    Cmon, $299.00 for a tire? You guys are a rip off, I'm going to Goodguys or Fast Tire. This is a good example of dealerships taking advantage of people and it's amazing how they get away with it. I encourage everyone to shop around before going to the dealership for ANYTHING, there are plenty of automotive repair shops and or tire shops

    I had the pleasure working with an amazing Sales Rep/Finance Rep named Rachel on 2/6/26 when buying my new 2026 Honda Civic Sport. While working with Rachel all my concerns and needs were met. The amount of knowledge she had about cars, products and financing will blow your mind. I highly recommend going and buying from Honda North.

    This was the car our salesperson was taking us to see. Then actually took us to a BLACK Prologue with scratches. Disappointed.

    Elle scheduled us an appointment with Dia. Dia screened us for the best vehicle for our new driver. He said he had the perfect one for us to check out. He returned with keys for the Salesperson they handed us off to, Art, and proceeded to take us to a BLACK Prologue with scratches. This was disappointing but we were just here to test drive a prologue. Because they were comparable, we didn't complain. We found the "Honda Prologue" ( a Chevy Blazer that was reskinned with Honda logos) to be inadequate. The seats were as hard as a cloth church pew. The view out the rear lacked peripheral clearance because of Chevy's swoopy design language. The drive was unrefined. The floaty suspension will test your sea legs and steer you towards nausea. We followed up by checking out the Civic. We couldn't believe how crappy their top selling car is. After testing a Kia EV6, Hyundai Ioniq5, Nissan Sentra, and several other similar cars, and this was the lowest quality of the bunch. We are talking seating, seating position, quality of interior parts, space utilization, the works. We left knowing a few things. We were happy to have broadened our horizons by giving Honda a try. We were disappointed because we believed that Honda and Toyota had the corner of quality craftsmanship. And we ended up satisfied purchasing an EV6 elsewhere.

    Service Front Desk Customer Service is excellent, mechanics are apparently not good... I will start off by saying that I have had several very positive experiences with the team running the service desk. They have been helpful, understanding, and full of integrity. However... I have had to bring my Civic in three times for the same problem within 15 months. My A/C went out in May of last year, I brought it in and they replaced the condenser and a few other things, taking a few days to do it, only for it to stop working in late August. I have a job where it's difficult for me to take time off, and the weather was easing up so I just lived with it until April of this year when I brought it in again. I was informed that they installed a bad part and they needed to replace it again. Again, taking a few days. I did not pay for anything since it was under warranty. It worked for a while again, only to stop working a few months later in late July. Again, I have difficulty taking time away from my job to go drop off my car for a few days, so I had to live with bad A/C during the hottest month of the year until I could get the time off to bring it in. Which I did today. I made it known in a professional way that I again expected to not pay for anything here since it's the same system they've already worked on twice. I was not mad, but relatively frank by saying that I was not super happy about having to come back for this again. I also was in need of an oil change, so I agreed to have them do that. Again, I want to point out that the front desk team was incredibly supportive and courteous, understanding my irritation and ensuring me of the warranties and that I should be ok from an expense standpoint, which I was. There was a busted seal in the compressor shaft (the same system that they had worked on a few months ago) and I was covered. Now, here's where I have a problem. I have had to return here to fix the same system multiple times. You would think that they would take extra care to make sure everything comes out perfect. So imagine my surprise that same evening when I back out of my driveway and hear a massive grinding sound underneath my car. I come out to find that they had forgot to put all the bolts back in on my splash guard after they changed the oil, and it had gotten folded back on itself under the car and jammed against my driveway, dripping oil in the process. I proceeded to have to get down under the car in my office attire and pound in it until it fit back into place just to be able to put it into drive without risking snapping it. I'm now having to park it outside my house on the curb overnight because I don't want to risk reversing it again. I am a nice guy, and this is my first review ever, despite other negative experiences at other businesses. But the fact that I have had to return multiple times for a repeat issue and then to have this negligence on top of it is extremely disappointing. That I am now having to go back early in the morning on my one day off a week to have them put a handful of bolts back in is unacceptable. Again, I never write reviews, but barring any more issues with my A/C, which I'll keep coming back here until they make it right, I believe that I am now in the market for a new dealer to work on my Hondas. Which I'm sorry to say, because again, the team at the front service desk is great, but I can't keep dealing with ineffective work.

After already experiencing non-communication, I spoke directly with my service representative, Ivan Tinoco, and specifically requested daily updates. I was assured that I would be kept informed. That has not happened. I have repeatedly had to reach out myself just to get basic information about the status of my vehicle. I understand that parts can sometimes take time to arrive. However, it is very difficult to accept that a dealership would not have timely access to service parts for the vehicles they sell -- or at the very least provide clear, proactive communication about delays. Instead, I have been left without a firm timeline, without consistent updates, and without accountability. This has caused significant inconvenience. I recently moved to the area and rely heavily on my vehicle for work and daily responsibilities. If I had known a recall would turn into such a prolonged and poorly communicated process, I would have reconsidered scheduling it when I did. Customer service is not just about fixing cars -- it is about communication, transparency, and respect for people's time and circumstances. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I hope this review encourages improvement in communication and customer care so others do not experience the same level of frustration.

