My car was towed to this company, when we went to pick it up I found many scrapes and scratches on it. I'm assuming the man who towed it must have been about 80 years old because the woman said he's been doing this for 60 years ... he did not handle my car with care. I drive a 2023 Camero the front bumper was scraped underneath and there is many scratches on the bottom driver side near both tires also scratch on my passenger side near my rear view mirror. Very disappointed, especially after requesting the insurance information or any information from the tow yard they denied. They didn't even want to give me the management information and instructed me to come back when the manager came in at one. Best thing to do in the situation was to call my insurance and submit the claim right away. These are only some of the scratches in the pics there's about 3 more smh. I'd never recommend any place that does not take care of other people's property When that is their job. They're very careless. They don't even deserve 1star **update took my car back same day Ron did see damage was fresh and still denied the problem, my car was towed from the back. The front was in front was facing a brick wall and they say there tow truck magically can see in front of my car that was facing a brick wall with very minimal space .... She told me she couldn't give me any info until they verified my identity in person. Not once did the office manager Mercedes offer me the address or the info regarding the name of the company I was calling. My car would not start not only that it was in a car garage on the fourth floor!!! Today our rental car got a flat tire on the 205. I was alone with my two kids heading home from Easter in Livermore. The tow company came to pick up myvan that had broke down. Their employee was visibly stressed or upset. She finally loaded my vehicle and started out my driveway... she tried to make a right turn which was obviously to tight and slamed in to our landlords metal gate with our van she had in tow. I was horrified, but she asured me she would cover the cost of the gate. She tried to project blame to my brother who had gave her the all clear of cars from either side who was on the road looking down each side of the street and said well he told me I was clear! Driver is dangerous!! Caucasian guy with a beard. License plate started with 8w, but he was tailgating me so badly I could even see his license plate to get the rest. Tailgated all the way from Turlock through Hilmar, and I finally pulled over to let him pass. He just went up and didn't the same thing to the next person. Going 80 on rte 165 (speed limit 55 or 60), passing in no passing zones, very dangerous driver!!! I don't know if this is a fleet or just one guy, tried to call and complain but the phone number doesn't even work. I wish a cop had been our there to pull him over, he certainly deserved it. Trying to cause an accident so he can tow them away I guess. Terrible driver, terrible reflection on the company. I would never use them. read more

If there were 20 stars these guys deserve it ! Office dispatch was very professional and I could feel the smile on the other end of phone. Steven ( driver) was so polite and compassionate and he tended to business and got it DONE ! I've had a motor home ( not mine) on my property for 12 days that had caught fire and was towed here to allow relative to get their belongings out. AAA kept dragging around and lying to me about other tow companies trying to come get it but weren't able to tow it or store it , blah blah blah.
