I hit a curb in my BMW and cracked my rim so I knew it was going to cost me some serious money. I had cancelled my AAA service and was weary of paying an outrageous fee for a tow. Luckily I called Aatak and Adolf was able to help me. Within an hour he was able to retrieve my vehicle. I was worried that the vehicle would be drug onto the flatbed potentially causing more damage but Adolf handled my vehicle as if it was his own. To be frank, this guy did stuff I'd never seen before. He was able to maneuver his truck into a very tight space and rolled the flatbed under my vehicle without it even moving and causing more damage! My truck broke down Friday am in the vicinity of Valley Children's Hospital that is 3-4 miles out of the city of Fresno. Being a 20 year member of AAA I called for roadside assistance at 8:30 - AAA said too busy so someone will come by 10:30 - to my detriment I waited for 2 hours but nobody arrived - at 10:30 I called AAA again and I was told it will be one and a half more hours... at that time I checked yelp and Aatak had great reviews- Adolfo answered the phone and he was professional and knowledgeable matter of fact - he told me he would be on my site in 25 minutes he was there in 20 - greeted me and got to work - in 15 more minutes my truck was secured on his vehicle and on its way to the shop.
