I encountered one of your tow truck drivers on the freeway, and they were driving aggressively and appeared to be road raging for no apparent reason. This behavior was unsafe and very concerning, especially for someone representing a company while operating a large vehicle. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable using this towing service. I hope the company addresses this with the driver to help keep others safe on the road! If I could give this company zero starts I would. Go and look at other reviews. There is something funny going on at the P Wexford's parking lot. My car was towed on st. Patricks day from a parking spot next to the restaurant. There is no way to tell who owns the parking lot and the guy who owns the computer guys building seems to be doing a scam with the tow company. The owner watches cars on the cameras and then calls his buddies at all Brauns. It makes me wonder what motivates the owner Andrew Klabanos to call or have his "manager" call on people. He has cars towed from spaces at night when all the businesses are closed except Wexford's. The sign says "customer parking only" but doesn't specify which business. A customer has no way of knowing and it's a way they make money. I'm pretty sure they are both making money. You come to your own opinions and conclusions. Do not do business with these scammers!! This company is a shameful racket. They have no shame in how they make their money--being sleezy and overcharging people. My kids were performing at PWexford's pub in Modesto and parked in the back to access the back to bring in their instruments. Even though the back parking lot was empty, there was a sign that was not readily visible. Long story short, my daughter's car was towed. she called after the gig (after 10pm) and someone told her she could pick up the car that same night at the tow yard but to wait an hour for someone to be there. We were there and went in an hour later--$580!!! It wasn't even there overnight. When I told the guy this was ridiculous, he told me that car had been there over an hour. Talk about slime ball practices. this was just plain wrong. I'm not disputing getting charged, but $580 when the car wasn't even there overnight? And I see on their website they have auctions--no wonder why. read more

This towing company only cares for the money. They will tow your car for the smallest issue just to get money out of people. I'm waiting for my tags to come in the mail for my new car but ALL BRAUNS TOWING leaving a sticker that's hard to take off letting me know that I have 72 hours to fix my tags or they will tow the vehicle in my parking spot at my apartments. read more

I had the most unpleasant experience with this company. To start off they illegally towed my vehicle stating that a business reported it that did not. I know this because I contacted the property owner, and they stated that they did not make no report to tow my car. The towing company uses a generic business identity thinking you won't have knowledge to reach the real owner, which is properly the case for many although my field of work I know a lot of high business people. The driver decided to tow an AWD car on dollies without disconnecting the drivetrain which in return messed my transmission and drivetrain up. Second the tow truck driver requested favors in return of my dropping my car and when I declined, he towed it not giving me any paperwork or knowledge of where to obtain it which is against the law since I was present and in no fire lane. Does not stop there I go to the tow yard 10 min later to get my car (since I have the company name on video) and the driver comes out the back of the room and is screaming in my face that he will smack tf out of me as he hit my phone out of my hand while I'm in this tiny front office as a women. I had to call ceres PD to receive my car. Mind you I have all of this recorded and returned Monday to MPD to file battery charges for the driver and file an unlawful tow with MPD who kindly helped me. I have reached out to the company with no response and will be filing a lawsuit see you all in court. With all the reviews of this company it needs to be closed down, and a petition needs to be filed. This Company has no standards and do not follow state laws and procedures. They are only looking for the money(not saying most companies don't) but they cause conflict instead of deescalating. Come to the tow yard no one is their have to call someone to call someone to "wake them up". Very disrespectful to women and don't know how to respond to logical questions. If you get towed by them from your apartment speak to your apartment and have them waive fees for them stealing your car illegally. Just because you have a no warning policy doesn't mean you can overrule the dmv and state laws. read more

My apartments hired them to correct parking, however our parking lot does not have the proper width on parking spaces (7ft should be min 8ft.). This company is taking advantage of that fact & the fact they dont have to warn before tow. Because i was over the line they towed and charged 425. They scan the parking lot 4x a day to see who they can grab and get a quick $. I called to ask if i can have a photo because i need to address the apt complex with the 7ft wide compact spaces. He was a jerk with attitude right away and said no. Why? Just because he wanted to say no. So i went to my complex to talk to them about the no warning, improper spaces and i would like to see a photo. She got the photo and talked to them to see if they could wave the fee. He gave me 100$ off... and was a complete jerk when I picked up my car. My neighbor got towed for no registration sticker because it was stolen! She still had to pay 400$ with no warning! So glad I got my apartment to make them warn before an instant tow. ....they hurt our pocket book now its your turn... Be better. Honest companies make it, yours will NOT with the crooked ways and rude sevice. read more

A very hypocritical, lacking integrity towing company that doesn't know what a parking permit looks like. A company that starts conflicts instead of de-escalating them that not only isn't doing honest work but takes orders from a women from an apartment complex that is close to the property manager that doesn't even follow the rules herself and she Is quick to point the fingers and tow away people vehicle when she is the one and many more violations of the parking policy in the apartment complex. In addition, they just sent someone to tow the vehicle under her "Authorization". They don't follow company / property management rules and don't know what a permit is. If you are a company or a client that wants an honest, fair, and respectful de-escalation instead of escalating towing company just save your money or get another contract somewhere else they are injustice and and have no integrity whatsoever and they think the women from the apartment complex they don't think the rules don't apply to her or property management as well when she clearly breaks the rules instead of the others.
