I went in for a tp sensor and was told to replace all of them so I did , when I got home I had a flat tire, as I looked at all the tires they had cap screws missing, bolts not put back on and had a flat tire now, when I went in told the manager he said I must of scraped the side walk to cause it to leak and I told him I don't see any scrap on the tire just the hole on the side , was told not there problem and asked him to talk to the technician who fixed it, so he could address the problem with all the issues l have with my tires and was told nothing . I believe the machine made the hole when putting on my sensors, was lazy to take the tire off the rims and used the machine to press it down and want me to purchase a new tire, this why I don't buy warranty they don't cover anything . I took a vehicle in for a repair of one tire and a replacement of another. We were waiting and found out they requested 4 new tires from my billing service without consulting the customer (ME). They did this because they knew the process of the billing company. When I found out that they put 4 new tires on my truck without my approval I called my boss and he denied the new tires. Since my boss denied the new tires they held my vehicle hostage for multiple hours in retaliation. Saying they put us back in line. When we were only there for 1 tire and a patch. We spent all day at this facility. I will never use them again. American Tire co. you've earned my business by default. read more

Waited 3 hours for an alignment. I had one the day before yesterday (waited around 2 and half hours) and got told that they didn't have the parts for my cars alignment and got charged 150$. Fair enough since I was told to come back another time to get it done. Went again for an alignment; sat on the waiting room, didn't see my car leave the parking lot until 2 hours later since they were busy. The reason I'm giving a one star is because after all of that waiting, I was surprised with a 300$ bill that was never explained to me beforehand. I wouldn't have come back if they explained that to me. All they told me is that "It would be under the alignments warranty." I get that there's the labor cost, parts cost, and that the store was really busy especially on Fridays and the weekends. I think all of that is reasonable, but I wish it was explained to me before I wasted another afternoon and had 300$ less. read more

took my car in for an alignment after i got my steering rack replaced, i had an appointment at 9am, and was guaranteed that my car would be ready in 45 minutes to an hour when we dropped it off. i called at 12pm to see where they were at since it was well past the time they said it would be ready, and they said they hadn't even gotten to it! then Antonio gave me another guarantee saying that my car would be ready by 1pm. They just called and said they can't even do my alignment after it's been sitting there for hours. this isn't the first time it's happened either. read more

I got my oil changed today and since they sold me my tires I'd figure I'd ask about the warranty because I hit a pot hole. I started reading the fine print of their "best tire value promise" under the "peace of mind tire protection". Turns out they cover pot holes. Antonio of Selma les Schwab didn't think too much of me wanting it replaced and so I asked if he was ASC certified "yes" he says, then I ask if he's also ASC certified on tires and rubber, "yes" he says. Really dude?! He thought I'd be dumb enough to believe that so in response he says "fine, you got me bro" first off I ain't your bro. So I start to film him so I could take it to his manager, on the video I took he gets so fidgety because I've just caught him in a lie, instead of manning up to the little lie, he cowardly starts to laugh and ask "what even is that" and "why are you making this up right now" then he proceeds to ask me what my profession is (none of his business but ok) I'm a veteran I tell him. He says thanks for your service and then he tries to come at me with "do I have to trespass you" you've been here for and hour" like I've been there because I'm waiting for me car genius! read more

Took my car in for the free services they provide, but upon leaving, I noticed that I was missing one hubcap and actually saw another one of my hubcaps fly off while driving! Plus they said my car was safe to drive, however, the next day when I went to get my breaks changed, I noticed the inside of both front tire walls were all scratched up like the tires were going through a cheese grater. Okay, so I am not a local here, I am an out of towner and was going to simply pass through but instead got a terrible flat! I tried using this spare tire in a can and it must have been too old or something like that. Epic fail! My fiancé suggested going to the dealership and I said, "Les Schwab!" The dealership said they had a lot of people to have to service and it would be over an hour wait with no guarantees! Yikes! Using google maps I got routed to the nearest Les Schwab less than 5 min away. Yay! So we pull up, there were 2 guys outside, one was working on a car already, the other fellow greeted us with a smile and asked how he could help us. Wow! So nice after being upset and frustrated for the past hour trying to figure out how to deal with this slow leaking flat tire. He takes the car in immediately without us even checking in at the desk. He was so kind as were all the service people there. The guy who took signatures for service had dirty hands and a dirty shirt, so you knew he worked in the tires as well, not a pencil pusher. He was really nice, just like the other fellow fixing our tire. It was nice not to experience the push to buy a new tire, they patched it rather quickly too, less than 10 minutes I would say. I wonder if the requirement to work at a Les Schwab is to have a terrible tire experience, because every Les Schwab I've been to have been so empathetic and kind. It is a refreshing atmosphere. I have now been to 3 Les Schwab tire stores and all of them have been consistent and kind! They turned our day around to be much better! They offered popcorn and water and coffee for all patrons, there is a tv there too. I am an avid fan and refuse to buy tires elsewhere! read more

Took my RV for new tires. I advised them that I would not be able to make it back in time to pick it up before they closed. They told me if you pay in advance you can keep it here overnight and pick it up in the morning. They moved it inside with their forklift and the next day I went to pick up the RV and found that the rear bumper was damaged! One of the employees said, "well it doesn't look like it was struck with the forklift". I said, "that's odd it sure does look like it was struck with a fork from your forklift". I trusted them to take care of it and got it back damaged. I filed a claim with the corporate office in Oregon and received a rejection letter. They refused to take responsibility! read more

The staff was honest with me and let me know that the flat could be fixed without having to purchase a new tire. I really appreciate their customer-oriented, honest approach instead the usual sales-oriented approach you'd see at competitors! I'm going to have to edit my review, because I've been waiting for almost 3 hours and my car still isn't done. I agreed to the recommended "tire siping," because the staff told me it would be about 20 minutes and that it would help with the longevity of my tires, but I really would have liked some more updates on the situation, so that I could've had the choice of coming back later to pick up the vehicle rather than wait forever. :/ read more

My husband and I wanted to get some tires for our car and we decided to go to les Schwab Tire Center on blackstone. We got the tires and on our way back home my husband noticed that the car was swerving on the road. He checked the tire pressure and the tires were extremely high at 41 psi which is over the max for the tire but while checking the tire pressure he noticed that the tires didn't have any weights on them. He adjusted the pressures himself most of the way (second picture matches the numbers he set it to himself) but then decided to go to the Les Schwab Tire Center in Selma to get the weights put on. The employee in Selma suggested weights fell off. My husband also emphasized it to the employee to make sure that he double checked the tire pressure too, since some were still not set to the correct psi. He also pointed out that the tires were in fact unbalanced and had to fix them. Once he got to the car he noticed the tire pressures were still incorrect. He talked to the manager asking about it and she said to drive it around the block. He did and the pressure is the second picture, the same numbers he had adjusted them to himself. We were not impressed with the service and feel wronged so we shall not be returning to Les Schwab Tire Center in the future read more
