The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and I appreciate that I'm usually checked in and helped right away without a long wait. During my most recent visit, the team even waived my diagnostic fee, which I really appreciated. They also sent me an update via video! Another time, I brought my car in for a detail after the interior had been heavily soiled. The team went above and beyond by removing the seats to thoroughly clean everything underneath, and they didn't charge me anything extra for the additional work. 12/31/25 Received in the mail, a safety recall for my car. I called yesterday to make an appointment. The worker was kind and said I don't need one. Just show up, let them know and they'll check it out. Simple. Did today and all workers were Great. Kind and welcoming. I left my car after being greeted so they could check it out and went inside to sit bdck until they were finished. Wow!! Only a few minutes and called back. The worker Bryson was kind. Come to find out it if in regard to the tire rim design and luckily, my car doesn't have the design that has been recalled. Honda North is awesome. We had just moved to Clovis and needed regular services. I was able to schedule online and got text and email reminders. The day of the service, the dealership was slammed with customers but we were in and out of there within an hour. The service rep kept us updated the entire time. Great communications. One last note, the day of our service, World Cup was starting at noon so the dealership bought pizza for their employees so they could watch. I love how they treated their employees. Elle scheduled us an appointment with Dia. Dia screened us for the best vehicle for our new driver. He said he had the perfect one for us to check out. He returned with keys for the Salesperson they handed us off to, Art, and proceeded to take us to a BLACK Prologue with scratches. This was disappointing but we were just here to test drive a prologue. Because they were comparable, we didn't complain. We found the "Honda Prologue" ( a Chevy Blazer that was reskinned with Honda logos) to be inadequate. The seats were as hard as a cloth church pew. The view out the rear lacked peripheral clearance because of Chevy's swoopy design language. The drive was unrefined. The floaty suspension will test your sea legs and steer you towards nausea. We followed up by checking out the Civic. We couldn't believe how crappy their top selling car is. After testing a Kia EV6, Hyundai Ioniq5, Nissan Sentra, and several other similar cars, and this was the lowest quality of the bunch. We are talking seating, seating position, quality of interior parts, space utilization, the works. We left knowing a few things. We were happy to have broadened our horizons by giving Honda a try. We were disappointed because we believed that Honda and Toyota had the corner of quality craftsmanship. And we ended up satisfied purchasing an EV6 elsewhere. read more

Worst service department I've been to in a long time. Three employees told me to wait to be helped when my car was dropped off by a tow truck. I waited 30 minutes and asked 2 more people for help and finally got started on receiving my information. I've had my car serviced so many times in the last year and it's a 2025 CRV. Service Front Desk Customer Service is excellent, mechanics are apparently not good... I will start off by saying that I have had several very positive experiences with the team running the service desk. They have been helpful, understanding, and full of integrity. However... I have had to bring my Civic in three times for the same problem within 15 months. My A/C went out in May of last year, I brought it in and they replaced the condenser and a few other things, taking a few days to do it, only for it to stop working in late August. I have a job where it's difficult for me to take time off, and the weather was easing up so I just lived with it until April of this year when I brought it in again. I was informed that they installed a bad part and they needed to replace it again. Again, taking a few days. I did not pay for anything since it was under warranty. It worked for a while again, only to stop working a few months later in late July. Again, I have difficulty taking time away from my job to go drop off my car for a few days, so I had to live with bad A/C during the hottest month of the year until I could get the time off to bring it in. Which I did today. I made it known in a professional way that I again expected to not pay for anything here since it's the same system they've already worked on twice. I was not mad, but relatively frank by saying that I was not super happy about having to come back for this again. I also was in need of an oil change, so I agreed to have them do that. Again, I want to point out that the front desk team was incredibly supportive and courteous, understanding my irritation and ensuring me of the warranties and that I should be ok from an expense standpoint, which I was. There was a busted seal in the compressor shaft (the same system that they had worked on a few months ago) and I was covered. Now, here's where I have a problem. I have had to return here to fix the same system multiple times. You would think that they would take extra care to make sure everything comes out perfect. So imagine my surprise that same evening when I back out of my driveway and hear a massive grinding sound underneath my car. I come out to find that they had forgot to put all the bolts back in on my splash guard after they changed the oil, and it had gotten folded back on itself under the car and jammed against my driveway, dripping oil in the process. I proceeded to have to get down under the car in my office attire and pound in it until it fit back into place just to be able to put it into drive without risking snapping it. I'm now having to park it outside my house on the curb overnight because I don't want to risk reversing it again. I am a nice guy, and this is my first review ever, despite other negative experiences at other businesses. But the fact that I have had to return multiple times for a repeat issue and then to have this negligence on top of it is extremely disappointing. That I am now having to go back early in the morning on my one day off a week to have them put a handful of bolts back in is unacceptable. Again, I never write reviews, but barring any more issues with my A/C, which I'll keep coming back here until they make it right, I believe that I am now in the market for a new dealer to work on my Hondas. Which I'm sorry to say, because again, the team at the front service desk is great, but I can't keep dealing with ineffective work. read more

