Quality Service began at the beginning with the person who answered the phone which I later found out was the owner of the company and I was really nice. Leroy the driver was very friendly he told me hey if you can get it into the driveway and into your garage if you can save $75 he was very honest with me but I decided to pay the money the man and come over taking time out of his day and it wasn't that much money. The car is a BMW 20 years old with a fuel filter problem. If anyone needs to have tow service down in Fresno suggest calling Herndon Towing because that was a very friendly company

Deputy specifically stated no hold on car when towed, just owner with ID REQUIRED. Holidays was given for reason not opened until Monday by person who called back us back from Golden State with this number (559)853-7997 person I spoke with on the phone laughed when I stated we were trying all day to get a call back, and also said the Deputy always says no hold but they require a release. No reason given when I asked why, just more laughter.

(Where it's legal to drop off vehicles) The individual (employee) was super hesitant on helping me tow my truck there. He felt like I was "tricking" him into just dropping my vehicle in an unauthorized space. Even though I had a physical confirmation to drop off my truck to be seen the next day. Wasn't helpful at all. Made me feel terrible after a long rough day anyways. He called me rude. Left me stranded and canceled the tow. Beware and find elsewhere.

We did not have the key and when the tow truck guy came to do the job he was unable to tow the car without the car. Up until this point no one explained that we needed to have the key present or that they were not able to perform the job without a key. At this point once the company decided that the job could not be done he then asked the person that was with my car to pay a $10.00 fee and reluctantly we agreed. After a certain point he handed my boyfriend the apple pay phone and tried to charge a $40.00 for NO SERVICES or even being front loaded with it being a $40.00 because again we were initially told $10.00. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend services from them. Update: They called me back to say I should "look for other tow truck companies because there was an issue with their tow truck driver Felipe" To be clear we were never going to return a call to their company due to the sketchy interaction of them trying to charge $ 40.00 under the pretense of a $ 10.00 non service fee. Please do not spend your money with this company due to the fact that if my boyfriend did not look at the apple pay services he would have gotten scammed out of $ 40.00 for absolutely NO SERVICE.
