I got a flat tire this morning on the 99 at 5 am and had to pull over on the super narrow (and dangerous) right shoulder past the Merced St exit! Cars were zooming past me at high speed (what's a Move Over Law? ). CHP said they couldn't really help me. I called Joel and he quickly came to find me and got me to safety. He also changed my tire! All this for an affordable price. I would 100% trust this man with my life, again. Hopefully it doesn't ever come to that lol. read more

i recommend red cat towing even though he doesn't work with triple, aaa insurance, triple aaa insurance would not tow my pick up truck because it has utility bars on top, and i'm a member of triple aaa red cat towing towed my truck for a reasonable price. i couldn't find another tow truck company that would tow my truck. i was stuck on the side of freeway 99 in fresno for 8 hours. read more

I was having so much bad luck last weekend with mechanics, my battery dying, my alternator needing to be replaced. Everything that could have gone wrong, subsequently, went wrong. I was on my way to a wedding when my truck died on the side of the freeway. I called a local shop that promised to have a tow truck coming my way within a few hours. Essentially, they had called me back three hours later to let me know that they no longer had tow trucks available. I was in town from Los Angeles, by the time they had called, I had already left my truck unattended with the keys inside (as instructed as they were going to be there very quickly). I was already at the wedding by the time they had told me they were unable to send a tow, and CHP had already flagged my car to be towed for being on the side of the freeway for more than four hours. Joel really was the light of my weekend. He towed my truck safely, with all of my belongings to the mechanic shop I had previously scheduled an appointment at for the next morning. He called me when he reached the shop, and even let me speak to the mechanic to ease my worries. He gave me an awesome deal, and really was such a pleasure, he was polite, reassuring, and very professional.
