DO NOT I repeat DO NOT ever use this tow truck company. I called in to get my van towed. At the…read morepoint of the phone call and I clearly explained the situation and how I was not present with my vehicle but would have someone there to make sure the tow went through and the services were paid. We did not have the key and when the tow truck guy came to do the job he was unable to tow the car without the car. Up until this point no one explained that we needed to have the key present or that they were not able to perform the job without a key. At this point once the company decided that the job could not be done he then asked the person that was with my car to pay a $10.00 fee and reluctantly we agreed. After a certain point he handed my boyfriend the apple pay phone and tried to charge a $40.00 for NO SERVICES or even being front loaded with it being a $40.00 because again we were initially told $10.00. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend services from them. Update: They called me back to say I should "look for other tow truck companies because there was an issue with their tow truck driver Felipe" To be clear we were never going to return a call to their company due to the sketchy interaction of them trying to charge $ 40.00 under the pretense of a $ 10.00 non service fee. Please do not spend your money with this company due to the fact that if my boyfriend did not look at the apple pay services he would have gotten scammed out of $ 40.00 for absolutely NO SERVICE. I work with a bunch of towers as I am an insurance agent for the tow truck industry and never in my 8 years of experience has any one ever did business this way. Please find a more reputable tow truck companies with the capabilities of towing your car WITH OR WITHOUT a key as this is a simple service.

He told me that he thought it was just my battery & he could get it started for me, so instead of costing me a tow, he jumped my car & got me back on the road so I could go get the battery replaced! I requested a tow through my insurance and got this shit company who gave me an eta of 75-105 minutes. So I called to expedite my request since I was in the middle of traffics. He said they were working on a tow and it would be 75-105 minutes. So I said ok. After waiting 2 hours I called to check the status and the guy said "based off of our last conversation I didn't think you wanted my tow service" I said "no, I didn't say that" he said "I know you didn't say that. That's what I thought" I said "I want the tow service. Thank you" and that conversation ended. I Immediately received a text from my Insurance company stating that he CANCELLED my request! Later that evening, the situation completely changed. After I wasn't interested in bartering, I was told I would be charged for the service. I would have had no problem paying if the cost had been communicated upfront, but changing the terms afterward left a bad impression. My issue isn't simply being charged--it's the lack of clear and consistent communication about payment. Based on my experience, I'd recommend getting the price and payment expectations clearly established before accepting service.
