The job will get done by the team but with a lot of supervision and nonsense back and forth. They couldn't locate my spare tire, I have the most standard SUV you can imagine, I had to physically walk to the bay and show them where it is. The WORST thing about this place though is they do not honor your tire certificates, they will always come up with a reason to state they are invalid or don't apply and tell you to buy a new tire. Stay far away from this location.
