I would give this company 0 stars if I could.... Extremely unprofessional experience with Arrahien Towing Company. They dropped off a random trailer on the edge of our property without any notice, permission, or explanation. It's been sitting there obstructing access and creating a liability issue. We've made multiple attempts to contact them for removal, but no one seems to take responsibility or follow up. This kind of careless and irresponsible behavior is unacceptable for any business, especially one handling large vehicles and property access. I do not recommend using their services read more

Driving home from a family camping trip, I had an axle mount break on my 30' travel trailer. Started with AAA - no help. Only covers the truck, not the trailer. Called 4 different tow companies only to be told that they couldn't help. Called the local RV repair shop and they recommended that I call Arrahien. After texting a couple of pictures, the guys knew exactly what to do. Showed up with the big rig truck, jacked up the rear axle, re-positioned the mount and secured the axle using a block of wood and a couple of chains. Got me to the RV repair shop without any problems. I was told that this would be a 2 hour minimum at $375 per hour since they had to bring the heavy wrecker. That seemed fair to me. By the time we were all done, it was 1 hour 55 minutes from when they arrived to when they dropped me off. No up charge. 2 guys were on the job, and they worked fast. Really professional, likeable, and knowledgeable. The guys even recommended a welding company down the road to help with the problem. While I hope to never need their services again, they'll be my first call if I do. Great job guys! read more

My wife lost car keys on trail at 9000' deep in Yosemite. I knew we were screwed from that moment. Roadside assistance through my insurance was simply a disaster as expected and left us stranded another night. Park services was useless other than advising a day late that we arrange our own tow. This is not easy. Many companies simply won't go up there or they charge a fortune. Arrahien didn't even receive my coordinates but came up from Modesto anyway to try to help us out. Their quote was fair for the distance. One company wanted $1000 for only a chance at service in 5 hrs. It was a difficult spot, but Arrahien were skillful and made it look easy. The driver was super professional, spotlessly clean truck, and friendly and fun to talk to for the long drive. I can't recommend them highly enough. Sidenote, a Chinese couple had been stranded at Yosemite gate for 11/2 hrs, no English, keys locked in the car. Arrahien used his translator app to communicate with them and had them back on the road in less than 10 minutes. read more

Excellent Service, need a tow or roadside service CALL THESE GUYS. My classic 74 GMC Truck got stuck in gear in the drive-thru at JO JO's on McHenry at the bend, a very difficult spot to get into to pick up the truck and since it was in gear wheels would not roll. They were there in 10 minutes, maneuvered their big truck into the drive-thru so very careful and concerned about my truck, took their time and got it right. When we got to my house they made sure to drop it exactly where I needed it to the inch. I am an old car guy and in my 69 years, I have never had a tow like this. AND IT WAS NOT A RIP OFF PRICE very reasonable for how hard it was and all the time they spent. GREAT JOB THANKS read more

Although his trunk is not a big Freightliner, his truck was sufficient for my 2007 Saturn Ion's within Modesto tow. Although his price was not the lowest, his pricing was aggressive. He was polite, has manners, and serves a territory from Fresno to Sacramento. Although I am from San Jose not Modesto, in my opinion, Christian is well reared and from a good family. Worst tow company ever. Giving them 1 star because I can't give them 0. When the driver called my husband missed the call. Called right back and the driver didn't pick up. He was right outside and saw the driver pull up waved at him. Driver never tried calling back or getting out of his truck to come to the door to see if we were home. He just drove off. My husband called again and the driver answered saying he didn't see my husband out front or the vehicle ( which he had parked right in from of) told my husband well I have to go to another call for an accident and I'll be back ... he called 15 minutes later saying he was around the corner... we canceled and got a better tow company ... there is no way you can go to another call and be back in 15 minutes... liar!!! read more

Dealing with Arrahien tow company was very positive and completely opposite from the usual tow experience. I mean from the dispatch person answering right away and knowing exactly where and when their tow guy was and could be expected. Can't believe how efficient and personable this tow service was. As for the driver Tony, I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and nicer person to come out. Tony was really careful with my car and you could tell he was really thinking on his feet taking the time to explain what he was doing as he prepared my car to tow. The whole process and experience was so unbelievably pleasant. Usually the tow guys that come out are really rough and burly, don't talk much guys who get to you either in bad moods or half asleep, or just really pissy like they don't want to be there at all. AMAZING SERVICE! Had my broken car brought back home. Other tow company would not park it facing in the driveway(said I needed a different kind of tow truck) or even give me a quickie charge so I could put the window up. ARRAHIEN TOWING SERVICE GETS THE JOB DONE! Driver Tony came out with the same kind of flatbed, reloaded the car backwards, scooted it in the driveway and powered the car so I could close the window!
