They tell you exactly what the issue is no bs we were charge $75 for the repair and they recommended what we can do. They did not add stuff to what needs to be done like other places and did not push us on what was recommended. 100% would recommend and will go to this place again if needed. I had an issue with my Ford Focus AC unite , I called the shop on Monday, and they set up an appointment for the next day at @8:00 am , I arrived on time , they listen to my concerns and I left my car for them to check the car out . I thought they would keep it all day, but to my amazement, they called me around 9:32 am. to inform me of the problem and the cost to fix it . I gave the OK and by 1:30 my car was ready . I was very impressed with their customer service and courtesy and how they listened to your concerns . I would like to thank Luis for fitting me in on his busy schedule. I was passing through Visalia and noticed a red battery light along with "Check Charging" come on. I took my Odyssey to O'reilly's Auto Parts- Farmersville (thank you Julian for all your help) for a free battery check to discovered a bad alternator. I called around and as normal most auto shops were booked up for that same day and I needed to find a shop to replace my alternator that day. Luckily Luis at Quality Auto Service worked me in his busy schedule and had the work completed within a couple hours after dropping the car off. The service was excellent and his prices were extremely competitive so much that I felt I received a lot of value for what I paid. Believe me, Quality Auto Service was one of several places I contacted. Some hung up or weren't answering but when I called Quality a few times - they always picked up and was very responsive in answering all my questions. Even going so far as to recommend I take my car to my local shop for further work to protect my investment (new alternator). In short, there may be more auto shops around the area who can provide similar level of service, honesty and great value but from my experience if I ever break down again in Visalia - there's no question I'm coming back to Quality. Saying keeping it 100 is equivalent to being 100% honest. So my lovely car decided to over heat and the gentleman as busy as he was took the time out to come outside and look things over. Even though we couldn't figure out what it was, (Hyundai dealership had no clue why my car kept stalling and these are the expert people with special computers to pin point exactly the problem) their service was amazing and the guy there even put in a new part And said try it out for a while and if it doesn't work, I can look at some thing else. great customer service. if I didn't live so far, (35 mins) I would probably continue going to Quality auto service. The owner gave me price quotes for the part needed I went with choice I can afford got the part ordered within minutes and delivered was impressed how fast the service for repair was done I was there for less than an hour and my cars Ac was running got my filter also replaced all the same day. After being quoted $2,600 to replace the alternator on my 2010 Nissan Altima by another repair shop (after already being charged $150 for analysis), I called Duane at Budget Auto Wrecking to junk the car (not going to pay that much for such an old car). Duane knew that wasn't a legit quote and referred me to Luis at Quality Auto. Spoke with Luis, who quoted me $660 plus the tow ($720 total) and repaired the car within 24 hours. We were on our on way back from a trip to Sequoia National Park. We heard a noise from the engine bay so we stopped the car, checked under the hood and noticed there was no serpentine belt. Called Alan at Quality Auto Service and said they could take us for the most reasonable price I'd ever heard. They also mentioned there were cars ahead of us so we'd have to wait. We were ok with that. We towed our vehicle over and were told they would get to it asap. Alan also gave us updates on what was going on while we waited. After they were done they charged us the more than fair price and we were on our way. If I lived nearby, I would only ever take my card there. 10/10 best auto repair experience ever! read more
