Told them I don't want them to touch the temp sensor codes, only wanted the large and small vacuum leak codes cleared and fixed, Thursday I get a call saying they found the hose and that'd it'll be here on Monday, told them I worked Saturday and I needed the car by then so they went out of their way and somehow got the OE BMW genuine hose by Friday and had my car that Friday nice and fixed :-) Codes never came back, and they gave me the hose that was broken and showed me why it was causing problems. Came out to a WHOPPING $167 parts and labor included. I will always bring my German car here, now that I know they offer quality work for affordable prices. ONLY ONE THING that was kinda lame, didn't get the complimentary car wash and interior clean as other reviewers received.. :/ but I can't complain, they got my car done on time and at a 1/3 of the price they originally quoted me for! Coincidence that on the same day they posted up photos of their business here on Yelp a few hours earlier. The business is owned by a gentleman who has his son and nephew working with him. They were very cordial, checked my tail light and get an estimate on Monday. They called me back and found a great a deal on a tail light. Pep Boys were charging me considerably more. They advised me they could find good used parts for a more reasonable price. What stood out was that they offered to pick up my car at my job (a few blocks down) to get it fixed. On top of that, they brought it back to my job, and they even washed the car inside and out for me. Now that's going above and beyond! As of this posting they don't take credit/debit cards, but they take cash and check. Overall, I was beyond satisfied with my service. Everyone was very cordial, and they really looked out for me. I highly recommend checking this place out for your car service needs!

They kept our truck for almost 3 weeks. When we got it back after 1 week it we had to take it backin as it wasnt shifting gear. They kept it a week and it seemed to be ok. The customer who bout it came from Santa Rosa ca to pick it up and he called us saying the next day he got it home the transmission went completely out. We felt horrible but he did have the paperwork that the transmission was new and he was going to talk to the shop. We also called the shop and didnt get much affirmation that it would be taken care of. Buyer never called us back. So never never would we use them again. They also have a shop in visalia thats no doubt as incompetent. They iver book work and dont care that youre without the vehicle for weeks. Scrappy work because they just get the cars out fast to make mobey on tge next one.

I called at the beginning of March to see about having a seal…read morereplaced on my car's engine, after Lee's Service preformed a diagnostic because of an oil leak. Lee's informed me that the entire engine had to be pulled out to access the area of the seal for replacement. Lee's let me know they do not preform that type of repair. Quality Auto Repair accepted the job, gave us a quote for repairs and scheduled us 2 weeks out. When our scheduled appointment time came, the owner laughed when we said we were there for a scheduled appointment to have the seal replaced. He said they would only be doing a diagnostic that day - no repair. We informed the owner that we have already had a diagnostic for the issue and just needed a seal replaced to stop the oil leak. The owner was very rude, laughing at us as he said again they didn't have time (even though we made an appointment for a repair over 2 weeks ago) and would only be able to preform a diagnostic (which we don't need, since we had already paid Lee's to figure out the issue). To be clear, after Lee's informed us they were unable to do the repairs, we were very clear when calling and making the appointment that we needed the engine removed and a seal replaced. This shop wasted my time and money (time off work, gas to drive there, etc.). Terrible company. Laughing at new customers is not professional. Refusing service after customer being clear about what is needed is not honest. Don't believe all the good reviews out there!

He promised to use what happened as a learning experience & to get better. I respect that. Hopefully my experience is not the norm. The owner did the best he could & I appreciate him. I had the truck repaired at another shop for $750 total. BAD EXPERIENCE Although they present themselves as honest, kind, caring people they will proceed literally rape with their prices. I took my 2018 GMC Duramax Diesel is because of a reduced power/service emissions code. They lured me in with an offer to check it for free. Once they had possession of the truck, they called me with the codes they had found and proceeded to tell me it would need further investigation to determine exactly what the cause of the problem is at a cost of $480! Feeling I had no other alternative and I need the truck repaired ASAP, I reluctantly agreed. The next day they contacted me telling me I most likely needed to replace injector number five but would advise replacing the other three just to be on the safe side. Over $3500 in cost to do the 4 injectors. I was shocked! I asked what their labor rate was & Matt said between $160 - $170 per hour depending on the job. He said it would take over 12 hours to do it and there was $300 in gaskets to replace plus $300 per injector. By the way, this may or may not solve my actual problem that could very well be related to the DEF system or EGR. So for $480 you would think they would have tested all systems and everything related to my problem not focusing only on a misfire in injector #5. After a day of deliberating back-and-forth, he agreed to contact the "owner" to see if they could reduce their rate and do the job for any less. The best they could do was throw in the $480 diagnostic included in the $3500 estimate. I turned him down and had no choice but to pay their outrageous fee of $480 that did not determine much. So here I am with a truck that does not run properly has not been diagnosed properly and I am out of $480. Now I must take it to another shop. I really thought I had found a good shop in a small town that would be so much better than big city dealerships but I was wrong. I would never go there again and I will never refer anyone. I regret going there. Expensive lesson to learn.
