I never have been gaslit before so much by a dealership, I promise you are better off anywhere else in the Valley. If you care about your sanity and not losing faith in humanity, you would avoid this dealership. They will carefully crafted language to make it seem like without purchasing their add ons to the sale price they will not furnish any deal. Legally they cannot make financing contingent on the sale of add ons they provide. Their warranty might be decent, but its incredibly dishonest from the get go and that leads me to believe any kind of support they provide to support that policy is probably also carefully engineered to steal your hard earned money. Do not trust this dealership -- shady and dishonest management. I purchased a brand-new car here, and only after finishing all the paperwork did I notice a crack in the front windshield before leaving the lot. They immediately promised to fix it. What followed was a frustrating back-and-forth just to try to schedule the repair. Then, after a change in management, they treated me as if I was lying. I even showed them written documentation clearly stating they would replace the windshield -- yet they still refused to honor their word. I hope the right person sees this, because dealing with the current management has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I had a very disappointing experience with Selma Kia Service Center. I was told that a rock had damaged her air condenser and that it would cost $1,800 to repair. They even showed me what appeared to be photos of the damage. However it was fake pictures and not my vehicle. Concerned, I decided to get a second opinion. Another shop inspected the vehicle and confirmed that there was no rock damage to the condenser. Instead, it was a simple cord replacement. You think after the money they get you on a car they at least do a good job with the services that are needed on the vehicle. My husband took time off work to get vehicle serviced and tires rotated. Funny thing my back tire kept loosing air. We aired up the tire to make it to Selma. So when asked about it they said nothing was wrong with it and that's how I know the tires were not rotated. Guess what same tire was flat again. Took tire somewhere else as a nail was caught in it. But goes to show they barely did the minimum. Juan was great. Arron gave us the vehicle break down of the listing and under equipment it showed that leather was included in the vehicle, SO I mention to Arron that the vehicle isn't leather, itscloth in front of my wife and the sales men(Juan) and Arron(Manager) answers well that doesn't affect the price( I don't think Arron is knowledgeable regarding what affects the vehicle value, as I mention to him "yes everything affects the price), After making the change to no leather there was -$162 on the price. The price breakdown also had dual seats priced in and Oversized premium wheels 20" priced in the breakdown. after seeing this I again brought up to Arron the vehicle doesn't have the 20" wheels it has 18" wheels) and it doesn't have dual power seats then why are you charging me for something that the vehicle doesn't have. I believe he(Aaron) was mad at me for correcting him on several occasions and pretty much said to us that if we a like it we can leave because this is what comes up with the VIN #. Now my question to everyone is that's if the breakdown truly came up with the VIN # without them changing things as Aaron mention to me, then how were they able to make the changes once's I brought up to your attention all the things that the vehicles didn't have that YOU(Aaron & Liberty Chevy & Selma Auto mall) was charging me for. Also, the vehicle is most likely worth on the low side of KBB value. We would recommend people to be cautious and avoid this place. We didn't to this deal and left because we felt like the Arron's(I was told he was a manager) customer service and behavior was not appropriate.( management this to address this). Before we left we did mention to Juan and Arron that we will be writing this review. We mention to both Juan and Aaron we have three kids growing up and will be needing vehicles for them but We will never return back to the dealership again or the Selma Auto mall. Selma Mazda service installed a safety recall in my 2018 Mazda CX-5. They were fair in the pricing I received when I also wanted to install Android Auto/Apple Carplay. They completed and installed the safety recall as well as an Android Auto/Apple Carply retrofit kit. I purcashed a car there in November. I had been looking for this particular kind of car. I found one that was in LA, salesman stated was in perfect shape. Got there and bumper was all scratched up. He was upset that I wasn't going to buy it. So I looked in Selma and they had one. The salesman assured me it was in perfect shape. When I got there it did look to be in great shape. I thought I looked it over very well. A few days after I got it home I noticed a pretty sizable crack along the front bumper. It was low so easily missed. I thought I had hit something but couldn't think of anything. It just so happened that I had taken a picture of the car after I bought it and sure enough you could see it. I bought my car in September 2023. I have at this point taken back to the service center 5 times , as it is there now. The first time the oil was out just gone and the shuts off in January. Took it in they filled it up with oil now mind you this car only has 20,000 miles??? where did the oil go no leaks.. Great question, I am thinking internally. They did not offer a rental car but put you on