I walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm and friendly smile. I was quoted at 20 minute wait time and under $100 for an oil change!! (Wow, what a bargain) Any who, I said "what the heck, I'm here let's get it done" and just the owner grabbed my keys and changed my oil himself. I did not have to wait the 20 mins after all!! He tried to call in to complain to a manager, but conveniently none are "available." He was transferred to one of the incompetents that was standing at the counter, who still did nothing.
