horrible experience, owner is raciest person. I was asking a question about the fees and he got very defensive. I understand he's trying to do this job but he shouldn't be speaking to anyone the way he does. trying to educate more like trying to steal money. 24 hours haven't passed and yet charges for a full day. they make all this money and this place is a dump, dirty chairs, dust everywhere, and holes on the wall everywhere. read more

My daughte's Audi started vibrating real bad, she pulled over and called me. When I got there I started the engine and it was running to ruff. Shut in down and restarted it. It only ran for about 20 seconds and then shut down. So we called triple A they sent out the first flatbed tow truck. The driver told us that he couldn't tow us because we could not put the car in neutral, we would have to call AAA back ant tell them that we needed a tow truck that carried skates in order to put the car on the flatbed. When we called AAA back they sent another flatbed truck the same type truck out and low and behold Jake from Larry's towing let us know that the other guy should've had skates on his truck. Then Jake went to the back of my daughter's Audi and pulled out her tire repair, kit pulled out a tool went to the driver side lifted the floor mat out opened up a little trap door stuck the tool in it and turned it. Low and behold the car was overridden into neutral. Jake also removed a tool (eye bolt) that screwed into the front of the car so he could pull it up on the truck. If I could give a rating of 10 I would give it to Jake, Larry you need to make sure that you keep Jake he has great customer service and knowledge. If I ever brake down I would hope to get a person as good as Jake. read more

I bought a 2005 Toyota highlander from larys towing,when I bought it I looked to make sure the registration was curent,current, had 2025 tags on it.i realize the bill of sail says as is, but when I went to put in my name,it came up as last being registered in 2021,I would never have bought the car knowing it hadent been registered currently,I haven't contacted larys yet.but will tomorrow to see if they will make it right somehow.i paid 1600,for the car,think they should give back at least 500 of my money,and I will deal with everything,think its going to cost me a lot to get it to pass smog,it said as is,but with fake tags on it.how can a legitimate towing company sell a car with fake tags read more

On two separate occasions, my son and I each had a flat tire and called Larry's out. Quick, courteous service and so helpful. My son had his flat in a very busy area during 5'oclock traffic. He towed my son to a safe place and put the spare on and even helped teach him a few things. Will definitely use again. read more

No shelves. Asked if I can exchange my item, he said no. Please don't do business with a scammer like him!!! PLEASE READ THIS DESERVES ZERO RATING PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS My car was towed because my registration sticker wasn't on the car I have the registration sticker and it was inside my car I told them I can prove the payment for that was made on time earlier this year I told them i still owe 2,500 on the car And am actively making payments I just found out today that they had it SINCE NOV 2 2020 FROM THE POLICE I thought my father picked it up beforehand and I've been working out my current circumstances I called and explained and offered to show my domestic violence situation and paperwork And the fact that I'm trying to pay for a lawyer for family law And I'm working with marjaree mason center And I offered to show my restraining orders and emergency protective order and all my paperwork I told him I need that car to work and it's mine and I honestly did not know it was there He told me to make a offer, I did I offered the towing fee I told him I don't have money right now and my family is poor and I started a gofundme account lately to help me pay for a lawyer to protect my son and didn't go into too much detail at all He said towing fee I owe every single day fee and repairs he did on it. I explained again I was being truthful and can prove everything I said to him He said I can call my lein company and they'll add it onto my loan I asked him why he told me to make an offer if he wasn't going to make a deal And he said that's his deal I asked him to please empathize with me He said he was and I asked how and he said "because I'm telling you to call your loan company" I asked if he had kids , he said yes I explained I know this is a business but I genuinely didn't know you had the car there , HE LAUGHED AT ME AND CALLED ME MANIPULATIVE I even told him I got the living shit beat out of me right infront of my son and I had to leave my apartment and pay for a storage and get to a safe place with my son and it's all happening so fast And he said "there's been a reasonable amount of time since then " and to borrow the money then he then told me I can go to my loan company and ask them for the past 2 months payments back, then come back to him and give him that money and I can pay my car off , but it stays at his tow yard til then I told him I felt like he didn't care and he said I do care , I said how , you literally want all the money, he said talk to your apartment manager talk to your lein company, go borrow the money I have a business here I told him I can prove all of this to him and I need the car to work my son is a toddler and I didn't know it was there , my dad told me he was going to pick it up before you towed it. I've been recovering from the trauma I've experienced from domestic violence and trying to fight to protect my son and I know this has nothing to do with a business but this guy LAUGHED AT ME , CALLED ME MANIPULATIVE AND BASICALLY SAID TOO BAD Then he hung up on me!!! read more

Had a good experience with these folks. Driver came out, was friendly enough. We chatted briefly about my disabled vehicle and he proceeded to load it up and take it to my destination. Prompt, Professional , cheapest rate among 5 tow company's I contacted. Loaded on a flatbed and unloaded it at my preferred shop. I couldn't ask for anything more.
