Have competent and compassionate employees, our car was towed after an accident and Police didn't…read morewant us to drive car home because of airbag deployment, When called to ask about fees, and hours employee never told us of open door policy, which what I understand is if I have the money for fees I can call and ask them to open the gate pay the fee and pick up my car, none of this was explained and we ended up paying almost $800. He gave me the storage and towing fee and said they closed at 5pm, it was Friday about 4:50 pm and they wouldn't open till Monday. when the employee who I spoke to was asked why I was not told about the open gate policy he said I did not ask, apparently they are some how affiliated with the police department hence the towing, some of these employees are not good people, the person that we spoke to on Monday morning was courteous and apologetic for coworkers omission of policy.
