My Dodge Durango was just getting on highway 99 in Turlock CA. As I Merged into traffic there was a pickup with fruniture ahead of me it must have been poorly tied if at all because almost immediately a chair with wooden legs fell off the back of the truck. Well I was headed north on 99 just on at Monte Vista Ave. When this occurred. And to my right there's a drop on my left there's vihicles stopping me from going left. So I can't swerve much in either direction. I'd just left the cancer center where my 70 yr old mother is treated she has surgery next week. Long story short one leg rips through my radiator. The truck ahead of me never stopped, and I'm 90% positive the driver and passenger saw. I exited off on Taylor and removed the chair leg from my radiator and drove to AmPm where I called a friend to pick us up to get my elderly mother with cancer home. The AmPm attendent was understanding of my leaving. I returned with a radiator to switch out but it wasn't the correct one. My ignorence. I called around Turlock and the towing companies there were inflating prices so I called metro towing company and got The Best price I could find and they were very helpful and offered to pick my keys up at my home since I was caring for my mother. Tony was the driver and was extremely helpful and professional. Extremely quick to arrive. Once he had my Dodge towed and at my home he placed it exactly where I asked. I payed the man and thanked him. Here's why I really think Tony is an excellent driver I had zero extra money because of the shutdown that our corrupt govoner is dragging his feet on for political gain rather than the people of this state. That's Nogood Newsome. I informed Tony that my normal action would be to tip for exceptional service. However I'm out of work and bearly making ends meet as is. He didn't blink twice out of understanding. Now I feel whatever I'd have tipped would have been inasaficiant entirely. So if I could ADD a star or if there's a person that has the means and finds themselves in the position to give this man hia worth. I'd feel appreciative. Tony is the Man ask for him get great service and repeat this kind of rating. Again Tony is the man and I hope his partners are as professional as he is. BTW this is literally omly my second review ever. The reason is I don't have the time to bad-mouth people and unless they are exceptional they don't get my time either. read more

I am fairly new to the Modesto area, so when I needed my 2008 Acura MDX towed I contacted Metro towing. It was at night, around 10:30 pm when I contacted Metro towing, I looked them up on my phone as I was stuck somewhere in Tracy in the dark, I did not even know where I was. When I called Metro Towing the Gentlemen who answered the phone asked where I was, I told him "I have no idea" where I was, but told him I am in Tracy on a two way street well from their the Gentlemen started acting like a detective he told me to look up my location on my phone but I didn't know how to do this. Next he asked what do I see around me and I said farmland. He then asked if I see any type of land marks around me, it was very very dark. I walked a little ways and seen a winery, After tell him about the winery he know exactly where I was he said it would be about an hour. Well it only took about 15 min when Alex the tow truck driver showed up. Alex was so kind and courteous. He loaded my car on to the truck making sure that he did not damage my car. We then proceeded to head to Modesto Alex and I engaged in conversation along the way it was like talking to one of my relatives. When we arrived at my home Alex again made sure when he unloaded my car like it was his car that their was no damage Alex and Metro Towing is at the top of the list this year as the best service I have experienced. First of a big shot out to Mike who really came to the rescue. I called other tow trucks but they apparently didn't need the work. Also they were asking for out of pocket payment in addition to my All-State roadside service. I quickly said sorry ill pass. However Metro tow was totally different. They were ice & courteous and was sorry for my interruption of my day do to car trouble. They assured me my All-State coverage was sufficient and I could remain safe they would send a tow within the next hour. The tow truck guy , Mike called and said he is closer than what he thought and will be there quicker. Mike was very professional and cool. Metro Towing saved the day or evening in responding to tow my 2006 corvette which was stranded due to the transmission locking up. Miguel and Alex arrived in great time, called prior to arriving and notified me when the were close by. To tow a corvette takes special procedures and equipment especially when the transmission won't shift. Miguel and Alex knew what to do, came prepared and used great care in getting the car on the truck and transported to it's destination. Real professionals!! Another company had arrived prior to Miguel and Alex arriving but was clueless on how to move and load the vehicle. I will definitely call Metro Towing again. I was passing through Livermore on a 3 hour drive as I was hauling a trailer full of furniture for my sisters with my two kids. My car wouldn't start after I filled up with gas. I called my Geico roadside assistance and thankfully they hooked me up with Tony & Metro tow. I was told it would be 45 min.. ugh. But Tony was prompt and close by I waited no more then 10 minutes. As a woman I always feel like guys in this type of business might treat me like I dint know what I'm taking about. I knew what's was going on and exactly where I wanted to go. My car broke down near i680 off of bernal and i was literally in a bad spot to the right shoulder. I called my insurance provider Geico for a tow and informed them that i was in a dangerous spot. They said Metro Towing from Livermore was coming within 30 min. They should up exactly on time and they took care of my and my vehilce within minutes to get us out of the danger zone. The driver name Rashed, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us some tips of how to better take care of our car and make sure its wel maintained because it could have been much worse than what it was. I needed to have my Classic Truck shipped from NorCal to SoCal and it was insane trying to find a quality local place to get it done. Metro Towing was more than willing and Wes was excellent, walking me through the steps and ensuring all would be handled properly and on time. It certainly was! The driver, Matt, was on time and handled everything perfectly. He took great care with the truck and helped with a couple extra things. Called a couple of heavy duty towing companies in the Livermore/Tracy area and they all were an hour wait time plus very expensive quotes. I came across Metro Towing and they were who I was looking for. A company who would charge less, had a quick response time, and kept the customer in the loop throughout the whole process. I was told driver would be there within 30-45 min and he showed up in 35 min. They charged a reasonable price and I was amazed at the customer experience from the very beginning all the way towards the end. My classic car was broke down due to a fuel pump that had failed. After contacting my insurance company I received a call from Metro to advising me they were on their way. The driver arrived within 20 minutes of my call. They were careful to make sure where they were hooking up and how they were securing my vehicle. I lost my Key Fob and therefore unable to start my car which was in the Second level on a parking structure at Memorial Medical Center. I called my insurance company for a tow and a few minutes later Sarey called and said he was 8 minutes out. Incredibly shocked at being 8 minutes away I confirmed the arrival time as most companies that they have sent in the past, I have had to wait hours for! Our Camaro blew a head gasket on our way home to Modesto. Nasir was our tow truck driver. He called us to let us know how long it would be to get to us and he arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about towing our car as it is an older "classic" year, very close to the ground. He took good care loading and unloading the car. He was so nice - very friendly.
