Fast and very professional service. I will definitely use them again, should the circumstances arise again.

Had a classic car up against a wall in a garage that needed to be removed. All four tires are flat but Rudy was able to maneuver it safely out of the garage onto the back of his flat top. He also dropped it off with precision at the location I needed it to go. read more

i do not recommend this company at all fresno police used them november 1st and they stated my license was expired which was not had not been expired or suspended until december for this year therefore hunter towing stated that i owe much more money for two nights instead of i was thinking of the price 300 bucks if they said it was $4,000 keep on coming out with these excuses excuses i had a crown victoria 2005 with many upgrades low miles they didn't let me get nothing out of my car including a lot of personal belongs in my blonde and my parents that are deceased now we were in a process of moving to oklahoma i never deal with a tow company like this whatsoever they haven't heard the last of me yet though i'm going to prove all this and i'm going to be quite a bit of trouble so i think that they need to be brought up on charges and my name is daniel beason maybe somebody can get a hold of me and we can work on this together because it's totally totally wrong talk to other tow companies they don't operate like that i'm not supposed to operate like that these people won't even call me back or answer the phone for me anymore thank you for reading this taking the time for it sincerely daniel beeson read more

Gabriel was amazing! I was stuck on the freeway called AAA for a tow eta was spot on! Super nice service was amazing!

Our driver, Jacob, was extremely pleasant and helpful! I would recommend them and this driver again!!!

Great Experience! Brian the driver took great care of my vehicle when loading and unloading and got me safely dropped off at my destination. Very professional! read more

Beyond grateful. Service was great, the driver, Rafael arrived faster than AAA estimated and was super helpful.

I could not have been happier with this service when I called this morning to get tow service for my car that was inoperable but able to be put into neutral in front of my home and then picked up and towed into my garage on an elevated driveway Herndon Towing could not have been a nicer company. Quality Service began at the beginning with the person who answered the phone which I later found out was the owner of the company and I was really nice. Leroy the driver was very friendly he told me hey if you can get it into the driveway and into your garage if you can save $75 he was very honest with me but I decided to pay the money the man and come over taking time out of his day and it wasn't that much money. The car is a BMW 20 years old with a fuel filter problem. If anyone needs to have tow service down in Fresno suggest calling Herndon Towing because that was a very friendly company read more

Got text from mom yest that car bit the dust and AAA was 90 min out, so I went and sat with her while she waited. Two hours later, I call AAA and am told it'll still be another 2-3 hrs! They did say they would reimburse if we went with an outside company. So after a few calls, I found myself on the phone with Christian from Herndon Towing, and I could not be any more pleased at how things turned out. Christian was there in 20 min and I felt safe in knowing he'd get my 75yo mom and her 30yo car home safely. Christian, if you're reading this, tell your mom she raised a good boy! read more

Popped tire...no problem. Called AAA and Shane from Herndon Towing showed up. He was friendly and greeted us with a smile and compassion for our situation. He was also exceptionally fast and efficient when changing the tire. Would highly recommend this company. read more

Great experience with Herndon towing. I was in urgent need of a tow to an auto repair shop. Brian called while on his way to confirm the details. When he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. When we arrived at the auto repair shop, the service manager heaped high praise on him also. All in all a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to call Herndon towing again! read more

Was helpful in directing me to a company move some equipment and metal boxes on a flat bed

My boyfriend's car died on a busy street and we called for a tow and they were there within 20 minutes. But honestly that's not the reason why I gave them 5 stars. Brian and Bruce were our technicians and while they were towing the car back to my house there was an accident on the opposite side of the street and without hesitation I see both of them jump out of the truck to help the people whose car was upside-down. It was amazing to see how prepared they were to help. Even though they were helping they made sure to let us know we would still be taken care of. They were so apologetic for the delay but we assured them that it was completely fine. I 100% respect these two guys for their performance today. Thanks Brian and Bruce. We need more people like you in this world. read more

I don't even want to give them one star. My husband talked to Grant who said he would have a tow truck out in an hour and quoted $65. He called us back an hour later & said the guy he had coming couldn't come after all but he could send one that was clocking in in about 15 minutes. We tried calling him back 45 minutes later when no one showed but he didn't answer. My husband then called the business number and Oscar said he just clocked in & didn't sound like he knew anything about it. He then tried to say it would be $90 instead of the $65 we were quoted. My husband tried calling Grant again but he still didn't answer. We went with another company & will never use Herndon Towing! read more

I just want to say thank you to Herndon Towing for the amazing job your drivers did last night in the flooding in Southeast Fresno. You drivers went above and beyond their job. Keep up the good work and awesome drivers. read more

Called AAA for towing service, a man named Jacob helped me get my wife's car to get serviced. He was quick and willing assist me. He did not waste time to get the job done. Thank you Herndon Towing for hiring great people! read more

Vincent did a great job pulling our 22 foot trailer onto his flatbed and transporting it FreedomRV to repair the loss of a rear wheel.

