I'm sure prices can vary based on your car. This time around they were way less pushy about upselling me on air filters and fluid flushes. I drive a Subaru, so a lot of the suggestions they offer I can't do at drive through oil change place anyway. I have to do it at the dealership, which is a pain. They come pretty close to the 15-minute oil change guarantee, so even if there's a line it moves fast. Don't forget to clip the 20% coupon on their Yelp page. Save that money! read more

I've been going here for a few years; oil, trans flush, coolant flush, filter changes, and more. They have been good but the last oil change cycle has me concerned. They changed my air filter. Later I found out they broke one of the two tabs that the top housing piece uses to hook onto the bottom piece. My wife told me they advised her to rotate her wheels. She did it for a fee. She said they weren't gentle in taking the wheels off. They kicked it and banged a mallet on it to get it off. It fell on its face on the floor. After, I looked at her wheels I realized she has staggered and directional tires. Which means you can't rotate without taking the tire off. They rotated the tires causing the the directional tires to be backwards; caused noise and shaky steering wheel. Careless. My wife said they appeared to be a bunch of kids. Pass. read more

Do not trust them with transmission fluid change they completely destroyed my 2019 Lexus. My Lexus is now in the shop for a whole new transmission They do not know how to do proper transmission fluid changes they stripped my brand, new transmission, bolt, plug, and overfilled my fluid with a running leakage and on top of that the manager Edwardo discriminated against me and sabotage my open claim to fix my transmission. I took advantage of a coupon for an oil change. Upon checking in, I was told that I would receive a conventional oil change, all fluids checked and tire pressure filled as needed to recommended pressure. After oil was pumped and pressure was attained it appeared that the service was near completion and hood was about to be dropped. I flagged the tech stating that the water for windshield reservoir hadn't been checked. He filled it (seemed it was empty or nearly so). Hood was dropped and tech getting in position to guide me out. I flagged the tech to tell him tires hadn't been checked. He seemed baffled that that hadn't been done. He engaged two other techs that were standing around chatting and the tires were done and I was guided out. All this could have been done much more efficiently I feel. read more

Giving 1 star because I decided to get a oil change at Valvoline because I didn't have time to schedule a oil change at BMW. The crew members quoted me a price that mirrored the same price as BMW which wasn't a problem but failed to notify me that they wouldn't be able to reset my mileage until after the service was completed, had i known prior to the service I wouldn't have gotten my car serviced there. Second issue my car is 12,100miles and they gave me a mileage ticket that read for my car to be serviced in 13,427 mi. Which is in 1,200 .. I used this place for the first time. I arrived around 7:45 am and there was another customer. I think this place can handle 3 cars at the same time. I didn't know how it works but basically I can stay inside car during the oil change. They examine also other part of car than doing just oil change. I used 20%-off-Coupon from Yelp and it worked. It took really 15 minutes or so. It was very quick. I may come back again. Pros: - No appointment needed. - It takes 15 minutes. - Coupon works here (Coupon never works at the car dealer shop: they always reject because of this and that!!) Cons: - Slightly more expensive than the car dealer shop. - They don't reset oil change meter inside the car system (you can reset by yourself: watch YouTube video for your car model). - I am not sure what will happens if there are a lot of cars ahead of me. read more

Very quick service. I showed up around 2:30pm on a Saturday. I was in and out within 20ish minutes. The first person who greeted me was extremely polite and thorough. I came around the time they had shift change. So the next person who helped me seemed like she was managing the three bays up top on her own. She did a a good job managing the three cars as well as having good customer interaction. The only reason why I marked down one star was they did not offer or talk to me about any possible mileage maintenance that was showing up on their screen next to my car. I'm glad I saw it though because it reminded me to have my tires rotated. All in all, a solid place to go for an oil change. And they even have Apple Pay which helps when I always forget to bring my debit card with me. read more

I service my cars and children cars at this place but I will not be going there anymore as the service have gotten worse, the prices are more expensive than even the dealer. The other day I stopped there to just have them check the air pressure because I was going out of town but they ended up charging me $11 just to check the air pressure. I had him check the oil levels since I paid $11 after he told me all good. They are greedy now and don't show appreciation for returning customers. I am done with place. I've brought 2 of my cars here, service has been in a steady decline over the past year. On one car, they put the wrong oil in a freshly rebuilt motor after repeatedly telling them it needed to be a certain weight. When they told me as I was being checked out I told that was not what I asked for and they then indicated that they didn't have the oil I requested and that I wouldn't need to worry about it. I had to take my car else where and get the oil changed the same day. I decided to give them another chance on my other car since the service had been great before last time but unfortunately I was met with similar poor customer service when they started working on a car that came in after me in an completely empty garage. Note, I've been using Valvoline fairly routinely for several years now. Found Valvoline pricing online and a coupon. I was pulled in and the oil change started. About half way through the guy wanted to be paid so I showed him my coupon and gave him my credit card. The price charged was $70 more than the online regular price to which he said prices just went up. Checked price for same oil online and was approx $8/qt. I was charged $19.16/qt plus labor, plus a premium filter charge and a hazardous waste fee. Total charge was $160. Checked across the street and they could do the same service for approx $60. What a rip off. I'm done with Valvoline as they have regressed as an honest reasonable oil change outfit. Oh, and the guy forgot to replace my engine cover. I have taken my two cars there before and didn't mind the wait usually 45 min to an hour. We all know 15 min oil change is a lie unless you are in a compilation. The rep was not helpful when I asked if it could be done in an hour, his reply was no, even though I was next in line. To be honest I think he did not want any more customer for the day. Damian was extra and I'm here for it! He did a great job. Now, regarding the wait, I'm going to do a little math here so bare with me. If there is a car in the bay, and you are #2 in line behind that car, expect to be there approximately 45 minutes. They take approximately 15 minutes per car so if you want to be in-and-out in 15 minutes, get there when they open or be the first in line. This is the part the manager isn't going to love. Usually do my own oil changes, but Went for an oil change yesterday and already the workers had bad attitude and poor customer service. Paid $87 for damn expensive oil change only to come home to a puddle of oil leaking from the bottom of my car. I went back the same day to notify them of the problem and yet they tell me.. ooh no it's not our problem it's your car. Lies. I heard one of the kids working there with the glasses and bmw hat say .. they already paid and cashed out so not our problem anymore... literally not good showing me that they don't care about how the job is done. They just say what you want to hear so they don't get blamed and get a bad name for themselves. So now I have to lift my car back up and check the oil change myself. I've been here three times now and I am getting less impressed with each visit. My last visit was September 4th..The guy this last time kept up charging me for things they hadn't in the past. One item I understand he said they would to an upgrade and change filters for me and he rambled off about the engine filter and cabin would be checked and changed plus there is another filter that gets changed but is said it is included with the regular oil change price. So this guys checks my engine filter and it's not really dirt so it's not changed. I wait to see if he will check the cabin filter then (and ladies please know the cabin filter is behind your glove box inside your car ), he never did! I asked him since he never changed any filters why is he still charging me for a filter change. He couldn't really answer the question, then he said it was the oil filter he changed but I pointed out that that was said it was included and I was charged before . His excuse was that I had to have a special one . Lol .. but last time I didn't ok plus when asked what he used and why it was different he could explain and said I don't really know. Then he left my car cause I think he didn't like being questioned cause he also charged me for more oil which hadnt happen until this visit. When he passed me off to another guy I ask him to please check my tires cause I had asked the last guy to and he didn't . This guy goes oh he said he did already.. ok people I am sitting in the car the whole time !!! No he did not check anything . I just can't , sorry but I think this will be my last time here. read more
