Straightforward job, tow my Camry from my home to a local repair shop. The tow arrived on time, with a few texts and one call to keep me updated until their arrival. I never caught the man's name. Thin young Hispanic guy. He was perfect! I'm a total layman, so naturally I stood there observing as he did his job getting my car loaded onto the truck. At no point did he seem to have any oopsy moments. He came across as thoroughly knowing what he was doing. Same with unloading at the repair shop. The response to the LS review saying it was a corvette with a warrant is bs. This was my daughter's Honda Accord that was wrecked. We signed paperwork with tow company and they never turned in to dmv. I've called them several times telling to get this resolved only to be told we'll call you back. The accident was November 2023. He'd responding with nonsense. They're using the plates on another vehicle without submitting paperwork to dmv for over a year. Because we can't respond to their responses.. I'll do it here. In no way did they try to provide me with anything they sent to dmv. I absolutely have something to do with this because the car was in my name. So I'm getting toll charges to a car I signed over to them well over a year ago. This guy Miguel that's responding is a liar and has no professional ethics. Just be honest. You are using plates from a car that according to the dmv has been expired since April 2024. Your company is just unethical. I called your company to ask for the address so that I could do the release. I was asked why do you want it and can't you just Google it. they towed my car, damaged my front bumper,it already had some damage. Paint chipping but it got damaged alot more and they tried taking advantage of that instead of being responsible for the additional damage caused, broke the tab where the bumper clips on to the car,and my side marker i have the video of it being loaded onto the truck where the bumper drags and gets pushed up on the truck. yet the owner giving me a attitude over the phone not letting me talk tells me "dont come at me with the bs" claiming they have videos and photos. which is great. Despite the bad traffic, Gerardo was at my apartment building almost exactly when stated. He needed the tow hook and when I couldn't find it, searched for it. I was a bit concerned by the small number of reviews but gladly, this was the best towing experience I've had in over 30 years of driving--no exaggeration. Geico called four or five different services and couldn't find ONE that could help me today or that "serviced my area" (I was in the 16th largest city in CA, in a public parking lot at 1 pm on a Monday--WTH?)--I guess that stupid lizard has a limited contact list! So I searched Yelp and first tried Arrahien Towing but kept receiving a recorded message saying "this user has not yet set up voice mail." I then called Super Towing and a live person answered immediately, took down my location and where I needed to go, and said a driver would call me back shortly. Within 10 minutes, Gerardo called, got my location and met me there within just 20 minutes! He had the car up on a giant flatbed truck in under four minutes and drove it to the shop I use on McHenry without delay. No difficulties, attitude or anything--he even avoided the construction area so the car would be safer. He was ultra fast, careful and professional (he'd been working solid since 6:30 am, in 100-degree heat, with no complaints). I paid by credit card for just an extra two bucks (which my insurance company will reimburse) and gave me both a paper receipt with all necessary info as well as an emailed one via Square. Totally unprofesional. I was broke down on hwy 99 and my roadside assistance refered me to these scammers. I was quoted by my insurance it would be $105. But when David, the driver, arrived, I was told, That's not how it works". I was charged $160 to go 2.5 miles. I would recomend going someplace, anyplace else. They say family owned and opperated. I put in my request for a tow through my roadside assistance at 9:50 am. I was given an estimated arrival time; 75 min. The repair shop closed at 12:00 that day. Had they arrived on time, I would have made it. As 11:30 approached, I called my roadside assistance provider to cancel the tow because I knew they would be too late. I had also tried calling (several times) the direct line to Super Towing and no one answered. Luckily, my roadside assistance representative was understanding. But when she called super towing they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I get it, we all get frustrated at work sometimes but it's important to remain calm as a "professional." Very unprofessional, charged $350 for my car being towed while I was at work, wasn't clocked out until 10:30pm when I proceed to walk from my job to the towing company to get my car out (45 min walk) I asked why was it so expensive if it was just towed an hour ago and things turned bad quick once asked and had the door slammed in my face. Employees acting in a very unprofessional manner. Our rv was set on fire and we lost a lot of our clothing. 2 days later it was towed without any notice. I called asked if we could come gèt our belongings which included around 300 in food and our bedding amongstother items that survived the fire. I would say it all totaled around $700. Since the person we bought rv from did not give us pink yet the guy said its our problem and we cant get our stuff cause we cant prove ee lived in it or that it was ours. I asked we have a report from firefighters and chief of fire department he said its not good enough. So not only did we lose our home we now have lost most of our belongings so it has put that much more of a financial burden on our family. Not sure where human kindness has gone but I know if there were more people whom was kind and understanding the world would be so much better.
