Great experience! Oscar was super helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend working with him!

This place is awesome. They give me the lifetime oil changes and they sold me a truck but didn't give me the code to get in the door. I talked to Aaron who was a great help. Aaron was awesome or is it Aaron. anyways, he did a great job gave me my code. I thought I was gonna have to pay money for it. I didn't have to pay a dime and he did it in no time at all the people Across The Street were also awesome. I think everybody there is awesome couldn't ask for a better person to buy a car for they made everything easy. Also when I got my truck, I did not get a jack or a way to take off the lugs in my tires. I went back there and got it for free it was like not a big deal brand new. They just gave it to me. I highly recommend this place when they miss little things they make up for it big time and they don't charge you extra for it so highly recommended. read more

Purchase s new f150 lightning from this dealership. After getting back to Stockton with my vehicle two and a half hours away. I noticed a dent in the driver's door and the whole truck was covered with industrial fallout and needed to be completely rubbed out and buffed. It cost me $900 out of my pocket to have my truck detailed that should have been done before I left the dealership. My truck was detailed with an oily substance when I got back to Stockton the whole truck had black dirt stuck all over the tires rims and and other parts of the truck. I tried working with the dealership by calling and writing several letters to the manager and owners with absolutely no reply. All I expected was at least an apology for the way they delivered my truck but not even that. Apparently this dealer has so many customers that losing one really doesn't matter to them... read more

I Wouldn't recommend this dealership! a woman called me under a false promo and had me drive 30 min out to get told a different story. after running my credit and reassuring me I would get the deal I was told on the phone. I will be reporting this dealership for fraud. So if you get a call for a promo just know they're lying to you and will say it doesn't matter if you have bad credit so if you get call from a lady name Elda hang up :) shes a liability waiting to happen. I bought 2 cars and this is the worst experience I've had. read more

I had a great experience buying a 2024 Bronco. I'm 3 hours away, but they had exactly what I was looking for on order from Ford. Working with Cory was great; we had everything taken care of over the phone which made for a very quick process once I got there. The vehicle hadn't arrived at the dealership yet, which I knew going into it. Cory was great and arranged delivery to my door once it came in so I didn't have to make a second trip. It was a pleasant, easy transaction. I'd buy from them again. read more

I'm really sad this situation reached this level. We've been waiting since April 27th for a Ranger Raptor that was in transit, and were just looking to finalize everything so we could sign and drive when it arrived. Instead, Fahrney Ford pulled what felt like a classic bait-and-switch, as they raised the agreed price by $8,500 without any clear explanation, after taking our deposit. We gave them every opportunity to honor the price they had advertised, but they refused. As a result, I've filed formal complaints with the California DMV, State Attorney General, BBB, and Ford corporate. I truly didn't expect things to reach this point, but consumers deserve honesty and transparency, especially when making a major purchase. Diego and Adam, sucks that you've treated us this way. I'm sharing this to help others approach with caution and to hopefully encourage this dealership to treat future customers with more integrity. read more

Not sure how this dealership continues to exist. Took my inlaw's Buick in today and with an error code. They have an extended warranty that includes a rental car. Well they won't get to diagnosing the car until at least next week and there are no rental cars available. They now do rental cars "in house" and there is a weeks long waiting list for a rental car. They told me I would probably get my car back before a rental car becomes available. Again, such poor poor service. The community deserves better - take your business elsewhere. Don't buy an extended warranty with rental car coverage, you will never get to use it anyway. read more

Just bought a 24 F150 XLT at the lowest price around the valley. From who? Ryan at Fahrney Ford! Ryan made communicating easy and he also checked in when we said we were still searching other dealerships. When we made our decision to go with the F150 we knew we made a good deal with good people. Aiden stepped in to assist too. Julian took care of our financing needs and made sure we could be open to getting the best options. read more

So after I authored a less than flattering review of Fahrney Ford regarding my purchase of a new F-150, I spoke to Freddy regarding the difficulties that I had been trying to resolve over cancelling service contracts. Freddy listened to my request and my perceived failures by the company employees during the purchase process then thoroughly explained the cancellation time frames. Freddy wasted no time in facilitating my request to my satisfaction so I am amending my review of Fahrney Ford as per our agreement. While there were some logistical issues during the purchase of my new truck, the company has made everything right to my satisfaction so I would recommend Fahrney Ford to anyone looking for a new Ford. Andrew was a great salesman and I am pleased with his service. Fahrney Ford has advertised some of the best prices on the Central Valley and had a good selection of vehicles to choose from on their lot. I would definitely look to Fahrney Ford should I need a new Ford in the future. read more
