Jc Webb Towing was fast and responsive to assist my dad when he was stranded out in the middle of nowhere. Marcos was the driver that responded to the call. He was kind enough to drop my dad off at his house and he met me at the dealership. His estimate time of arrival was spot on as well. No waisted time. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance in the valley. read more

Top notch help! We were driving on the 5 when our tire exploded. We called our insurance and they connected us to Danny at JC Webb Towing. He arrived quickly and got right to work helping to get the spare on. A huge help on a very scary part of the 5 with a small shoulder lane. He was knowledgeable and had all the tools to get the job done right & fast. Thank you, Danny! read more

AMAZING service! A huge thank you to Danny and the company! I was stuck in a disabled car on my lunch break. Danny arrived earlier than expected, took me back to work before taking my car to the shop, and made sure I was satisfied with the service and my safety. He went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced when getting my car towed. Thank you so much! read more

Good driver Marcos he did an excellent job taking my car and my trailer all in one shot and he was very nice.

Very rude and unprofessional do not recommend ,called to ask a simple question about a car treated me like I was not worthy of their time and I was an inconvenience read more

Danny Cameron from J. C. Webb Towing saved us! Our SUV broke down traveling to San Jose from LA at midnight on 12/29/2022! Danny is God sent to accept the job call to tow our car! Out of compassion he said yes to driving our family home to San Jose with our SUV on his flatbed tow truck . We are so grateful for him to go out of way to drive us 3 hours home and he had to drive another 3 hours back to his house in Lemoore! The transmission of our SUV died and it would have been so stressful if we were stuck in Hanford, Ca. If Danny didn't rescue us, we would have to deal with trying to get our car fix with Toyota in Hanford, Ca. Our family will always remember the favor Mr. Danny Cameron done for us! We are so thankful for his service! JESUS WANTS YOUR HEART. WE WANT YOUR TOW. read more

My husband was in an accident. After trying to get in touch with our tow service (20 mins) police offered to call a tow. Less than 10 minutes later JC Webb tow showed up. They towed our car and then opened up their garage ( on a Sunday-their day off) so that we could gather our items from our car. They went above and beyond to help us and were very courteous. They took a very upsetting couple of days and put some sunshine in it read more

Today I had the pleasure of having J.C. Webb come to my rescue and put on a spare tire for me when I got a flat tire. I was connected to them via my car insurance. The response was quick and the older and wiser gentleman that took care of my car was a delight. So kind, patient and caring, it was refreshing how great he was with customer service. I'd say he went above and beyond. I couldn't be more pleased. He called when he arrived I belive his name was Clint but I've been wrong before. He did provide me a receipt of service but I left it in my car. If I remember I'll update this with his name. He arrived rite on time got rite to work and was quick but thorough. He checked all my tires marked the area for me where my tire was punctured. read more

my son got in a bad wreck and passed away, his truck was towed to JC Webb, I wanted it back and went to get it, it cost $700 to get it back but they did stop charging me more after i went and talked to them about it 3 days after his accident. I live across the street from the tow yard and needed them to tow it to the house initially the lady said it would cost about 85 to tow it across the street but the tow truck driver told me no charge, he rememebered towing a truck just two weeks prior to my house for my son who passed. theres the back story so heres my rating, as for the overall experience i'd say about a 3, my son passed away and the truck was totaled it was kind of a shock i had to pay so much for it back. the Tow truck driver that delivered it is a total 5 he was very under standing and sympathetic. the customer service was also a 3 she just had no sympathy at all. so over all i gave them a 3 star review read more

Terrible company. Charged a military member $5000 dollars storage fee because she couldn't pick up her car because she was deployed!! Refused to be reasonable.. the bill was half of what the car was worth. Do not use these people! They don't support our men and women in uniform! read more

John is a really cool guy. He was very professional and arrived quickly. Overall I gotta say the whole service was immaculate.

They were very helpful in getting my tire fixed, and putting my car back on the road.

