He was able to tow my vehicle and drive me to a safe area until my husband was able to pick me up. Fast forward to April, my other vehicles's electrical system just totally died. Called for a tow and lo and behold it was Esteban again! Anticipating a huge bill from the dealership, he suggested that the car be towed to his location and have his mechanic take a look at the electrical system. He called us the next day saying that the car was ready to be picked up! Loose wires cleaned and reconnected! Wonderful service x 2! If I'm ever in need of a tow, I'll definitely call him!!!

He felt like I was "tricking" him into just dropping my vehicle in an unauthorized space. Even though I had a physical confirmation to drop off my truck to be seen the next day.