the list for a "loaner car" if available, I was offered a rental once by the previous manager Brandon. The car will randomly shut off while driving and takes 1-3 turn overs to get it started at times. I do not understand how a dealership can sell a car that obviously has issues. I had a terrible experience buying the car from them. I bought Honda CR-V 2017 with 60k miles from Selma Mazda & just after that on my way to home the car started making loud screeching noise. Initially, I was so worried that I got fooled by them. I figured out that noise is from brake rotors on the front. But later I called them and they agreed to do car inspection. They got it fixed from that side only but within a week after the front left tyre started doing the same. I am using the car at a 3HR distance from the dealership. How could I afford to bring my car again and again just for fixing the same thing that they had already checked. If you call them, you will just transferring the call to some other person. Hi, I have a appointment on 05/23 Thursday at 10 am for 2018 Chevrolet which has been on sales. I talked at least 10 times with sales person Sammy and his manager Eric. Also I emailed them couple times and we already talked about price and everything. I came this morning little bit early around 9 am and went into inside the dealership. They told me that they are vacuuming the car and in 10 min car is gonna be ready and I said that's ok I am waiting. And 10 mins later they bring the car like that. You can see the pictures. I set up appointment on Monday for Thursday and yesterday I called them and check if the car still available because I am coming from Menlo Park which is 3 hours drive. When I saw the car I just shocked!! I never this kind of thing in my life. I trust the dealer because they are selling under the KIA company! And we one more thing; on the website list the mileage was 31,948 but when they are showing the car mileage is 34,489. Basically just want to say STAY AWAY from them!!! The Customer Service instead of apologizing they are lying under the my review. Their car on the sales list already but never detailed and inspected. And another thing I don't understand that how can they show the car to me like that! How can a human being can use the car that you don't own like this?? I selling my Chevrolet. There were a couple of items wrong with it. To maximize the value of the car I had Liberty Chevrolet local dealership (Selma CA) Go through the car, fix the items, and fix anything else they might find wrong with it I put an entry into Kelly Blue Book about selling my car. I put all the particulars in - make, model, year, mileage. The car has no scratches, dents, and I had had it recently detailed to make it the most presentable for resale. This entry into Kelly Blue Book led to me receiving an offer from Liberty Chevrolet for the amount of 11,625. Note that this is the same dealership that had done repairs on the car. I was asked to bring in the car so that Liberty Chevrolet could examine it. They did their examination and said that the most they could pay me with 7500. We got into a discussion as to why such a discount. The appraiser said that because of the mileage they would not be able to sell it on their lot. They would have to send it to auction. Then why have me bring it in for an exam - you already had the mileage. A couple of weeks later I got a call from Liberty Chevrolet asking if I was still interested in selling them my car. I said no because I didn't feel that I had not been ethically dealt with previously. They had already inspected the car and made me a low offer. Why are you calling me again? The girl the phone did not seem to have much of an answer so I asked to talk to a manager. The "manager" said the price is probably discounted because they found something wrong with the car. I responded that your own shop did all inspection/repairs. Then he said that the offer came from Kelly Blue Book - not from Liberty. I responded that the offer had Liberty Chevrolet on it. Lot of excuses/contradictions. They were unethical in their dealings. I felt that this is a form of bait and switch. I also felt cheated that their own service shop did about $1500 in repairs. He kept going around in circles with everything I was asking questions about. He didn't want to give me a straight answer. Home of the 200,000 mile warranty !? Scam !! Why did I get charged 1,200 for extended warranty on a new car. 6 months after I decide to refinance the car I was made aware of the 1,200 charge. (Shame on me for not noticing). Anyway I went by to cancel and now it's pro-rated. So insurance that I wouldn't have used till after the factory warranty expired is already losing value. Also if you think about getting Maintenance coverage, DON'T!! I never used it because it was always a 3 week wait and they don't do oil changes past 2 p.m . So unless you don't work or can afford to take the day off don't get it. Didn't get a full refund for this either. Bottom line. LOOK AT ALL THE CHARGES !!!! And ask a lot of questions. P.s LO - JACK is installed in every vehicle and you are forced to pay for it at the very low price of 900 dollars ! read more

They were having a sale on new models, so I picked a 2001 Nissan Altima sticker price $13,500. They were really busy, told me to come back @ 5pm to sign contracts. Again my husband worked there, so I'm assuming that I will get a great deal. Loan officer quickly said sign here, here and here. My dumbass didn't read what I was signing, again my husband worked there. They are going to take care of their employees Right.
