I was 50 yards away from Alan when I merged into his lane and stopped at a stoplight. He pulled up behind me blaring his horn, making rude, aggressive gestures. As I entered the freeway with him following he continued the gestures. I called the company and spoke to the owner, Jose, who told me to hold and then called Alan on speaker which is when Alan referred to me as a stupid f@#%ing b@$ch. I spoke to the owner afterward and asked how he was going to remedy this to which he said "you're welcome to call me the police." Then indicated he wasn't going to do anything. How's that for customer service?! Amazing to me people like this operate a business within the community, cause harm, and avoid accountability.

A misunderstanding is one thing, but he wouldn't even let me talk and unilaterally decided to cancel after we'd already been waiting 40 minutes.

Now they're also a repossession company and I'm sure a lot of of those reviews were from people who got their car repossessed, so it's not exactly like it's a popular industry to begin with. Needless to say every one of my electronic devices was still in the car and the only thing missing was an iPhone type C to type C cord so if that's the worse that came up missing and believe me there were plenty of other things to steal. They didn't even let him see his car once we arrived, or let him past the front gate! Called the owner and basically was SOL because he didn't want to run our card again and told us to come back with cash. $800 for two and a half days, and who knows how much it will be tomorrow. UPDATE: Picked up the car and the owner threw our keys into the orchard across the street. Assholes.
