I had a wonderful experience at Nissan Selma! I absolutely love my new car, and the entire process was smooth and easy. Joseph, my salesman, was great and made the experience even better. I can't remember the name of the gentleman in finance, but he was amazing as well! Thank you both for making this such a positive experience. I highly recommend Nissan Selma! read more

Initial contact was through internet. Was put in touch with Tomas. Made appt to come in and drive car and discuss a lease. Also went and tried another model car. Came back because team responded to all my requests quickly. On delivery/document day everything went smoothly. Was introduced to service dept for the future. Very happy in my not white car! read more

Terrible and I mean terrible sales staff at Selma Nissan. The sales people and GM are total scumbags, stay far away from this stealer-ship. They greet you with a capital one credit application before you even look at a vehicle. "You are pre-approved! Isn't that great!?!? Come into the dealership right now and you will be pre-approved. Here, fill this credit report out right now then will go for a test drive! Okay!?!?" They are all rude and fake sales associates. They only want to verbally give you sales number over the phone and NEVER in writing. Go to L.A or to Sacramento and save your sanity and your money being swindled from you. I have an extremely high credit score and the best APR they could get me was 8.99. They are all terrible actors and scam artist. Keep driving past the entire Selma AutoMall Dealership, and do NOT use the restrooms. Disgusting. read more

Terrible!! I sold them my Altima on 12/05/25. They started the process of transferring the car into their name. However, I never received payment for my car they said it takes some time. I was told once they have the pink slip a check would be cut. I took them title of the car a week later. Still to today no payment. I have sent a message and it's like they are ignoring me. Some place this big should be able to give me the money they owe me for my car I sold them. If I would have known they were going to play games and delay payment I would have never sold them my car. Update spoke with Richard and he said if they don't have the check tomorrow 12/16/25 then I can go get my car back. Worse place to sell your car don't they give you the run around. They'll buy your car but when they have to pay they stall you. Update finally got my check. This was the worse experience ever. read more

Horrible experience they lie an say u are approved. But once I got in they tried to give me a car saying it was 29 percent apr then say the monthly price for a Tucson would 1066 a month. Ran my credit would not show me any actual paper work. Made up a contract on the computer with no detail on the car or my information. Will be contacting BBB. These people are scammers read more

Drove over an hour from merced to Selma Nissan. It was a smooth process From the very first call with Alex to verifying all the details with Wiam. The financing agent was also great (sorry forgot name). The pricing we discussed on the phone was what I got in person. They also don't lie to you like some other dealerships about add on or additional costs at signing. They were always honest with me from the beginning. I appreciate they did not waste my time. Thanks again. We are very happy with our 2025 nissan rogue. read more

Earlier this year bought a new 2024 frontier Nissan . The worst mistake buying this vehicle. At 1,200 miles the TCM had to be replaced , at 3,800 , problem persisted with transmission, harsh down shifting. Transmission problems!!!! read more

Maria maria maria... i hate to have to take my review back. Glad i fought for the extended warranty and the manager was gracious enough to give it to me.... because i needed it! The water pump was leaking from day one. That was coolant leaking that i kept smelling the first month. Now after having the vehicle 2 months, its back in the shop due to overheating. A faltythermostat. My fans are making loud noises, as if they are going out. I have serious buyers remourse, now. I was really hesitant to buy a hyundai, ended up with a certified used, that is turning out to be extremely unreliable. I will NEVER buy a Hyundai ever again. read more

Very easy to work with and great customer service. Ruby was amazing to work with. She answered every question I had and was timely in responding to text questions. read more

They need better employees.. half of em stand around and do nothing while the rest lie to you to get you to purchase a car. They won't honor their warranty and they'll ignore you for months. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.. especially as long as Edgar is running the service dept- No wonder they're backed up the way they are.. an employee who is clearly only there for a check and so many of their crappy cars needing to be fixed. Doesn't that say alot? Last time they had ours for 4 months. read more

Don't do business with shady people here. Changing prices once you get there vs the price they had listed. Will call and tell you great news and leave voice messages just to lie and tell you the same bs price they gave you when you left the premises. read more

We inquired about a car on Sunday afternoon, and by Monday morning the Selma team was able to put together a package for the car we wanted that fit in our budget. Brittney,Ahmed & Chris were great! They listened to my vehicle needs, and found us the vehicle we were looking for! thank you Selma Nissan!

