He was very upfront about the pricing and from our discussion it seemed that he knew a bit about Audi the potential problems. I took my car there earlier today and Jason plugged in the computers and found that the car wasn't generating any error codes. He actually worked on the car for quite some time because an oil pressure warning is a potential big problem. Instead of trying to gouged me or get me to pay him for possibly helpful services, he was completely honest and gave me several possible scenarios. None of which actually benefited him because he wouldn't make a cent. Also, he didn't charge me for any diagnostic fee which I really appreciated. I trust the service here and I would absolutely go back. I would recommend Jason to anyone. If you get stuck off the 5, this should be your first phone call.

Called AAA and they were only available for a battery charge- closest repair shop luckily was 3 miles away. We called another place that was literally next door, and thought we were going there according to directions. We pull in and we were accommodated right away, we were so grateful, that we agreed to business with them. We waited maybe 30 min and ran diagnostics, it turned out it was just a battery issue. Thank goodness they had what we needed and done in minutes! We so appreciate it!!
