John was fantastic. The service was fast and instead if just towing my car he tried to find a fix and was able to make it so i could drive my carvto my house (I didn't want to take it to a shop right away and AAA wouldn't cover the tow if it wasn't to a shop.) Not a service review BUT this tow truck, that displays your name came FLYING through our parking lot that is posted 5mph zone. We are a company that services individuals with special needs and it was time for us to load them to go home and they were crossing throughout the parking lot when your tow truck comes speeding through. I signaled to slow down as we had clients in the lot and he proceeded to speed up faster, luckily we were able to move them out of the way quickly before being struck. read more

Was given an approximate wait time of 45 min, 90 minutes later I call to get an update and they stated 30 additional min. 1 hour goes by and I call again and after being on hold for 15 minutes the lady says she's going to have to cancel my tow request. 2 hours of waiting for absolutely nothing. A sorry doesn't help the fact I waited with my kids on the side of the road so she can just cancel it. Didn't even offer to schedule a tow for a later time, I was literally speechless. DO NOT CALL THIS TOWING YARD. You're better off calling someone from Hanford. They should be a "law enforcement only" towing yard since that's all they will answer to which is fine but regular people are left hanging. read more

Let me tell you about this man Roger. After a very frustrating 4 hours of trying to get my car working or towed while stranded at a gas station, Roger comes to the rescue. He was ready to tow us 200 miles but suggested that we let him work his magic with one last try to jump the car. He jumps the car and it works miraculously, even though we tried 2 other times by ourselves before him. I want to cry of happiness, and I even tried to tip him and he wouldn't take it. He just smiled and said, "This is why I do my job, and you probably had a bad day. Just enjoy your night." The dude overall had the chillest vibe and I appreciate the hell out of him. Jones towing was the company AAA sent to help us in a tight spot - our 5th wheel trailer blew a tire on the freeway in a really dangerous spot. Our technician arrived in about 20 minutes and very professionally handled a tough situation quickly.... Saw truck #m4 driving recklessly on the freeway today through Turlock CA area. Almost caused two accidents as he was weaving through traffic. The driver flicked on his beacon lights while in the center lane to get the person in front of him to move which is a blatant disregard for responsibility and authority. I would not want someone towing my vehicle driving as I witnessed this driver do today! read more

Nate was my Towing Super Man! He worked his magic removing my car from a difficult spot, he was so cautious and considerate of my car. He didn't cause it any damage because he was so skilled at his job. Even if he would have scratched it I wouldn't have blamed him considering the circumstances.
