more than they need to. As a woman who hates getting car stuff done..I love this place. I love this place. I don't say that sarcastically. I have been coming here for at least 10 years. I have 3 vehicles and this Jiffy Lube has always taken care of my cars. I brought in my wife's car today and I was treated so differently then I have ever been. The person that helped me was Nic... if I saw his name correctly. His treatment of me was far off from what I normally get. I asked for one of the managers by name and he said "I'm in charge today, go to Valvoline." His response was based on me asking about the price. He gave me a much higher price then I had paid in the past. I understand that prices for everything have gone up and I would have expected some kind of explanation. I hate to give this rating but I have no other way to get my message across. I am sad because this was my go to place and might not be any more. I hope the customer service comes back up to what I am sure all are accustomed to. read more

Excellent customer service! Thanks, Jason! In a town full of places you can choose from to have your car looked at for various things, Jiffy Lube really stands out for their great quality of care. My mom's car alert let her know that he back tire was low on air and she doesn't know how to add air at a gas station. Luckily there was a Jiffy Lube right behind the corner gas station in town and she was able to speak with Jason, the manager there. He was able to check on the tires, fill the ones that needed air, and give my mom a recommendation on where to go since they don't deal with tires at Jiffy Lube. When we were all set 5 minutes later we went to pay and Jason let us know they don't charge for that. What? We will certainly be back here in the future for oil changes since that is what they focus on. I love that the oil change comes with a car wash and interior vacuum - that's my kind of service! read more
