This review was hard because Isaac, my service advisor deserves 5 stars but my overall experience…read moredidn't quite meet that. Isaac was prepared and ready for my appointment. I had an additional concern and he was happy to address it and even add it into my appointment. He was transparent about the additional time it would take and said I may want to find a ride home. This is the part that didn't meet my expectations. Car dealerships have previously provided rides or transportation for their customers and so I wasn't expecting having to find my own. I ended up having to pay for a ride service. I'll know for next time. Isaac stayed in contact with me with additional work they discovered and the timeframe needed. There was even a video sent so I could see the work needed. He did a great job at verifying warranty coverage and helped save me a lot of money! I will continue coming back for the great customer service Isaac provides!

It's like they want you to NOT buy a car... I went to the…read moredealership to look at a vehicle and nobody approached me. They were all at the front talking. Which was fine with me. I was able to look and decide which one I wanted. But, I eventually had to ask someone to get me some help. I was helped by Isaac. He seemed cool and not salesy. He was willing to work with me on the deal I wanted and quickly got me numbers closer to what I requested. But then, one of the mangers, Luis came in. He was immediately on a power trip telling me that if I wanted the price I wanted, I needed to put additional money down on top of my trade in, which would raise my otd price...I said no, and he demanded I work with him if I wanted him to work with me. Is that how you speak to someone when trying to earn their business? Why not provide a positive experience to your customers, even if they don't purchase...? At least some respect. I left. After leaving, their manger Tao contacted me and also tried to get me to agree to a deal which was just slightly more than I was willing to spend. He then said since we couldn't agree, he would be ending the relationship between myself and the dealership. Lol Despite that, the next morning, Martha texted me claiming she had another manager on site and felt we could come to an agreement. The back and forth was getting really old. She then sent me the numbers I wanted and said they could do this. I asked for an email of the offer, to which she responded with a blurry photo of her desktop screen. I was willing to come back in, but didn't have my hopes up. I received an email requesting that I confirm an appt of 5:00, which I had never arranged. Martha asked when I'd be arriving and I told her 5:30ish. Upon my arrival at 5:35, everyone was standing around. A woman who I'm assuming was Martha was sitting at her desk just looking at me. No greeting. Isaac had me sit at his desk and apologized that there was stuff everywhere. Other salesmen walked around eating. It's like they want you to know they don't care...Isaac walked away and I sat at the desk for 15 minutes while he chopped it up with the manager in his office. After I got up, he came out stating they were just "printing the paperwork." I continued to wait another 15 minutes, standing in the lobby while they took their time and BSed. So I left. Of course as soon as I left, they began calling and texting me stating my paperwork was suddenly ready and asking why I didn't go through with the purchase. They must get a kick out of being rude to people when they'd otherwise be standing around bored. I am not going to tolerate being disrespected in order to get a car...Nobody should ever be treated that way as a customer. It doesn't make anyone want the car more. Don't take your business here. It's too bad. Mazdas are nice. If I ever purchase one, it will be elsewhere.
