We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. my brother in laws car was towed from my sisters apartment complex stating that his tags are…read moreexpired and that MPD had called it in to come tow it. If that were true they would have ran his plates to see that his tags are PAID UP TO DATE and he has yet to put his new stickers on. It even stated on the receipt that MPD called it in to be towed. When he called the police department they said that they had no file on his car and never ran his plates. They charged him $700 for his car being there for less than 24 hours saying that since it's the weekend they charge extra, gate fees, and other miscellaneous charges. Saying they charge every 4 hours rather than by the day? We will be taking this to civil court because this company is 100% scamming people out of their money.
