Let me just say these people are AMAZING!!!! They saved me from a no show from the valero brothers towing company. I was stranded within the Sequoia National Park and I called Michael's towing. The woman on the phone was an absolute angel! I believe our tow truck driver said her name is Maria. Maria walked me through how much the tow would cost, how far they could take me and even went out of her way to connect me with northern AAA while I am a Southern Cal AAA member. Maria dispatched the driver, his name is Caesar. Caesar was so amazing. He was a gentleman, friendly and fast. My father has some medical issues and Caesar was so kind and accommodating. This was such a smooth and relieving ride home. I am forever grateful for Michael's towing for giving us peace of mind on such an otherwise stressful day. Thank you so much for such great customer service! read more

Our car battery died on the morning we were scheduled to leave our campsite in Sequoia National Park. What a terrible thing to happen in an isolated mountain campground! We called AAA and they sent us Alex to tow our car out. He was excellent, extremely well informed, super helpful, courteous, friendly, and went out out of his way to help us in any way possible. We are extremely lucky that we got Alex from Michael's Towing! read more

They came very quickly and were very professional. He treated the elderly ladies with care and provided the business card for further reference with the accident. Thank you for the service. read more

Michael's Towing is all business, no nonsense. My transmission blew out up the mountain on highway 180. I was stuck in the road. I spoke to the driver personally, he asked me about my vehicle and how it was loaded. He went back to the shop to get a bigger tow truck. He was very pleasant and actually cared about my dilemma. Once he arrived, he got us hooked up and out of there in no time. This is a great company. Thanks Michael's Towing. read more

Fernando picked us up in Sequoia National Park when we were stranded with a transmission that went out. He obviously knew what he was doing. He towed us to our hotel in Three Rivers. He was interesting and engaging during the drive to our hotel. We would highly recommend Fernando and Michael's Towing! read more

Michael's Towing saved my bacon recently. I loaned my C230 to my daughter for her summer at Hume Lake. At summer's end, the vehicle wouldn't start along with a wheels locked and the front wheels turned left. Alex from Michael's responded to my Triple A request. With the locked wheels, it was a project. Alex expertise was invaluable. He used the truck placement and tilting his flat bed like and artist and got my car safely secured and driven down to Fresno. Thanks to Alex and the whole Michael's team. KUDOS! read more

Fernando was so friendly and kind! He made everything easy! Would definitely call them again!

In the pitched blackness of the night, deep in the 2500ft elevation mountainous ranges of the Sequoia national Forest... I found myself without gas - and regretting how I lost the debate with myself in contemplating the yays or nays on if I should get gas or not -knowing that Valero was the last place of civility to purchase this small precious commodity aka petroleum. So...I, a single woman alone sit w/o movement... w/o gas. A passing thought posed in my mind - AAA? Do they... would they... could they do a drive-by and help a girl out hmmm - so my beloved Habibi Iphone was in hand w/ AAA app and fingers doing the walking on entering roadside assistance before any horror movie scenes set in my head b/c of my predicament. Then alone came my Marvel road warrior "Cesar". Cesar was above par in professionalism, arriving ahead of schedule, service, courteous, attentiveness. He's a true asset to the Micheal's automotive team. He came... he saw, he conquered and gestured a farewell - parting w/ such great happiness since Cesar was victorious in his challenge and so was I w/ mine. read more

My driver was very helpful. He even coached me on how to position my vehicle safely to avoid further damage so that he could attach it to the tow truck. I could not have asked for a better driver. read more

Big Thanks to Michael's Towing. Life-saver. Answered my call on a Saturday night when. My super duty truck lost a sensor. No other towing company had a big enough trailer to tow me to the dealership. Driver was on-time, dropped off truck at the dealership. Highly Recommended. Thank you again for getting me off that mountain highway. read more

I'm giving 3 stars as an average of the good experiences I've had in the past and the really bad one I had recently. I noticed a slow-leak flat on my car and called AAA at 3:45pm on a Wednesday, asking them to tow the car to Les Schwab which was going to close at 6pm. AAA said Michael's wouldn't be able to get the car half a mile away to Les Schwab before they closed. I was home and on break from work so I said the next day would be fine. Originally it was "first thing in the morning but the driver will contact you with an ETA." At 7:50am the ETA was 10-20 minutes. At 8:30am, the ETA was another 45-60 minutes. At 9:15am the ETA was 9:35am. They actually showed up at 10am. I get that there are delays and I don't expect everything to be perfectly timed, but from calling it in to getting the tow was literally over 18 hours. Fortunately the car and I were at home and on break from work, but that isn't usually the case when your car betrays you. read more

Prompt service and a very fair quote! I called around and got 4 different prices, and Michael's gave me a quote that was 75 dollars lower than any other towing place. They were there within 30 minutes, Call Michael's if you need a tow at a fair price. read more

Great experience! Driver went out of his way to make a bad situation less hassle. Thank you!

