The salesman, Jared, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicle's features and made the entire process completely pressure-free. He took the time to answer questions, explain options, and even helped coordinate several accessories and aftermarket additions for the vehicle. One of those additions was window tinting performed by a third-party vendor after the purchase. While the tint itself turned out great, the vendor unfortunately left some stains around the perimeter of the sunroof that I didn't notice until a few days later. When I contacted Jared, he immediately put me in touch with the service department to get the issue resolved. Service Supervisor Daniel and Matthew responded quickly and had their detailing team work on the problem right away. They made significant improvements, but ultimately lacked the specialized equipment needed to completely remove the stains. Rather than stopping there, Daniel continued working with the vendor and arranged for a professional detailer to take another look. The detailer did an excellent job, and when I got the vehicle back there was absolutely no trace of the staining. I've always believed that businesses shouldn't be judged by whether problems occur--they should be judged by how they resolve them. Fresno Acura's team handled the situation professionally, promptly, and completely. In my opinion, they resolved it perfectly. Fresno Acura has one of the best sales and service teams I've encountered. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

The vehicle has 21k miles now and the problem remains unresolved. Marvin was the associate assigned to me, but apparently since Fresno Acura couldn't figure out the issue, he thought best to avoid all my calls. The "certified pre-own" is a joke a Fresno Acura. A new vehicle should not have squealing brakes. Never again, Fresno Acura.

Within a year all the mounts went bad. I started calling around to Clawson Honda, Honda North in Clovis, & Merced Honda to got quotes to replace all my motor mounts. Not only did Angel offer the best customer service out of all 4 locations, but he offered me the best price (at least $400 cheaper than everyone else) He set me up an appt to have my van fixed the same week. When I got there I was greeted by Edgar (super friendly & great customer service as well.) He let me know that they would have my van most of the day to do the big job (which Angel had already given me a heads up about.) He asked if I would be waiting or if I had a ride coming to get me. I explained that I had traveled from far North Fresno & I would be waiting all day cause my wife couldn't fit our 4 kids in my truck to pick me up so I was stuck. He said let me see what I can do about getting you a rental car. He & Angel then came out to the lobby to have me sign my service paperwork & let me know that they would cover the cost for my rental car so I wouldn't have to wait around all day (thanks so much guys.) Kyle from Enterprise rental car showed up a few minutes later to pick me up & got me set up with a Chrysler Pacifica minivan for the day for free. A bit later I got a call from Angel that my van was finished but that the tech accidentally broke my power steering fluid reservoir but they had replaced it with an aftermarket one temporarily & that they would replace it with a brand new Honda part in the morning & that I could keep the rental till the next day. When I got there the next day to pick up my Odyssey everything went smooth, my van was fixed & running great & I got out of there with a fair price (they even honored a discount coupon I found on their site.) Thanks so much Angel & Edgar in the service department I'll be making the drive past 2 other Honda dealerships & out of my way from now on based off your customer service & value.

After they opened in Madera my dad bought another bike from them. My daughter bought a bike from them, and we get all our bikes serviced there. The Wilson family are the nicest and as honest as it comes. Tyler Wilson runs the service department, and he is great. They try hard to have your bike ready for you even when you don't have an appointment. The drive out there From Fresno/Clovis is nice if you go the Friant way. Even if you did not buy a bike from them, it's worth taking it there for the service. Despite costing less than the "Big Honda" dealer in Fresno, the "family" treatment is why I go there.
