Blew out a tire on I5 on Labor Day weekend. Aakash was great! Made it very easy to get a tire and get us back on the road.

Did a booboo on my tire that chipped the rubber off exposing the inner thread. Not confident about the condition as it needs to be changed, and wouldn't be road worthy as we needed to drive down south still for 400 miles. Had to look for a tire shop nearby that could take care of it. Almost all of them said the size I need for my Tesla Model Y had to be reordered as the size is rarely on their inventory. GY 255 40R20. Luckily they have one in stock, and Aakash's Dad said he(Aakash) makes sure they have it in their inventory. Well, the one they had isn't the brand I am looking for, but the thread pattern is the same and is rated for Tesla. Just got home (San Diego) while typing this in, and to make it short, all went well, so far no issue whatsoever. Considering how (picky) a tesla is in changing tires, and how horrible the roadside assistance is, Aakash knows where to land the jack and is careful on the rims. Pricing is fair too. Shoutouts to Aakash and his Dad for making it possible for a quick fix! To anyone who is in need of a quick tire swap/fix in the area, hit this small business up. This shop is great!! I had a flat tire outside of town, put the spare tire on and then drove past Aakash Tire on the way home and thought I would run in there to see if I could just get the tire fixed. I was in and out with a fixed tire in awesome time. He put the spare tire away and checked the air pressure in it. Had a great conversation with the gentleman, that helped me, about the shop and Patterson in general. I will definitely use these guys again when I need a set of tires! And their hours are great too! Came in on Sunday before Labor Day for 1 nail in my tire and Aakash found multiple, one on the edge close to the front wall of my tire and he still managed to fixed them with ease. We happened to be in Patterson and our tires on our trailer blew out. The father and son were quick to assist and they were open on a weekend! We were just headed to go camping and had been on the road for less than an hour. Although this was such a inconvenience, the service was great and quick and made it our experience pleasant. **** Update initially thought it was a good deal but did not balance the tires at all *no weights added to any tires* **** had to take it to a Discount Tire to get it balanced (they added lots of weights to each of the tires)*** so just be aware *** On our way downsouth and noticed our tires were cracking when stopped by starbucks in Patterson. (Sigh) Sunday almost everyone was closed and nearest Big O was back 30 miles away. Called Akaashi and the owner answered saying he had the tires we needed and to come by. They were a chinese brand but since we needed 20" tires and our current ones were also chinese brand meh. We did call Big O and the quote they gave us also a generic brand for similar but didnt include mount and balance (note this quote is from my hubby...dont credit me with actually knowing anything related to cars lol). Haji was fast and was able to get done within an hour. Thanks for helping us!!! Not a 5 star only because the balance was slightly off felt vibration when going above 70mph (beggars cant be choosers ) .. he had folks waiting so may have rushed a bit. I'm sure if we had time ge would have rebalanced them seemed like a good guy. If you want a good deal and wont get gouged by the bigger franchise + help small business go here! read more

I can't speak highly enough about these guys - Aakash tires came to the rescue for us when nobody else would! We were driving to LA and got a nail in our tire the night before Easter Sunday. Every other tire shop was either closed or 30 miles away. We thought we were going to be stuck in a hotel and miss our family celebration, but Aakash tires were still open. We told them our situation and they gave us a lot of pertinent info about our tires and what we did or didn't need. Even though they knew we were in a real bind they didn't try to squeeze as much money out of us as possible - in fact they didn't recommend that we go with the highest cost option and actually fixed the issue for less than that. The whole time they were friendly, professional, and competent. They even filled up the rest of the tires before we left to make sure our tire pressure was evened out everywhere. If you can, give them your business! I promise they care a lot more about taking care of you than Walmart does. read more

Had new tires put on tires are good. But two lug nuts on one tire are cross treaded and one lug nut on another tire cross treaded. This is the only place I have had remove tires. read more

bought new tires and lug nuts and had them mounted. wheels started to vibrate so I went home to check it out and and one of the lug nuts was gone as well one of the studs ! went back to Aakash to tell him some thing was wrong and he started screaming at me saying he didn't do anything and wouldn't even look at my rims. told me to go to mechanic. went to mechanic , found out he put wrong lug nuts on. they were way too short! I could have died as this was on the front of the truck! went to tire pros and got the right lug nuts. they are great and very helpful! do not shop here for your own safety. I guess 10 years of loyalty meant nothing to him. read more

I had a blow out on Highway 5 and I came to this place and got a tire replaced. I just wanted to get a used tire so I can get back on the road. The guy sold me a used tire for a fairly decent price. He mounted the tire but I didn't see him balance it. He didn't even want to put my spare tire back where it belongs because he said his back hurts. Worse customer service ever!!
