My car was tow over the weekend and the manager acted like i was bothering his weekend by trying to get my car out of their yard. made me jump through hoops and get paperwork from rental company even though i had the rental company call the tow yard and verified that i am the person on the rental agreement. they need to fire this guy and hire someone who knows how to deal with customers. read more

Patterson City Towing towed my car illegally otherwise known as Predatory towing due to a medical emergency. I made arrangements with an officer on the scene to make sure it was towed to my home. I gave the officer my keys and insurance info. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital.It should be against the law to take someones car because of a medical emergency. read more

The app was on point letting me know status, I was able to text driver of slight change of plans, Sam came to grab the keys from my location Cuts Steakhouse (still waiting for my food 45 mins later- the quoted time for tow to arrive), Sam arrived fast, called once he got to location to ask where I wanted the vehicle and texted letting me know of key location. Today 8-31-23 I hit a pot hole on Tegner in Turlock and damaged two rims. we used AAA and Turlock City Tow arrived quickly. we instantly met the driver Cayden. He instantly offered us to sit in the truck while he loaded our vehicle. Driving down I5 around 10:00pm, about an hour from home, we hit a pothole that took out both of our passenger side tires and wheels. Stranded on the side of I5 is the worst place to be, If you have ever driven down it you know what I mean. It was pitch black, with the exception of the trucks and cars driving by at 60-70 mph. We called AAA to have a tow truck come get us. They estimated 90 minutes, which when you are standing on the side of the road in less then 40 degree weather is not really what you want to hear, but we totally understood since we were in the middle of nowhere. Rigo showed up under the estimated time to rescue us, which was a nice surprise. We can not say enough about how amazing Rigo was. He was extremely kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and a great conversationalist. He had to drive us over an hour away to get us home, and made that ride a pleasant one. He is a genuinely great person! I had to be towed from 100 degree weather just outside Westley. Alfaro was awesome and so pleasant. Very disappointing because I made a service call on Saturday and I waited for 4 hours and the driver never showed up so I had to cancel that call. I made ia call this morning for the same vehicle and they gave me an excuse that they couldn't do it because the vehicle was not register it's amazing how people abuse of their ability to do jobs for others in time of need and completely refuse to help. On Dec 15, 2019, Rigo came to our rescue. He is very calm and helped us figure out our dilemma. I was parked with our car on a very narrow shoulder of I-5 while my husband was at the next exit driving our RV. The tow assembly on our car had partially separated from the RV. We disconnected the car and RV. We thought we could drive the rest of the way, driving each vehicle separately. It was not until I drove our car onto the I-5 about 3 tenths of a mile that all the red lights came on. We did not realize that the when the tow assembly broke that it had punched a hole in the radiator. I was very scared on this narrow shoulder waiting for Rigo. He said his first priority was to get me safely off the freeway and help us figure our next step. He was awesome. read more

I shouldn't care as much if not for the fact that I feel this business will prey on the customer's need for immediate assistance. I locked myself out of my car just outside of Patterson, 10 minute drive out. I was told $100 for them to come out to unlock my doors. I told them I'd pass. I called another local business who charged $45 less for the same distance. I'm fortunate that I get my expense reimbursed but I believe it's the principal of their customer service or in their case the lack thereof. We got stuck in mud in our RV on Fink Road, near Crows Landing. We called our Insurance company, who after one hour, could not find us a tow company that was opened (this happened on a Sunday) or had a truck available. They suggested we call 9-1-1. The Highway Patrol found two companies, but neither could be there before 2 hours. Our son suggested we call Patterson City Tow. The tow truck showed up in 20 minutes! Great service! The nice young tow truck driver who came out on my AAA call was an absolute angel. My car broke down near Patterson on my way back to L.A. from a trip to Napa one recent weekend, leaving me stranded in the middle of the night at a scary desolate rest area near Westley. I called AAA and they sent out a driver from Patterson Towing who told me he thought it was my battery and that AAA has a battery replacement program. He called it in and made sure I was safe before leaving. The battery replacement guy was also wonderful, but unfortunately my alternator was also shot so I was forced to spend the night in Westley and then called AAA again in the morning to tow me out to a shop in Patterson. The tow truck driver turned out to be the same one from the night before, and he quickly towed me out to Patterson and even undercharged me for the tow even though I exceeded the miles covered under my AAA plan. Friendly, cordial, professional -- a breakdown experience made less harrowing as a result. read more

i called for a tow from fink rd hwy 5 crows landing to be towed to modesto..was quoted 550.00 for that tow..I called another tow company and was charged 150.00 which i think was what the tow was worth..These guys feed off people stuck out on hwy 5...i don't like being ripped off and these guys are good at doing that.... read more