There were easily 20 cars in the service drives when I arrived shortly after 10:00 am. The absolute worst experience we have ever had at a car dealership. 1. We inquired regarding a car that had been listed for well over a month, when my husband went to see it, it was "in the back" getting checked out by technicians. Why? We don't know. We were advised to make an appointment to come back in 2 days to see the car. 2. When my husband arrived for the appointment he was informed that the car had been sold the previous day. 3. When he inquired to see another car he was pushed to consider new cars and that they'll give him a "great deal" even though he expressed this was not something we are interested in. 4. His ID was taken because he originally wanted to test drive another car. The person who took his ID disappeared and he was passed from salesperson to salesperson until he decided he was going to leave without test driving. Overall, this was an hour of wasted time waiting. 5. Why did we not receive any communication to cancel the appointment if the car we would like to see had been sold? Why have someone take time out of their day to come to an appointment to see a specific car when it's not even there? Disappointed is an understatement. The lack of communication and professionalism was absolutely unacceptable. We are usually patient and understanding people however this crossed the line for us. read more

When Eric Martinez was there I used to be treated really well, That was pre covid, Now. Honda quoted me a 200 diagnostic to fix a pipe... and then wanted to charge me an extra 200 to run diagnostics on a leak, I took it somewhere else to find out my transmissions pretty much fucked. The car is a 2017 Honda Civic that I've had to get Wiper blade motor fixed, EVAPORATOR FIXED and now at 83,000 miles my transmission goes out after getting my transmission fluid replaced. What is this. I feel like I've had a lemon of a car. This place will rob you dry and sell you lemon cars. read more

Although Honda North is closer to me, I typically go to Clawson because of their Saturday hours. My experience at Honda North was great--the service was quick, and John was both knowledgeable and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the service was, especially on a Saturday. Sales men was very upset after the sale. Did not even congratulate me for my purchase.

We bought a new 2025 CR-V Sport-L Hybrid. We received virtually zero training on how to operate this very High Tech car. We almost ran out of gas on the way home because the tank was empty. We thought they had filled it up. It says right on the window sticker that it comes with a full tank of gas. I told them about it and they did nothing. We are afraid to drive this car outside of town because the TPMS system constantly alarms and we don't know if we have a flat/low tire or if it is just another false alarm! We have gone through the entire process of checking all the tires air and then resetting as per the manual. I can't count the times we have had to do this. The car only has 5,000 on it and it has done this since day one! We have had the car into the dealer 5 times. The couple of times they just reset it in the parking area and 3 times they took it into the shop. They have failed to fixed the problem. Itis a documented fact by the NHTSA, that a large number of auto accidents is caused by low/flat tires. That is the reason that all new cars since 2008 must come with an operating TPMS system. This car does not have one. At the request if the Service dept, I am taking it in to give them one more chance to to fix the problem before I take legal action. I have already filed a complaint with the NHTSA. The TPMS system has been declared an official required safety requirement, and it MUST be fixed as per federal law. If they can not fix it then there are a number of options available. One option is that they can buy back the car for what you paid for it, including all fees. Another route is the Lemon Law. There are many Law Firms that specialize in this at no cost to you. The people in the Service dept have been very nice, and I think that they tried to fix the problem, but the overwhelming fact remains, the TPMS in this car is not trustworthy and alarms at will. This issue leaves us guessing as to whether it is safe or unsafe to drive. read more

We were looking for a flat towable car. Found out the only ones are Honda CRV 2014 or older. We stopped at Honda North in Clovis to see what they had available. Spoke with a wonderful sales rep name Anatolio Avalos "NATO". He had one 2010 CRV and that was all they had at that time. We asked him to give us a call if they got any more in. He called us a few days later with a 2013 CRV, it was exactly what we were looking for. He help us get a good price and was so kind hearted helping us go through the process of purchase. My fiancé got a nail in her tire and when we called the dealership about it we were told to bring it in because they could work on it. We bring it in and upon arrival the assistant manager sees my fiancé and just stares. Doesn't say hello, doesn't approach her, just stares at her likes she in the wrong place. Then proceeds to just be rude and off putting. When she tells him that she has a nail in the tire he says they don't do that there. Then when she says she was told to bring it in he said, they gave you bad intel then and when she asked if any Honda dealership works on tires he shrugs and continues to say they don't do that there and when she asks if anyone else can help her he told her she could go down the street to get the car serviced. This guy was the assistant manager, the face of the service department and that's how he decided to treat customers. Not taking it in to get serviced there ever again. read more