First day back work after a nice vacation and my car breaks down, really. I called AAA and they immediately sent out the tow truck. The tow truck dispatcher contacted me to verify location and arrived within 5 minutes. Damian was my driver and was super nice. He attempted to resolve the normal car problem issues (battery, cables) but having a blown head gasket there wasn't much he could do. While he loaded my vehicle on his flatbed he allowed me to sit in his ice cold truck. Truck interior was very clean and the ride was comfortable. Being a AAA Premier member, I've used Herndon Towing several times and so fortunate that AAA only uses them for their member services. Fast, professional and reliable. Highly recommended. read more

Herndon Towing is contracted by CSAA with whom we have our insurance and towing service. Herndon Towing is close by and has a fleet of trucks to send out for those with car problems. The young man who came out to tow our car from our garage to the mechanic's was punctual and polite. It's nice to know you are being well cared for by a local company when your car does not perform as expected. read more

I called at 10:45PM and told them I had locked my keys in my car. They specifically told me it would be $55 dollars and that they would be there shortly. I waited for 30 minutes thinking they would arrive but nope. I called back to double check and said they got pulled over by cops (sounding like an excuse) and that they would be there in a bit. Nope. An additional 15 minutes I waited and called back. Said they'll be there in 5 minutes. Still, no one shows up. So here I am outside, waiting in a total of over an hour (the time being 12:10AM). Then he shows up. Apologized and I asked if they would give me a discount for waiting that long without contact as to why the delay. Nope. Still charged me the $55. Yeah, both parties apologized but still doesn't cut it. Should've gave me a discount. Bad management. Waste of your time and your money. Don't even bother at all! read more

called and asked for a tow away of someone blocking my garage. Called one of his drivers for a minute and said that he'd be on his way and would call me. Half an hour later I call back to see what's up and the dude seemed annoyed that I would even ~dare to call him back. No call no show at that point. Garbage read more

Called for a tow said within an hour someone would be out. After an hour no one so I called back and the new person on duty was unaware of the call. He called around his other workers and they said they couldn't come out as AAA takes priority calls. It would have been nice for a quick courtesy call for the issue instead of leaving me high and dry. I would have easily called another company instead of being stranded on the side of the 99 during 5 o'clock traffic. The other driver apologized and got out here after 1 1/2 hours and me calling back. Wouldn't use this place unless aparently you have triple A. Really felt forgotten and disregarded. Communication is key! read more

When our rental car broke down in Fresno, we got excellent, friendly service from Herndon Towing. Brian was friendly and knowledgeable, and what could have been a hellish afternoon became a pleasant ride with a total pro driver. If you need a tow this is the company. They are awesome. They towed my '69 VW Camper to the shop and did an awesome job. They helped me push it into the street and into the bay at the shop. Really wish I remembered the drivers name, but he was great. Thanks again! read more

Overjoyed with this morning's service. Thought I had dead battery as I was not able to charge it enough to start engine. Call to AAA brought Herndon Towing, sorry I don't remember the young man's name, with charger and tools. As I described my experiences he immediately knew where to begin the search, worked to solve the issue, aided me with knowledge about my alarm system, how that had been draining my battery, where to buy remote batteries, and with his encouragement found another remote still in its package and it has a working battery. I now have a vehicle with no need to go to the mechanic, no need to go to alarm business, and only need to buy remote batteries. He even told me where I could find batteries. Thank you for promptness, commonsense, skill, efficiency, explanation of needs (without being too detailed), and a kind spirit. "On the road again, I'm glad to be on the road again...." read more

Rusty and the service from Herndon Towing was amazing! Honest, fast, and very fair. My car died and I had my child with me. Stuck alone in a parking lot they got there fast and he even got my car started up again! Rusty figured out the problem and I was able to drive my car home safely. The next day I took it into the mechanic immediately! He could have lied and made me pay a full tow price but his honesty will ALWAYS make me call them first from now on. Thank you for saving the day Herndon Towing!!! read more

After a blown head gasket left my fiancé and I stranded, we called AAA for a tow from Fresno to Oakland. Jason arrived well before expected and loaded our SUV on his flatbed quickly, with precision. Despite the journey ahead of us, Jason was very accommodating, ensuring the temperature in the cabin was just right for my fiancé and I. He was a great conversationalist which made the seemingly long ride home much shorter. Jason was a smooth, safe driver. Shortly after our drop off, my fiancé forgot her glasses in his truck and he called to let me know. He even pulled over for me to catch up & retrieve them. If I'm in need of another tow, I'd be glad to have Jason or any of the folks at Herndon Towing come to the rescue! Thanks again! read more

Jeff was extremely courteous and friendly; he came in 15 minutes before the eta AAA gave me! The whole process was quick and painless; I felt like I was being taken care of and my car was in good hands.
