I'm assuming the man who towed it must have been about 80 years old because the woman said he's been doing this for 60 years ... he did not handle my car with care. I drive a 2023 Camero the front bumper was scraped underneath and there is many scratches on the bottom driver side near both tires also scratch on my passenger side near my rear view mirror. Very disappointed, especially after requesting the insurance information or any information from the tow yard they denied. They didn't even want to give me the management information and instructed me to come back when the manager came in at one. Best thing to do in the situation was to call my insurance and submit the claim right away. These are only some of the scratches in the pics there's about 3 more smh. I'd never recommend any place that does not take care of other people's property When that is their job. They're very careless. They don't even deserve 1star **update took my car back same day Ron did see damage was fresh and still denied the problem, my car was towed from the back. The front was in front was facing a brick wall and they say there tow truck magically can see in front of my car that was facing a brick wall with very minimal space .... Wow tow trucks must be using drones now days smh waisted our time and denied there insurance info

We had a car with two wheels with no hope of ever getting its front wheels attached again. Both AAA and the junkyard refuse to pick it up. 20 min after calling my insurance, Hamse(spelling?) with Speedee scooped up the clunker without complaint and was headed to the junkyard. What took the junkyard over a week to ultimately fail to accomplish, these guys did in a mere minutes. Plus, the junkyard forced me and Hamse to wait for 10 min before accepting the car. Then a bit later I got another such text w diff driver name, same issue. An hour had passed. I called. The guy kind of blew smoke saying oh driver finishing a job you are next!! Another hour and he said "15-20 min driver on his way". The next minute, AAA called and said "Tow company said driver will arrive in 30 min driver will be there". But actually it was over 45 min and the driver said that City Tow knew where he was and how far away the whole time. If they'd been honest I would have looked locally for a shop but they strung me along, probably wanting the AAA $$. I would not use this shop if you have any other choice.
