I got this vehicle in 2017 and should been paid off by now, but they don't even do any refinacing and you have to pay all that interest, not cool. I would have let them have it but I have paid over $20k. They are rude, no assistance, no extension as it is hard now a days, but they are more concerned about they money then the struggles of the average American trying to live in these hard times. Interest rates are way to high so even if you make a higher car payment amount it probably won't even make a dent on the loan amount. My boyfriend has been making his car payments to this company for over a year now. His loan was $25,000 his payments are over $675 per month and he put $5000 down. The balance he still owes on the car as of this month is close to $23,000! Some new laws need be passed so companies like this are shut down forever! In my opinion this is criminal and something needs to be done about it!

I had an additional concern and he was happy to address it and even add it into my appointment. He was transparent about the additional time it would take and said I may want to find a ride home. This is the part that didn't meet my expectations. Car dealerships have previously provided rides or transportation for their customers and so I wasn't expecting having to find my own. I ended up having to pay for a ride service. I'll know for next time. Isaac stayed in contact with me with additional work they discovered and the timeframe needed. There was even a video sent so I could see the work needed. He did a great job at verifying warranty coverage and helped save me a lot of money! I will continue coming back for the great customer service Isaac provides!

Last December, my sunroof on my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder started leaking water when it rained. I took my car in at the end of December 2025, it was diagnosed. I was advised they know what the issue is and the part is on back order. We are now in September and no part has been received. I have a three year-old car that I cannot drive in the rain because the sunroof leaks and unfortunately, it leaks right over my Emergency button and my lights are located at the top of the car. After my initial visit, I've called four times over the past eight months trying to get status on the part or assistance with my sunroof, I've been told four times that my service advisor will call me back and he never does. At this point, I'm just really frustrated because I love my car but what good does it do to have a car that you have to plan all of your trips around because you know you can't drive it in the rain.