I had a flat tire last night after dark and called to get my car towed 40 miles to the tire store. Andres came quickly and called while he was on his way to make sure he came to the right place. He was very friendly and super helpful! The process was quick and easy, and made my car problems feel much less scary! read more

Needed a tow after being stranded in Sequoia National Park. To make things worse I had barely any cellphone reception. Found Michael's Towing through AAA and they were then fastest responding tow service I've ever come across. Keep in mind I was in a somewhat remote area on a federal holiday. read more

Caesar, the tow truck driver, is very professional and polite. He arrived quickly and loaded up our vehicle with ease. Very pleased with the tow service we received. Thank you! We have used Michaels Towing in the past as they are used with Triple A insurance. Highly recommend both services from both companies. read more

AAA sent Michael towing to our house he was informed the truck was a 1 ton dually. He told his driver to leave our truck because it would scratch the paint on the bed of his truck at our house. After he left AAA refused to call another tow company because he keeps telling AAA he can do the job the next day because his driver was lacking experienced. The driver stated at our house the truck would fit and could load without any issues. My husband heard the owner give the driver the orders to leave our house without the truck. AAA will not send another tow truck so we our truck is still stranded since 1:30 today. This company is a joke! They believe customers should wait for him indefinitely to get his jobs done! read more

The towing guy(Cris) was really rude. We asked him a question so we can pick up our truck in the afternoon and he wouldn't answer our question. He replied do not get rude with me When all we wanted to know was where the truck was getting towed too. It was a simple question that he turned into a argument! He started to say he was 1 hour away from dinuba. When In reality he was from Reedley! He charged us 300$+ for 15 mins of help! DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY! UNLESS U WANT TO GET "RIPPED OFF" LITERALLY! read more

My cousin and I called AAA from King's Canyon because we couldn't find our car keys and thought we had locked them in the trunk of the car. The gentleman who came out from Michael's Towing was exceptionally kind, knowledgable, and quick-thinking! First he helped us get into the car, only to find out the keys were not in there! At that point, he went into problem-solving mode--helping us look for the keys and coming up with alternative plans in case we could not find them. THANKFULLY, with his help, we found the keys at a nearby security station where they had been turned in. What could have been an extremely expensive problem ended up being a relatively harmless blip in our trip, thanks to his kindness and patience. He really went above and beyond to help us and I could not be more grateful. read more

I called for a towing & these people were trying to charge me a lot! The price was going to be $280 for 12 minutes to the place where I wanted it delivered to!! I do not recommend this place at all!!! I believe the person who answered was named cris. Do not call this so called company read more

We've used Michael's many times. Every time they have been great. The drivers are very courteous. Like Mark P., we've also had them tow us from Kings Canyon NP (twice actually). Once from the gate area and once from a NP service road. read more

They came out as fast as they could in the crazy heat. We broke down coming down the 180 out of the Kings Canyon National Park. They helped with local mechanic referrals, places to eat and places to stay. They were incredibly friendly and professional! Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing a tow. read more

Amazing! Nothing short of the word. Chris (the owner) has been an awesome person throughout my whole ordeal. Polite, friendly, professional, just all around a great person to help out! The staff are amazing people as well! I highly recommend this place!! My husband and I were stressing out over things and I've cried a lot, Chris seriously went above and beyond and helped us out. He really is an amazing person, I wish we could have been "friends" under different circumstances but nothing less than an awesome person. Please choose this place first before looking anywhere else. 1st yelp review and definitely worth it. Chris came out and helped me with a flat in Kings Canyon this past weekend. Couldn't have fixed it without him. Michael's Towing came through big time! Our car broke down while vacationing in Yosemite and Cody came to our rescue. I usually don't write reviews but had to here. Chris was awesome!! He seriously saved 5 of us from being stranded at Kings Canyon National Park. He went out of his way to help us, and even came to the shop at 10p on a Saturday during Labor Day Weekend just so we could get some stuff from our car that he towed. Chris gave us some great advice that wasn't even necessarily beneficial to him just because he's such a genuine person. Thank you Chris!! read more

The tow was good, they got there in a timely manner and took it to the shop I wanted with no problems, BUT a invoice was not left and I have been trying to get one for the past 2 months. I need this invoice to be reimbursed by the insurance company. I talked to the girl in the office who said she would have to find it and could only email it to me. I have yet to receive, tried calling again today and no one answered the phone. No getting the invoice is costing me money. read more

We broke down between King's Canyon National Park and Fresno, and AAA dispatched a flatbed tow truck from Michael's to tow our van to a shop in Fresno. The driver was professional and efficient, and even gave me and my family a ride to the airport in Fresno to rent a car. If you need a tow in the Fresno or King's Canyon area, I highly recommend these guys. read more

My wife was in a car accident on Saturday. My wife talked to the adjustor and he said to have the vehicle towed to Kings Auto Body. She asked the driver from Michael's towing to take it to Kings Auto Body but the driver said that Kings Auto Body is closed for the weekend. But that first thing come Monday morning her vehicle will be towed there for repair. Fast forward to Wednesday we thought our vehicle was being repaired. Instead we get a call from Kings Auto Body asking us where our vehicle is. Because they received all the info from our insurance but have yet to receive the vehicle. I call Michael's towing and they gave us some spiel about how normally people want to talk to their adjustor first before it gets towed for repair. So, they were waiting on a call from us to get it towed. Even though my wife was assured by their driver that it would get towed Monday morning. Now the repair has been delayed 3 days and now we have to continue spending money on a rental for 3 more days. Thanks Michael's towing for dropping the ball on this one. read more
