After the brake inspection, the quote suddenly changed to $500-$700, claiming they needed to resurface the rotors -- and that this price was only for the rear brakes. Julio and Luis were the representatives helping me, and throughout the process the pricing kept changing with no clear explanation. They also told me the front brakes would cost around $900, even though I made it very clear I only wanted the rear brake pads replaced. In the end, I was charged $850 just for the rear brakes, which is way above the original quote and completely unreasonable. The lack of transparency and constant upcharging made the whole experience feel misleading and like I was being taken advantage of. I won't be coming back, and I'd recommend others be very cautious before agreeing to anything here

Came out to a WHOPPING $167 parts and labor included. I will always bring my German car here, now that I know they offer quality work for affordable prices. ONLY ONE THING that was kinda lame, didn't get the complimentary car wash and interior clean as other reviewers received.. :/ but I can't complain, they got my car done on time and at a 1/3 of the price they originally quoted me for! Thanks guys, keep up the honest affordable work and you'll be better than all the others out there! (They're already better than the trash that's called BMW Fresno lol)

Coincidence that on the same day they posted up photos of their business here on Yelp a few hours earlier. The business is owned by a gentleman who has his son and nephew working with him. They advised me they could find good used parts for a more reasonable price. What stood out was that they offered to pick up my car at my job (a few blocks down) to get it fixed. On top of that, they brought it back to my job, and they even washed the car inside and out for me. Now that's going above and beyond! As of this posting they don't take credit/debit cards, but they take cash and check. Overall, I was beyond satisfied with my service. Everyone was very cordial, and they really looked out for me. I highly recommend checking this place out for your car service needs!

He promised to use what happened as a learning experience & to get better. I respect that. Hopefully my experience is not the norm. The owner did the best he could & I appreciate him. I had the truck repaired at another shop for $750 total. BAD EXPERIENCE Although they present themselves as honest, kind, caring people they will proceed literally rape with their prices. I took my 2018 GMC Duramax Diesel is because of a reduced power/service emissions code. They lured me in with an offer to check it for free. Once they had possession of the truck, they called me with the codes they had found and proceeded to tell me it would need further investigation to determine exactly what the cause of the problem is at a cost of $480! Feeling I had no other alternative and I need the truck repaired ASAP, I reluctantly agreed. The next day they contacted me telling me I most likely needed to replace injector number five but would advise replacing the other three just to be on the safe side. Over $3500 in cost to do the 4 injectors. I was shocked! I asked what their labor rate was & Matt said between $160 - $170 per hour depending on the job. He said it would take over 12 hours to do it and there was $300 in gaskets to replace plus $300 per injector. By the way, this may or may not solve my actual problem that could very well be related to the DEF system or EGR. So for $480 you would think they would have tested all systems and everything related to my problem not focusing only on a misfire in injector #5. After a day of deliberating back-and-forth, he agreed to contact the "owner" to see if they could reduce their rate and do the job for any less. The best they could do was throw in the $480 diagnostic included in the $3500 estimate. I turned him down and had no choice but to pay their outrageous fee of $480 that did not determine much. So here I am with a truck that does not run properly has not been diagnosed properly and I am out of $480. Now I must take it to another shop. I really thought I had found a good shop in a small town that would be so much better than big city dealerships but I was wrong. I would never go there again and I will never refer anyone. I regret going there. Expensive lesson to learn.
