I called Blue Sky Towing, after being referred to them from my mechanic. I set up a tow for 8am Friday morning, they were there right on the dot. Very nice gentleman, hooked up my car. The cab of the tow truck was very comfortable and clean. $75 for a tow anywhere in town. I ended up having to call them again a few hours later to take it to another shop. They arrived about an hour later, not a bad turn around time. Same guy! So I was towed again, and again very nice and everything still pretty clean. Stay away from this business for battery installs. Sold me a lemon battery 8 months ago and dealership tested it twice while getting SUV serviced that failed crank and load test. They come out and won't replace battery because their tech says it all good with his little machine. Also, when trying to explain to Luis the manager he was extremely rude and condescending. Blue sky review. I love it when these guys show up when I call AAA two years ago, they showed up to tow my car when it was totaled in a five car accident. Six months ago they showed up to replace a battery. So Professional and got it done quickly, very sweet. This time the electrical system went down, and Teng came out to my house the Sunday after Thanksgiving. He was kind, courteous, respectful, (even though they were inundated with holiday travelers) and had realized the problem was somewhere in the electrical system. He did this all within a matter of 10 minutes. The Tuesday after Richard showed up to pull my car out of the garage onto his truck bed, took it to the dealership, and expertly maneuvered it into a parking stall. I'm still not even sure how he did that. He was kind approachable, and even told me some things about how to make sure no one steals my registration sticker. If you're looking for a car that's going to last you a couple of months I would say go to blue sky. Or if you're desperate for something quick. However, if you're looking for a car that's going to last you years, I wouldn't recommend going to them. I bought a 2006 Mercedes Benz. It lasted 4 months I got it for 3,200. Then I recently bought a 2008 dodge Avenger, I was skeptical at first, because right when I drove off the check engine light came on. I went back and they said it could just be the battery. So my hunny and I went to the store to purchase a battery to switch it out. However, we found of it was located under the hood in front of the wheel. So we drove it home, to get it diagnosed and found out the transmission is bad, it needs a sensor, and something else. Then when I went to register it costed an extra 1,050.00. Sadly I haven't had the best experience with this place so I will not be returning. I also thought it was weird that they took out the spare tires. read more

I have had AAA for over 15 years. I called them and told them what the issue was. They send Blue Sky Towing. Andrew from that company showed up and was extremely rude. What we were trying wasn't working so I requested he stop before he destroyed my entire front end of my car. With an attitude, he lowered my car back down, unstrapped it, told me to "fuck off" and then drove off in his truck. It's a shame this company is hiring people like that. Ashamed with AAA for sending someone when they knew they couldn't do anything. He backed up to the custom built 1970 Ford Sports Custom F100 pu And went right to work protecting the truck for the pull up on to his truck, soft axle straps around axle housing, covered the pull chains & hooks, then loaded the truck onto his truck then tied the truck down with the UPMOST CARE. He went out of his way to help me tow my electric vehicle to the airport so I could switch it out for another car, after the fact that I was unable to get to a charging station to charge the previous vehicle because when I rented it, the battery percentage was pretty low. Looking for a cheap work truck to fix a use and looked around for a bit saw a worker came out made eye contact said nothing until I said to my husband that there service made me uncomfortable. He then walked up to my husband and spoke to him like a future customer. Directed us to the office to ask a question. There we came to a woman who was taking care of someone, finished with her paperwork and looked at us said nothing and continued to work. On August 14, 2022, I needed a new battery on my C-250 Sport Coupe Mercedes Benz, since my vehicle would not turn over when started in the garage. Being an AAA member for nearly 50 years, I contacted the AAA Roadside Service which sent a technician from Blue Sky Towing in Clovis to my home within 25 minutes. The technician from Blue Sky Towing arrived promptly but quoted a price for installation of a new battery which was $88 more than another local battery business and prices displayed on the internet by other businesses. Because I was displeased with such an inflated price by this towing company, I contacted the manager, Daniel, who finally returned my call after contacting him twice via the dispatcher. He was blunt, unapologetic, and used the alibi that all their prices were established by AAA and that he could not negotiate a price reduction. He used the excuse that with inflation, all prices have increased everywhere and with everything. I DO NOT recommend Blue Sky Towing company due to their blunt, unapologetic, and ruthless approach to customers by their manager and their inflated prices which they blame as being set by AAA. Highly recommend! Was in a situation earlier this week and needed a tow more than 100 miles. Matt called me within 20 minutes and asked about the details of my request. At first I was worried as it may have seemed they wouldn't be able to provide services. However, Matt clarified everything and said they could give me a tow. My insurance could only cover so many miles and the rest I would have to pay out of pocket. The insurance company said it may be as high as $20/ per extra mile! After speaking with Matt, he gave a great deal and moved forward. My insurance said it would take them at least 120 mins to be out, Jeremy (the tow driver) was at my car within 20 minutes.