It totally different, like $7000 more for the OTD Pricing from the website. I just gave up and they ask how much i expect. I just show them the pricing from their " own website ". I did not low ball anything. So they agree and ask me to come to the Dealer soon because incentives from Nissan end today, April 30. I hard check my Credit to pull up the Interest rate. After that was what i waste my time and also lose my money for taking the shift off, hard inquiry my credit score for nothing. I went to the dealer and sat with sale guy. And then the Sale Manager came over and tried to get me any pricing up north. He said he can only give pricing right now. Come on, your sale team member agree that OTD and invite me to come to do paper. That is ridiculously amateur. The Sale manager agree with that and left again. He came back and wanted to knock me up with a higher price. I said no but eventually i agreed to round up the number and do the interest that my bank provided me but with their lender. He left again. Third time , he tried to play words with me like your number you show is net price before tax, bla bla bla. Look at the photos i attach. Advertise Pricing that company show $26750 , tax and fee show $2945.97. Sum up the 2 numbers will come out to $29695.97. He wanted to play words with me like $29695.97 is the net pricing with tax and fee , and wanted to add $2945.97 one more time. I was tired with this guy, no respond and decided to leave. For the whole story, i did not low ball their pricing. Whatever their mother company want to sell , i agree to pay for, but when i come to the dealer. All dramas and traps. Even when the sale team member agree with the OTD pricing. You still have to deal with their sale manager with all bs reasons. ONE MORE THING: THE CAR IN REAL IS NOT SIMILAR TO THE ONE THEY ADVERTISE. THE WHEEL LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ON THE WEBSITE EVEN THOUGH STOCK # IS SIMILAR. I GUESS THEY SWAP FROM OTHER MODEL FOR OTHER CUSTOMER. SO WHOEVER BUY THAT CAR AND DO NOT PAY ATTENTION OR CHECK CAREFULLY, WILL END UP BEING A LOSER. I ASK AND THEY BLAME TO THE THIRD PARTY THAT TOOK PHOTOS OF THE PICTURES.

The cold weather had caused the battery in my Tahoe to fail - sending the car into a stall while displaying weird error messages...it was 11am, pouring down rain and I desperately needed the car for important meetings the next day. My first call to a Chevy Dealer let me know that they could not even look at my Tahoe until the next day - not even for a quick diagnosis. By contrast, the service manager at Hedricks approved a diagnostic check the same day - which showed that it was all battery related. Within 2 hours, working with Julian, my car had a new battery and I was on my way. Some dealers provide service - while others epitomize the spirit of service. Thank you Hedricks for exemplifying what true service can be. I'm forever grateful.

    WARNING: Do NOT buy from Hedrick's Chevrolet in Clovis…read more I purchased a 2018 Chevy Colorado with about 90k miles in January 2026, and within just 70 days, the vehicle had been in the shop three separate times. The check engine light came on within the first 30 days of ownership. When I contacted Hedrick's service department, I was instructed to take the truck to Merced Chevrolet for a diagnostic evaluation. I was told that my warranty would cover the diagnostic and that next steps would be determined once the issue was identified. However, after taking the truck in, I was informed that the vehicle had preexisting issues and that the warranty would not cover the diagnostic because it does not take effect until 30 days after purchase. I had no choice but to pay the $500 diagnostic fee just to retrieve my vehicle and bring it back to Hedrick's for repairs. After nearly a week, their service department claimed the issue was fixed, replacing an O2 sensor and exhaust gasket. Exactly one week later, the check engine light came back on. I contacted Hedrick's again and was told to bring it back in. After another week in the shop, they stated repairs were completed, this time replacing another O2 sensor and the purge valve. Within three weeks, the check engine light and traction control light came on again. The truck began shaking and rattling and became undriveable. I contacted Hedrick's service department once more and spoke with Marty, who advised me to have the vehicle towed to American Chevrolet in Modesto, stating that my warranty would cover repairs there and that Hedrick's would coordinate with them. A few days later, I was informed by American Chevrolet that the fuel injectors needed to be replaced, but the repair was not covered under the warranty. When I followed up with Marty to understand my options, he referred me to the manager, Tanner Hedrick. I attempted to contact him multiple times, left a message, and never received a response. It took Amerian Chevrolet several phone calls and messages before Marty at Hedricks service department retuned their calls stating they would cover the diagnostic but not the repairs. At this point, I have no choice but to pay $3,000 out of pocket for repairs. I was sold a warranty policy under the understanding that repairs could be covered and completed at any Chevrolet dealership, which has not proven to be the case. I will also be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, DMV, Federal Trade Commission, and the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

Barstow Auto Sale buys most of…read moretheir cars from auctions sales and when they purchase those vehicles, they do not fix it up at all. All they do is clean it up to make it "look nice." They do not do any mechanical work to the car unless it is visible to the customer. They don't care for their customers. They only care about money and ripping their customers off. They will sell the same "make and model" with different "car years and mileages", for the same price. When I bought a car from them, they told me to oil change it. They did not even pump the gas for me, it was low on empty! Not even a month later when I purchased a car from them, my car over heated. They were nice enough to fix it, but it was only for a temporary fix, because the problem started occurring again. If you want a honest car dealership, I advice you NOT to shop here! You might get lucky and get a decent car if the previous owner took cared of their vehicle, but other than that, good luck.
