Kick. Ass. Staff. I cannot stress this enough. I'm not originally from this area, so I was hesitant when I was looking for a new business to maintain my Subaru, especially after being snubbed by more than one shop regarding my car's maintenance. I live an hour-ish away from this spot, but I'll happily drive into town to have my car worked on by these folks because I know they're honest, have integrity, & are proud of their work. I'm able to call beforehand to check in on wait times too, which helps with my commute. The staff clearly works hard & they do what they can to support their customers. Everyone on this staff deserves a raise. Oh, & they have clean bathrooms. read more

Had a great experience as far as services. One employee by the name of Jaimie was very confrontational. I guess I was asking too many questions too fast for him and he couldn't function. He came back at me a little testy and irritated with a "tone" and a "face". Relax Bro nobody is after you!! Im just sending out a friendly reminder to Visalia if you go there to change your oil,,make sure you don't upset the fragile workers. read more

I stopped by thinking I needed an oil change, but Jaime was awesome and honest enough to point out that I still had quite a bit of miles left before I actually needed one. He checked my oil level, noticed it was a little low, and topped it off for me. He also went above and beyond by checking my other fluids and even washing my windshield. His customer service was absolutely amazing -- friendly, helpful, and honest. I'll definitely be back. read more

Today I was in a rush to get things done most of the time I have plenty of time but today I was rushing tires rotated and I didn't think I had enough time to get the oil changed but went and asked how long needed to be done and they did I made it home in time for my appointment so if you want a great oil change go to Oil Changers and I take my Motorhome there also read more

My wife and I stopped in to get her car serviced and Jaime did an awesome job and really educated us on the services that were being done to our vehicle. He went above and beyond, and I feel like a valued customer. Thanks Jaime. We'll see you again in about 3000 miles.! read more

this was such an incredible experience. i came 45 mins before close (not knowing when they closed) and i came needing a lot of work done. i came in, told them the situation and jaime got right to work. he said, "i am going to do as much as i can in the time we have!" this included transmission fluid, oil change, new windshield wipers, and all of the filters. EVERYTHING! he got everything i asked for done in 45 mins. all of the people there were kind and understanding. truly an amazing experience. stop by to get valuable work done and enjoy all of the kind people there as well. plus you get a free car wash with your oil change!!! score!!! read more

It was a Great service. The men were Nice friendly workers. Clear direction with fast results plus a carwash.

Was in town for work and stopped by for an oil change. Jaime took care of my car and was friendly and professional. Fast and good quality service. Would recommend. read more

Would leave 0 stars if I could. It's good for the one thing it's there for which is the convenience but other than that, terrible. The customer service was absolutely awful and the guys were so rude. Take your business elsewhere. Regret spending my money here. Also goodluck if you're a female because they think this is your first time getting an oil change and they assume you haven't gotten one in a decade. I've gone to other shops in between. It's not like my car is running on Jesus power. Just because you haven't serviced this particular car for a year doesn't mean I didn't get it serviced at all. Go to Midas. Those guys know how to take care of people and their cars. read more

Came here and received awful customer service. Called, asked for help and was asked to wait by car wash until he could help. They had no line and help never arrived. So disappointed. Should t take my whole lunch to get my car washed. read more

This place is the best for oil changes, I have gone here for years and the guys are always cheerful, quick and very helpful. I really appreciate the respect and care they give you as a customer and will be back for all my other oil changes, thank you! read more

What a great find! I usually use this place for a quick car wash, but recently there was no wait to get an oil change. I decided to give them a try. The crew was super friendly (they even gave my dog a few treats!) and answered all of my questions about my car's needs as an older model. They even helped me with my trunk windshield wiper that I had been procrastinating putting on. Excellent quick professional service, I look forward to coming back here. read more

Pulled in to have my transmission serviced Was told a price and told them to go ahead Then I was told that there was a bar that had to be removed and that the bolts were stripped and they could not do the job so I left and went to the Valvoline oil service on Akers for a second opinion.... 25 minutes later I had my transmission serviced...... I have used oil changers in the past for oil change , radiator service , power steering service and fuel injection cleaned.... Will be going to Valvoline from now on read more

Best place to come to if you love your car. There is a wait time, but the technicians take their time because they actually care about your car's maintenance. They don't try to take advantage like other places I've witnessed, they're honest hard working staff. Jaime is our regular technician, he's always helpful and friendly. read more

5 stars for the amazing customer service! We had an issue during the oil change and Justin Shaw went above & beyond to make sure everything was good with our car. It's so nice to have a business that values customer service. We will definitely return. read more

This place is pretty straight forward. I was on a weekend Vacation in the Sequoia area and decided to get an oil change since I have a four hour ride home. It probably took under thirty minutes. You are allowed to sit inside your car while the oil change is being done. I saw families inside their cars while the oil change was being done. The guys were professional and courteous. It is very convenient that they are opens on Sunday. It help tremendously. read more

