I bought two used tires from this place on July 3rd today July 28th one of the tires went flat. Not even a month later. I went to another tire shop because I was far from home thinking it was a repair that could be done. Come to find out the tire was defective. I called Patterson tire company for a refund or partial refund SOMETHING! I try to support local business but I won't support this business. Totally unprofessional. The guys at Patterson Tire pros are not only very responsive, but they are good at what they do. We've had them do multiple oil changes, change spark plugs, tire rotations and, of course, new tires on quite a few occasions. Always reasonably priced, always happy to take my "hey, I'm impatient and want an update" phone calls, and they love that we call the wife's prius the dead bunny. They've patched tires for me a few times at no cost and when I did have to pay for a patch job it was only 15 bucks. I could go on and on about how these guys have gone out of their way to help us out when we've been in a pickle, but I'll skip that part. If you need tires or an oil change, give them a call. Most days, they can get you in that same day, and if not, it's because they have to order something specific for your vehicle. The only issue I've had with them was my car got stuck on a lift during a power outage because someone a few blocks away took out the power pole, and I can't fault them for that. In fact, I got a call from the owner who apologized for not being able to finish up the car on schedule because the outage had them down for 4 hours. From his personal cell, I might add. Larry and his staff were awesome! They even offered to drive me home and pick me up when my car was ready! Who does that??!! My Husband usually handles the maintenance on the car but he was ill and could not do it. As a 61 year old woman, I was very nervous. As a Woman...it is really hard to trust anyone when it comes to car issues. I went there to get a used tire and an oil change. They gave me 2 tires for the price of one. The office staff was charming, engaging, and fun to talk to...time flew by. Very, very nice, friendly and honest. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! I just moved to the area and needed my 2018 Nissan Sentra services. I called ahead to check if I needed an appointment or not. The gentleman that answered was SO KIND. So patient and so willing to help. I believe he was the owners son. When I got their the owner greeted me and was also so kind and sweet. I had to wait a little bit longer but he advised me ahead of time that there as a wait due to his computer system being down. Still while I waited he was making conversation, joking and providing amazing customer service, all while he was on hold. I got my oil changed and tires rotated. He walked me out and explained what my car will sound like since my tires haven't been rotated before. This place is amazing and I will definitely be back for further service. There are SO many great things to say about Patterson Tire Pros. The first being, Larry is the freaking MAN! After we got a flat tire on I-5, we had our car towed to Patterson Tire Pros. L*s Schw*b said it would be a 4 1/2 hour wait to get a new tire on our car. Tire Pros did it in 30 Minutes! Larry made us a priority and got us back on the road as soon as he could. The mechanics were speedy, kind, and professional and the waiting room was clean and air conditioned. Larry Sr. & Larry Jr. Are two of the best guys in the business. I just recently took my truck to them to fix someone else mistake. I know they don't do anything thing with lifting or leveling. So when I took my truck to this other place to get a leveling kit and Tires put on. I was left with unbalanced tires and a shakey steering wheel. Well I knew just who I needed to go see about getting my truck driving right. And sure enough Tire Pro's balanced my tires and got my alinement straight as a arrow.
