Took my vehicle there to get some work done. Brakes and suspension. But after taking it on there self to do an all around inspection to find work. They didn't install the cabin air-filter back in correctly So of course that created another issue. The vents for the ac/heat didn't work. Your think 180 an hour for labor on brakes and suspension they could get it right The fact they took it upon there self to do a full inspection to run up the price. Took my 92 Chevy Silverado in awhile back to have the a/c checked. They tore down the whole truck and gave me an estimate of almost 7k. Tried to guilt me by saying it's cheaper than a new truck! i went here to get a 2nd opinion and a look at what i was experiencing, i went to a shop Called discount and tire to get my control arms switch out, paid 550 to them, So it started having issues, went again to get it checked they said its fine, ok...i drove on the freeway to class it starting Moving weird, Wobble wobble left and right, it was slightly unstable, My steering was wack, It didn't feel safe, so i went to alltech, I called, immediately Better customer service, I talked to them, we was connecting and they cared about what i was saying, and i talked a lot, Like, talked to much and they still cared, they didn't wanna rush anything, They were patient, So today, 3/26/2025, i took it in to Get it looked at, they were gonna Put me in thursday but due to the safety concerns i was experience they were nice enough to Put me a day earlier, i paid 200 bucks total to have it looked at, test drive, and all that, and on top of an alignment, well turns out, they found a Bolt that was very loose on the control arm and that's what was making my car turn and drive very unsafe and weird, they fixed the bolt and Tighten all the bolts around the new control arms, and they didn't charge me extra for it which was cool, so moral of the story, i would recommend this place for a 2nd opinion, Yes it's 90 dollars for a look, but they generally Try and find what the problem is, they didn't take any guesses, they went straight to business finding it, and they did, So thanks to all tech, they fixed my problem, i went on the highway after, And i went over 85MPH, and it's all stable, it drives better, and safer read more

####do not take your vehicle for repairs to alltech automotive in clovis,ca. april 2021 i was charged $3,401 for a check engine light. the invoice of repairs made state that engine coolant has oil in it and the engine oul cooler has failed or seal between cooler adapter and engine is leaking. recommended replacing cooler assembly and both radiator hoses for they are "spongy" and flushing cooling system. 6months later (oct 2021) the check coolant level light came on so i took my vehicle to the dealership. they told me the repairs made at alltech automotive did not fix the issue of oil and coolant mixture. i asked the dealership if a " band aide" was used to repair my car they said "not even". the dealership called alltech automotive and spoke with jeremy to ask if they are willing to make the repairs "under warranty "(6months later) jeremy's response was "no". i filed a complaint with bar (bureau of automotive repair). a investigation was done and i was able to recover my monies. alltech automotive ""does not""" stand by their warranty nor do they know how to diagnose a vehicle correctly. they claim on their logo "leaders in the automotive technology"" they are far from that.. poor customer service ""rip off automotive repair shop"" read more

When I called and asked about smog, because I had never gone here before, the lady I spoke to confirmed they accepted walk-ins, but recommended an appointment. I'm glad I did! When I got there I checked in, which took all oof about 5 minutes. There were several people waiting outside and a couple in the waiting room. One mechanic informed me of a small issue, that he could remedy, but it may interfere with the smog results. Upon my approval, he went forward with the smog. Within ten minutes I was being summonsed to the front to check out with a passed smog. The people who were waiting when I got there, were still waiting. Get an appointment! All Tech ... All no! I needed an inspection on my car for Lyft and I got suckered into paying $100 all to fail with an estimate for over $530 to replace brake pads. Apparently this is a Repair Pal shop, giving fair prices for work completed. Too bad that estimate for the brakes was ABOVE the Repair Pal price range. When I asked about having the car inspected again after the repairs, guess what?! Another $100 for the inspection, citing that all the wheels would need to be removed to measure the NEW pads. Aren't the wheel removed to replace the brake pads? Inspections for Lyft should typically cost around $30 at a repair shop or in some cases in LA and SF, FREE! After my experience I would not consider this facility to be practicing a business in good faith. read more

I really am none to pleased to write this review, but it is a must to protect future customers from going through my ordeal. The long and short of what happened to me: About 6 years ago I brought my truck in because of wiring problems to the low beams of my truck. I was told that there indeed was a wiring problem, and that the fix was to replace the light switch and that there was some wire part that would cost over 1000.00 and their solution to working on my truck (which cost 370.06) minus the wire part which I could not afford was not the end all,,.that it could be a matter of weeks before the problem came back, because I could not pay the 1000.00 or more for some wire part. Of course, at the time, I was a substitute teacher, so of course I could not pay over 1000.00 to fix the problem. I paid their fees, and sure enough, after a few weeks the lights failed, and I was back to worrying about the lights, blinding people with my brights and not driving at all after dark. Their was a constant burning wire smell, and the underside of my steering wheel would be hot to the touch. Fast forward 5 years. I got to the point where I was finally a full-time elementary school teacher, and could pay to fix my problem. I took it to a mechanic in Spokane, and they said they would spend a week looking at the truck, and then let me know what they found. I told them all that was said and done at Alltech. Still, it took a considerable amount of time, but sure enough, the switch was the problem. It was jammed into a terminal where the pins were pushed into a single hole, causing a short circuit. The switch was replaced this time, and they took the time (this is the key point I am making here) to find the part needed for the wiring. It cost 75.00...not the 1000.00 or more Alltech stated. I would have not gone years worrying if I had not gone to a competent mechanic in the first place (one who cares about customers first before finances), and actually takes the time to solve the problem, which the mechanic in Spokane did. The sad thing is Alltech would have charged over 1000.00 and not batted an eyelash at the expense. I brought the parts and both invoices down to show Alltech. I brought the switch part which I had saved. I explained what had happened, and that I was under the impression that either: A.) The switch was never replaced or B.) That they did not install it correctly. I am not an auto expert, I was a customer who needed a problem solved, and it was not solved satisfactorily. They did not do a thing to make the problem right. What they did do is defend their side of the story. They did talk to the owner (sort of) and did not bother to phone the mechanic who did make the proper fix. Please, if you have an auto problem that is NOT something you know about, take it elsewhere. You will save money, have piece of mind that it is fixed properly. I am lucky to have a mechanic in the state I live in now who does things right, for the lowest cost and has many satisfied customers in return. I tell my students to trust but verify. Now I know why this is so crucial, when your money is at stake. read more

I had Jeremy as my service advisor and I came away understanding exactly what my cars situation was and what my ACTUAL options were. There was no pressure to make a decision. I stumbled upon All Tech while I was Googling for a smog inspection shop. Called and was quoted $50 for my 2011 F-150. I decided to set an appointment since the shop was near to where I lived and the price was competitive. Arrived for my 8am appointment for the next day. I was surprised to see that All Tech is a modern clean facility and that most the Yelp photos do not depict the new building All Tech has moved to. There were several service advisors working and I was helped as soon as I entered. I used the $10 off Yelp coupon which made the price $40! Service advisor was polite and within several minutes processed my paperwork. I had several cups of coffee from their machine while waiting 15 minutes in their waiting room. Overall I was quite pleased with my experience and am highly considering taking my truck into All Tech for my next service. read more