Best service I have ever experienced. The technician took the time to make sure the correct oil was being used and carefully verified every step of the process with another employee. When he removed the oil filter another tech verified the old seal was removed and verified again when the new seal was in place. Everything was done to perfection. Highly recommend. read more

Cheap filters and try to cheat u filling oil. Car wash sucks,if open bill machine doesn't work and wash doesn't clean read more

I have been coming here since I was a kid, some staff have worked here since I was a child. Great, efficient, and polite work is done here. Thanks guy! read more

I currently drive a Championship White 2021 Honda Civic Type R I did not want to wait for an appointment at honda so I called up oil changers. It was 4:26 pm and I was able to make it in by 4:36pm. They still helped me even though they close at 5pm they offered great customer service. I requested for my oil not to be siphoned from the top and they totally understood and followed through with my request. Given the fact it's a $50k car I care a lot for it and wouldn't just trust anyone but I trusted Oil Changers and they did great I will definitely be taking my car in for all oil changes to them from here on out thank you guys. read more

I have visited this location twice prior. On this visit, the technician was unfamiliar with my hood opening and pulled up multiple times before he found the appropriate latch. After my oil change, my low beam failure light came on intermittently. I had a maintenance appointment a few days later and they informed me the housing for my light had been loosened. The auto shop shared, had I continued to drive, the housing could have dislodged and replacement of this would be 1.2k dollars. I contacted the general manager, Stephen Bullock, and let him know I was out of pocket $133. for the repair of the light housing and light replacement (lights cost $91 for my car). He apologized and offered to help better train his technicians, however, never mentioned financial compensation. This rating is due to poor customer service and poor training. read more

Always the best friendly service. I brought some wiper blades in because I couldn't figure it out (embarrassing) and they put them on, no charge. They also secured my battery for me and gave Lu Dog a treat. They always tell me deals they have going on and what service is recommended without pressure. Love these guys! read more

The customer service here is amazing!! I've been getting my oil change here for years. I've never felt like they wanted more money out of me, always gave me their honest advice. For example, if my air filter is dirty but can go for more miles they will let me know instead of just charging me for a new one. I've never been disappointed. =] read more

Oil Changers - Car Wash Near Me - Visalia, California

My family and I have been going to this location for many years and they have always been amazing! They are quick, kind, and knowledgeable, all things that help when working with cars. They always want the best for their customers and tell you what would be good to help your car. Turn around is fairly quick here and they are able to get you in and back on the road in no time! I highly recommend going here next time you need an oil change or even your filters changed. read more

Wonderful service! Very friendly and fast. Quality work. David was so nice and helpful. Will continue to take my vehicles here!

Prices went up on oil changes again. No hurry to get cars in, even though they could have moved cars that were being serviced. Sat there waiting for 10-15 minutes before they even tried to get the backed up cars in. Not much motivation to get cars though. Its close and convenient but sadly, service use to be better. read more

Great customer service. Dylan was awesome. Definitely will come back for another oil change.

I have been having my oil changed and having other services performed on my vehicles here for over a decade. All this time, the service has been fast and of high quality. In addition, the staff members are always helpful and friendly. They don't try to get services performed before they need to be. I have always had a good experience whenever I have brought my cars here. I highly recommend it. read more

I drive 200-300 miles a day for work so I need oil changes fairly often. Today I stopped by this Oil Changers location and I am glad I did. My last oil change was done by Oil Changers and Car Wash in Hanford and I was fairly happy with the experience. The guys here were on top of their customer service and did a great job. I will certainly be back. read more

If you're in need of an oil change I would recommend this place. Fair prices and good work! There ratings do not do them justice. People these days are so quick to gripe or complain but don't give credit where credit is due, so if you have a positive experience here leave a review!! Thanks guys I'll be back with my other cars. read more

Love these guys! So fast, so friendly, and always professional. I've rarely had to wait more than ten minutes or so, even when they're busy.

Today I took both my daughters cars in for oil changes. David and Caleb were not only professional and courteous but friendly as well. Not only was my oil changed but tires checked, safety inspection up and down, lights checked and windshield cleaned. Due to the fact I don't drive the car their experience can in handy with some of the features of the vehicles As a retired Fire Captain I appreciated their attention to detail. I feel a lot more comfortable with my girls in those cars and to top it all off I got a free car wash with both cars. In the future this will be my first choice for a oil change. read more

Went by to get my oil changed, it was the first time I have done this in this particular car. I did not know how to pop the hood or turn on the highbeams. It's my husband car. The guy helped me and was beyond nice about it. Cleaned my windshield like it's new. Very friendly asked how my day was going, seemed to really care. I normally go to another oil changer by my work, but from this day on this is my place. I highly recommend this place even told my husband this is our new oil change. read more