I called JC Webb Towing to see about getting our truck towed from 16th/198 to our house in Lemoore. We weren't really sure who to call or what to do. We have an OBS Chevy and I didn't want to leave it there. After talking to John, he let me know that they could be there in 20 mins and it would cost about 100$. He sent me a text letting me know that Danny was our driver and was on his way. I was so glad to hear I didn't have to wait an hour. Danny showed up less than 20 mins, was the nicest guy and totally took amazing care of us. Thank you so much for everything and all your help. We definitely will be calling you guys again! read more

Thank you so much Richard for your help. If I ever have to use a towing company in the future I will call J.C. Webb Towing.

Towed my car on deployment and sold it came back with no answers just such a depressing thing to come back from deployment and within an hour of being home finding out my car that I owe money on got sold. read more

Richard was fantastic! My ignition went out in my all wheel drive vehicle and I was parked in the most challenging position. Not fun at all. Richard was extremely patient and very professional and took the best possible care of my car... locked wheels, parked around a sharp corner with a limited driveway and bushes that would completely scratch the whole side of my car if rubbed against. I would recommend this towing company to anyone!! read more

I had an incident where two individuals vandalized my car and I needed a tow to the shop. When I explained the situation to the woman on the phone, she immediately responded "what color were they? Haha, that's bad, I shouldn't say that..." (asking about who vandalized the car). When the guy got there in the tow truck and I explained what happened, he immediately said "bet they weren't white". (The one out of the two guys who did the damage was, actually, but that doesn't make any difference) I can shrug off one comment, but the fact that I experienced these types of comments from both contact points I had with this business really says something to me about who they are. I would rather pay more money and use a different service than give them my business again. read more

I can't say enough great things about this business. We were on our way to a funeral and still had another hour to go in our journey when we got a flat tire. We pulled off and called AAA and it was going to be an hour before they could get to us. I just picked a company close to where we were. He came promptly and was such a joy to be around. Made a stressful situation a lot more pleasant. We got to the funeral with one minute to spare thanks to this wonderful man!! read more

A blowout on the RV was not the perfect end to our perfect weekend getaway, but at least we had good help to get it fixed. Richard was very personable and professional in helping us. He worked very hard to get us back on the road as quickly as possible, and even though our circumstances presented some challenges, he never complained or indicated his frustration. Good business and a fair price considering all he went through for us. read more

My car had been towed on a Sunday. When I got there on a Monday afternoon they were friendly enough. However, the owner had the keys to my car with him and he was out to lunch. The lady helping me (his wife?) said she would go get them and that she needed to pick up her granddaughter real quick as well. Ok? I was frustrated but still understanding and polite. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes for my keys, she walked in the office and handed me my keys holding them like they were contaminated. Seriously. I smiled and left in total amazement of such awful rudeness. read more

My experience with JC Webb Towing was great. I got a flat tire on I-5, and I was with my two young daughters. Our service person arrived quickly on Labor Day. It was 110 degrees outside so he brought us cold water. He also provided advice and tips about repair shops in the area. Overall, we were provided with excellent service from this business. read more

Yesterday I had a stressful situation as I needed my vehicle to be towed. The first towing company that my insurance sent was not equipped or experienced enough to tow my car safely without ruining the transmission. (Story too long to explain and I won't bash that company).... The end result is...J.C. Towing sent Marcos, who assessed the situation, hooked my car properly, and did it in a cheerful, professional, and efficient manner!!! I felt the weight of my problems lifted knowing I am being taken care of by a reliable honest company.... Marcos made me feel relieved during the short ride to my mechanic with just small talk. Not only is his job transporting vehicles, he also has to deal with the owners of the vehicles. That in it's self must be difficult, yet he did an awesome job destressing my situation... Thank you J.C. Towing staff for allowing my insurance to be used yesterday and thank you for hiring experienced employees who think about the customer's vehicle. They represent your company and I am glad to have been helped by Marcos/J.C.Towing. I highly recommended this company to others. read more
