Do you know how to make a bad experience a good experience?…read more Hire KB towing services! We went for an evening out in Tracy, where I foolishly lost my key. We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

Within 30 minutes he came and loaded our vehicle onto the flatbed and picked up my family of 4 (with toddler) in Gustine, CA and drove us to Los Banos. He stayed with us while we asked Walmart if they had my special tires, when we found that Walmart couldn't help us, he kept my car on the trailer until we could find another tire place that was open. Sunday afternoons in the middle of nowhere are not fabulous for looking for tire places, but we felt like we were in good hands with the owner, as he even had air conditioning full blast in his 4-door pickup!