Service appointments do not mean anything. You must make an appointment but that is only to get in line with 50 other people that have an appointment also. The cars are great and good to work with in sales, but service is terrible. If you buy a vehicle do not get the 36 months of oil changes included. Go somewhere else for regular service. They need to make appointments and KEEP appointments. It is totally reasonable to wait 10 or 15 minutes to start service with an hour total time, but 3 hours is unreasonable for an oil change. I can go to an oil change place and get out within 30 minutes. read more

This place takes so long to do an oil change. I have to drive out of town so I make the earliest appointment I can and I STILL have to wait 5-6 hour MINIMUM!! It's been the same thing over and over for each oil change I've had to do. This is absolutely ridiculous! The best part about the place is that it's clean and the happen to have vending machines. read more

Scheduled an appointment to get an oil change and warranty repair made to my car. The service department wanted to charge me $250 for them to troubleshoot a warranty repair. The car isn't even a year old yet and the part has already been replaced once at a different dealership for no cost and no $250 charge for troubleshooting. Very predatory behavior for a dealership read more

The transmission went out in our Nissan. We worked with a wonderful transmission specialist. After replacing it, he needed to take it to a Nissan dealership for programming in order to validate the warranty. Selma Nissan had the car for 3 days. They charged us for 2 hours of labor for a process that takes 20 minutes. We had to begin calling them on the 3rd day to find out when it would be ready. Only then were we told that it would be ready that day. When my husband respectfully asked what the hold-up had been, they refused to answer. We love our Nissan. When we buy a new one, it will not be at this dealership. read more

I came into Nissan service today at Selma auto mall for my first free oil change that comes with my lease I bought with them and I had an appointment at 9am.... I had to wait 2 hours before they even put my car up to get worked on!! I know it's free but that's no excuse to make me wait that long... What's the point of scheduling an appointment if it takes 2 hours to even get to my car?! An oil change only takes 10 min to do and I was told it would take an hour and I waited 2 1/2 hours until they finished and not even a sorry! why make appointments if it's going to take so long?! Very upset with my visit and wouldn't recommend getting service done here if you have an appointment! read more

Beefy helpful , respectful, and knowledgeable dealership. Excellent customer service on both the sales and service side .

Just had a horrible experience with the sales manager, Steve. The lease on my Nissan was up so I took it in to do the purchase paperwork and understood there were fees to do this. Our Sales Rep George was awesome, friendly, and super helpful. When I asked his manager Amad for a breakdown of the fees, he went to the sales manager, Steve, and came back like a little puppy, and his answer was "we cannot even complete the process today due to a safety recall" which was also understandable. He told us come back Monday and service would have us in and out within 15 min. This was a total lie/deception because on Monday when I took it in, service said 1-1 1/2 hrs.. I asked for a remedy like possibly lowering the charged fees for doing the purchase contract, which by the way still was never clarified. They sent me to talk to the sales manager, Steve who was zero help at all. He asked me if I think they work for free, but at the same time argued with me for 30 min in his office (for free). Literally this could've all been fixed for like $700 in reduced fees and I could've walked away a happy camper, but after the horrible treatment by Amad(being super shady and borderline rude) to Steve who is supposed to be the manager(super rude and unprofessional) I would rather go pay double the fees at another location than work with these two sleazy sales people. I wish George the best and feel so bad that he has these two guys to work with and ruin sales experiences for him. We would've definitely gone back to him for our next car and if he ever leaves this location probably still will. read more

I was a bit spectacle about dealerships and salespeople. After my car broke down my hand was forced at searching for a new car. I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Altima with Selma Nissan. Very very pleased with the experience. I have past credit problems including a repo and I was able to get a reasonable interest rate, payment, and maintenance/warranty plan. I highly recommend these guys. Manuel was my sales person, he was great. Very friendly and really cared about what I needed. Absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. The entire process was transparent and they took the time to answer all my questions. Can't say enough good things about the folks here. Thank you!! read more

Please avoid this dealership at all costs. The sales manager Jaime is completely incompetent and dishonest. He sold me a vehicle which they did not have and kept lying to me about it until I decided to cancel the purchase a week later. Now two weeks have passed and after numerous texts and phone calls, I have yet to receive a refund for my down payment. This place is an embarrassment to Nissan and the Selma community. I'm surprised with the number of reviews mentioning dishonesty and false advertising nothing has been done. I, for one have submitted a claim to the State Attorney. read more

Ishmael in the service dept is the man! I was at work and had a safety issue with my Nissan. Part of the problem is that I work in Fresno but live in Visalia. I wasn't very kean on driving in rush hour traffic on 99 with a seat belt that wouldn't work. Fresno Nissan wouldn't be able to get the car in for 3days and the service rep didn't seem to care that it was a safety issue with the car. I called up Selma Nissan and Ishmael got me in about 30minutes after I hung up the phone with him. It was a little bit of a wait but not as long as I thought it would be for a last minute service call. I have had mixed experiences with Visalia Nissan and after my negative experience today with Fresno Nissan I will be dealing with Selma Nissan exclusively from now on! read more

I would not recommend buying from this place. This prime example of dishonesty and false advertisement. I saw car online being advertised for 18k including rebates. Once it came down to purchasing the car I was told I couldn't get it for 18k because the rebates weren't available because the car was sold and unsold. I called again and spoke with Crystal and she said the rebates were still available for the car. I also spoke to Maria who said the rebates were available. After submitting an application I was told by Matt that unfortunately the rebates weren't available. read more
