Terrible!! I sold them my Altima on 12/05/25. They started the process of transferring the car into their name. However, I never received payment for my car they said it takes some time. I was told once they have the pink slip a check would be cut. I took them title of the car a week later. Still to today no payment. I have sent a message and it's like they are ignoring me. Some place this big should be able to give me the money they owe me for my car I sold them. If I would have known they were going to play games and delay payment I would have never sold them my car. Service appointments do not mean anything. You must make an appointment but that is only to get in line with 50 other people that have an appointment also. The cars are great and good to work with in sales, but service is terrible. If you buy a vehicle do not get the 36 months of oil changes included. Go somewhere else for regular service. They need to make appointments and KEEP appointments. It is totally reasonable to wait 10 or 15 minutes to start service with an hour total time, but 3 hours is unreasonable for an oil change. I can go to an oil change place and get out within 30 minutes. read more

This place takes so long to do an oil change. I have to drive out of town so I make the earliest appointment I can and I STILL have to wait 5-6 hour MINIMUM!! It's been the same thing over and over for each oil change I've had to do. This is absolutely ridiculous! The transmission went out in our Nissan. We worked with a wonderful transmission specialist. After replacing it, he needed to take it to a Nissan dealership for programming in order to validate the warranty. Selma Nissan had the car for 3 days. They charged us for 2 hours of labor for a process that takes 20 minutes. We had to begin calling them on the 3rd day to find out when it would be ready. Only then were we told that it would be ready that day. When my husband respectfully asked what the hold-up had been, they refused to answer. We love our Nissan. When we buy a new one, it will not be at this dealership. read more

I came into Nissan service today at Selma auto mall for my first free oil change that comes with my lease I bought with them and I had an appointment at 9am.... I had to wait 2 hours before they even put my car up to get worked on!! I know it's free but that's no excuse to make me wait that long... What's the point of scheduling an appointment if it takes 2 hours to even get to my car?! An oil change only takes 10 min to do and I was told it would take an hour and I waited 2 1/2 hours until they finished and not even a sorry! why make appointments if it's going to take so long?! Very upset with my visit and wouldn't recommend getting service done here if you have an appointment! read more

Just had a horrible experience with the sales manager, Steve. The lease on my Nissan was up so I took it in to do the purchase paperwork and understood there were fees to do this. Our Sales Rep George was awesome, friendly, and super helpful. When I asked his manager Amad for a breakdown of the fees, he went to the sales manager, Steve, and came back like a little puppy, and his answer was "we cannot even complete the process today due to a safety recall" which was also understandable. He told us come back Monday and service would have us in and out within 15 min. This was a total lie/deception because on Monday when I took it in, service said 1-1 1/2 hrs.. I asked for a remedy like possibly lowering the charged fees for doing the purchase contract, which by the way still was never clarified. They sent me to talk to the sales manager, Steve who was zero help at all. He asked me if I think they work for free, but at the same time argued with me for 30 min in his office (for free). Literally this could've all been fixed for like $700 in reduced fees and I could've walked away a happy camper, but after the horrible treatment by Amad(being super shady and borderline rude) to Steve who is supposed to be the manager(super rude and unprofessional) I would rather go pay double the fees at another location than work with these two sleazy sales people. I wish George the best and feel so bad that he has these two guys to work with and ruin sales experiences for him. We would've definitely gone back to him for our next car and if he ever leaves this location probably still will. read more

Ishmael in the service dept is the man! I was at work and had a safety issue with my Nissan. Part of the problem is that I work in Fresno but live in Visalia. I wasn't very kean on driving in rush hour traffic on 99 with a seat belt that wouldn't work. Fresno Nissan wouldn't be able to get the car in for 3days and the service rep didn't seem to care that it was a safety issue with the car. I called up Selma Nissan and Ishmael got me in about 30minutes after I hung up the phone with him. It was a little bit of a wait but not as long as I thought it would be for a last minute service call. I have had mixed experiences with Visalia Nissan and after my negative experience today with Fresno Nissan I will be dealing with Selma Nissan exclusively from now on! read more

I have past credit problems including a repo and I was able to get a reasonable interest rate, payment, and maintenance/warranty plan. I highly recommend these guys. He sold me a vehicle which they did not have and kept lying to me about it until I decided to cancel the purchase a week later. I would not recommend buying from this place. This prime example of dishonesty and false advertisement. I saw car online being advertised for 18k including rebates. Once it came down to purchasing the car I was told I couldn't get it for 18k because the rebates weren't available because the car was sold and unsold. I called again and spoke with Crystal and she said the rebates were still available for the car. I also spoke to Maria who said the rebates were available.
