They were rude and unprofessional and when we picked up our truck, it was missing the bumper and fender that were still intact. They also kept the hitch! When we called to find out why, they said it is their standard practice to remove them and put them in the truck bed but final photos from our insurance shows nothing in the truck bed. ABC said " we will look for them", bunch of BS! So disappointed and disgusted with this place taking advantage of the situation and the owner completely lied! Do not trust these crooks!

I took my son's vehicle which was under warranty through CarMax to Mann's Auto. The water pump had…read morewent out and needed to be replaced. I had the vehicle towed in and Brian took care of everything. The diagnostic was done extremely quickly and he kept in contact with the warranty company. Communication with me was amazing every step of the way and I could not have asked for better service. A short time later the transmission went out, nothing to due with the first repair. I again had it towed to Mann's and they took care of everything from the moment it was towed in to the day I got the vehicle back. Communication was excellent and Brian advocated for me with the warranty company. I can't say enough good things about Mann's. They have great communication, are reasonable priced and are honest. I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends.

Wow! This place really bent over backwards for me, and I cannot thank them enough. My car needed a…read morenew battery, and I mean, I coasted into their shop knowing it was never going to start again. I did not have an appointment. I spoke directly with the owner, who was EXTREMELY nice. I told him I desperately needed this done same day, and I knew it might take a really long time and that would be fine, as they were really doing me a solid by even accepting me. And then I set up camp to do some work online in their waiting area for what I assumed would be hours. I will also note, the owner offered to drive me somewhere else if I didn't want to stick around. But I work from home, so I really didn't have anywhere I needed to be. In less than an hour they were giving me my keys back with a new battery. I had asked that they give me an oil change if they could fit it in, which they did. They even vacuumed my floor mats! Because I had been waiting in the shop they apparently bumped me up in line, and I am eternally grateful for it!!! The owner personally explained my bill, which came in under what I expected to pay, and he told me how I could get new tires shipped to them and they'd put them on (another thing I REALLY need done ASAP). He went down the line of other things my car could use, and gave me very reasonable estimates for what it would cost through them. I felt completely taken care of. Usually, I go to an auto shop and I feel talked down to, I feel like I'm going to be ripped off, etc. NOT HERE! NOT FOR A SECOND! This is probably why I let my car go to absolute hell all the time, before finally willing myself to go into an auto repair shop, for real (my poor car has been through a lot with me as its owner). I am so happy that I lucked into this place. I will not be going anywhere else for my auto needs for as long as I live in the area. I know I'm gushing over this place, but seriously, they deserve it all and more. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
