    This place sucks. I was behind on one payment and they repo my car. It took over $2400.00 out of…read morethe possession. In addition the repo people they used this woman was extemely rude, had me waiting over 3 hours in the COLD as she felt threaten and would not advise where my car was as I was told to meet her at the Bart as she was going to pick me up. Then called me at 10pm asking me if I could pick my car up. WTF. Only I can say is the woman did bring the car to my residence at 2am in the morning. I got this vehicle in 2017 and should been paid off by now, but they don't even do any refinacing and you have to pay all that interest, not cool. I would have let them have it but I have paid over $20k. They are rude, no assistance, no extension as it is hard now a days, but they are more concerned about they money then the struggles of the average American trying to live in these hard times. I know my next car purpose they name better not be mention, just horrible.

I asked Jackie if they got my check, she had a very disinterested and annoyed tone in her voice. I am sick and tired of this company treating a customer with such disregard. I hope they go bankrupt. UPDATE: I called and they verified they had my check the day before a late fee would be charged, they purposely waited to process my check in order to charge a late fee. I'm reporting them for this unethical practice. They sent out my late fee notice, I was right.

I had an additional concern and he was happy to address it and even add it into my appointment. He was transparent about the additional time it would take and said I may want to find a ride home. This is the part that didn't meet my expectations. Car dealerships have previously provided rides or transportation for their customers and so I wasn't expecting having to find my own. I ended up having to pay for a ride service. I'll know for next time. Isaac stayed in contact with me with additional work they discovered and the timeframe needed. There was even a video sent so I could see the work needed. He did a great job at verifying warranty coverage and helped save me a lot of money! I will continue coming back for the great customer service Isaac provides!

Julie at this dealership quoted us a deal we were ready to move forward with -- only for another manager from the same location to later say the numbers were not accurate. The "revised" quote they sent was completely different and much higher. We spent days discussing details and almost drove three hours to finalize the purchase. Thankfully, we double-checked before wasting more time. If you're considering buying here, get everything in writing directly from a manager and verify the numbers before you make the trip. What we were told versus what was actually offered was night and day.

One Internet Manager and one Internet Sale Specialist in the email with me. Ask - Answer and i got their quote for a Nissan Kicks SR Premium Package. It totally different, like $7000 more for the OTD Pricing from the website. I just gave up and they ask how much i expect. I just show them the pricing from their " own website ". I did not low ball anything. So they agree and ask me to come to the Dealer soon because incentives from Nissan end today, April 30. I hard check my Credit to pull up the Interest rate. After that was what i waste my time and also lose my money for taking the shift off, hard inquiry my credit score for nothing. I went to the dealer and sat with sale guy. And then the Sale Manager came over and tried to get me any pricing up north. He said he can only give pricing right now. Come on, your sale team member agree that OTD and invite me to come to do paper. That is ridiculously amateur. The Sale manager agree with that and left again. He came back and wanted to knock me up with a higher price. I said no but eventually i agreed to round up the number and do the interest that my bank provided me but with their lender. He left again. Third time , he tried to play words with me like your number you show is net price before tax, bla bla bla. Look at the photos i attach. Advertise Pricing that company show $26750 , tax and fee show $2945.97. Sum up the 2 numbers will come out to $29695.97. He wanted to play words with me like $29695.97 is the net pricing with tax and fee , and wanted to add $2945.97 one more time. I was tired with this guy, no respond and decided to leave. For the whole story, i did not low ball their pricing. Whatever their mother company want to sell , i agree to pay for, but when i come to the dealer. All dramas and traps. Even when the sale team member agree with the OTD pricing. You still have to deal with their sale manager with all bs reasons. ONE MORE THING: THE CAR IN REAL IS NOT SIMILAR TO THE ONE THEY ADVERTISE. THE WHEEL LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ON THE WEBSITE EVEN THOUGH STOCK # IS SIMILAR. I GUESS THEY SWAP FROM OTHER MODEL FOR OTHER CUSTOMER. SO WHOEVER BUY THAT CAR AND DO NOT PAY ATTENTION OR CHECK CAREFULLY, WILL END UP BEING A LOSER. I ASK AND THEY BLAME TO THE THIRD PARTY THAT TOOK PHOTOS OF THE PICTURES.
