I had to have my car towed from a repair shop in Fresno to a repair shop in Selma. I called 3 places for quotes before calling this place. They were the most affordable by far! I don't remember who i spoke with, but when I asked when I could schedule a tow he let me know he had someone in the area and could meet me in 20 mins (which is how long it took me to get there). Sure enough, Mario drove up right after I got there. Got my car loaded and off to Selma. I definitely will use the tow company again next time we need a tow. read more

Mario is the best! Professional, friendly and he got to me fast. He also wore a mask which I appreciated. My son's car wouldn't start and was stuck in a parking lot overnight and we needed it towed. We had tried jumping it and it didn't work. Mario met me in the parking lot and jumped it. He used his test equipment to determine that the alternator was good, and suggested the battery might be bad but as long as I kept it running should get it home. I happily paid him (and he didn't charge the full fee) and headed home in it, but the electrical system seized up and it died in the middle of Cedar. I called him and he immediately came back to help, hooked up the car, took me back to get my own car and then followed me home. He still only charged me the normal tow fee. Mario! What a great guy. I was really stranded, car over heated on a Sunday afternoon. Stalled right on the exit ramp!! My "emergency" roadside assistance said they would have a truck in 1 hour 30 minutes, are you kidding? I am in the middle of traffic. Did a quick Yelp search, called Mario @ Fresno Towing. He said, "I will be there in 15 mins"; but within 10 mins Mario was there had my car on the flatbed safe and sound. But the story does not end there. Since I am new in town, I asked Mario for a recommendation for a mechanic. Next day I think I can make it to the mechanic, *sigh* no such luck! Once again, Mario to the rescue. Within 15 minutes of calling he was there, loaded up me and the car and took us to the mechanic. Super efficient, kind and gracious he took care of me twice. Made sure to tell the mechanic to look after me, really my car! Hopefully I don't have to call Mario to save me again, but if I ever need a tow, his is programmed into my cellphone! I had some trouble with my car and had an appointment with my dealership, but as I was not sure of the actual issue, and my car was leaking something, my fiancé and I decided it was not safe to drive, because we don't know what it is. I wanted to get it towed to the dealership. So I had called a competitor during the week, they stated that they couldn't take appointments on the weekend (and to be honest, I didn't think tow companies would make appointments anyway so that is fine), but that if I called an hour before they needed to be there, that they would accommodate me. So I thought everything would be fine. I called that company this morning, and in a nutshell the woman who answered the phone was rude, stated that was impossible, and that it would be at least 3 hours. I did inform them that they should NOT lie to people and hung up. So now I had literally barely over an hour to even get to my appointment on time, and no way to get there, short of driving an unsafe vehicle myself and risking an accident. I did a google search and found Fresno Towing Service, and so started with them. The man who picked up got my address, and said that his driver was on a call, but he would send him as soon as he was done, and that it would be less than an hour, which would be just about the longest I could wait. Mario was at my home in about 40 minutes from when I hung up with the guy who answered, and he got me to my dealership on time. He was fast because of my situation, but thorough, and very polite. Considering I had given them super short notice, like, please help NOW, they were amazing. I have now saved their phone # and will use them again, if I have car issues. The side of the truck said Fresno Towing and had this number, 454-8800.This truck driver is horrible, hooked up my daughters car while she was in it! Because she parked in the wrong spot while she was waiting to pick up her boyfriend who was in an Urgent Care on the other side of the parking lot. The management is using the tow truck and Fresno PD to pick on poor people who go to the urgent care and don't realize from the back of the building that it doesn't share the same address. What he did according to the V.C Section 22658 is a misdemeanor and she was supposed to be allowed to move her car. I don't even know what to do about the parking ticket the PD issued because its not legal as he detained her and would not allow her to move the car which the same code says she has to right to do. The signs that are posted also do not meet the code because they do not have the name and number of the towing company on it and that is the first thing in the code. This tow truck driver parked on the side of the building and just waited for another after we left because an elderly woman in the Urgent Care a little while later had to have the receptionist call him because she did not speak English and he had her car. My daughter said the receptionist had to leave her job and take her because she had no one to help her and her checkbook was in the car, the driver would not bring it back and she was charged 220 to get her car. The poor women more then likely didn't even know what the signs said. They have been doing this, according to other witnesses for 2 weeks and have hooked up cars with kids in them and the parents have had to carry babies out of the parking lot.
