Everything was fine, guy was nice but didn't seem to know his way around newer vehicles. Well the front of my car has a lid that is a small PAINTED circle, underneath is the hitch to tow! The guy takes it off and attaches the car to the tow truck! My pregnant self is standing on my porch trying to stay in the shade on this 104 degree kind of day! Okay so no big deal right? Car gets to destination, I get a new tire....next day I have a baby! A couple of days later I notice the hole on my front bumper where the lid the guy from DINUBA TOWING took off to attach my car to his truck is missing ! No big deal right? I look for it in my car, not there. Call Lee's to see if they have it, nope, they do not! So my husband calls Dinuba towing cause I have to get back to nursing my child....he tells me a women answered the phone, she said the tow truck driver doesn't have it and that he gave it back to me....hmmm okay...no! I was standing on my porch, remember!!!! So I call...same lady answers. This RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL woman answers the phone and begins to yell at me, telling me that they do not have the lid, and the tow truck driver said he never touched it! She also said that they were not going to replace it and she checked the price for me...$25 (doesn't include being painted to match my car) I had to replace this lid and get painted to match $200 later!!! People!!! LISTEN when I tell you, don't use this towing company. DO NOT DO IT! And lady who answered the phone....if you read this...know that you are an awful human being and the tow truck driver is a LIAR!

The service was great asked me about my problems and what i wanted done. They explained everything in detail and were very open about the cost and length of time A+ . They did a full vehicle inspection and pointed out all my current vehicle problems and a detailed explanation which is a major plus in my book including pictures A++. My truck needed freon recovery since a different shop put in the wrong freon (explains my reasoning behind my over 2yr wait). Mannnn they got my a/c working by close of business and it is pumping JUICE!!!!!!! My truck was dropped off at 8 am by 4:40 i got a text that it was done.
