Long story short, AAA recommended for us to use a commercial towing service which is why we went with Pacific Towing. They were at the next city so we waited about 45 minutes for the driver Willy to get to us. He got some skills though. He walked the whole pathway to get to us so that he doesn't get stuck also and reversed all the way to tow us out to the main road. He was a friendly fella and turned our dire situation into a brightful event so that we can make our way back home.

A huge thank you to EJ Towing!…read more There's nothing quite like getting a flat tire on a big, heavy motorcycle, at night, out on Highway 33 in the middle of nowhere. When you're stranded and need help, you quickly find out who is genuinely there to help--and who is just looking to take advantage of the situation. EJ Towing was absolutely one of the good guys. The price was fair, he was honest, kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Most importantly, when we needed someone to step up and help us, he did. We are extremely grateful. Thank you, EJ Towing, for coming to our rescue and getting us and our bike safely home. We won't forget you!

Waiting on the side of the road longer than planned with no update was frustrating. The bigger issue was the price. The total ended up being $37 more than what I was originally quoted over the phone. When I asked about it, I didn't really get a clear explanation for the difference. The tow itself was done fine, but between the late arrival and the unexpected extra charge, the overall experience wasn't great. I'd recommend getting the final price confirmed very clearly before agreeing to service.
