He gave me the storage and towing fee and said they closed at 5pm, it was Friday about 4:50 pm and they wouldn't open till Monday. when the employee who I spoke to was asked why I was not told about the open gate policy he said I did not ask, apparently they are some how affiliated with the police department hence the towing, some of these employees are not good people, the person that we spoke to on Monday morning was courteous and apologetic for coworkers omission of policy.

The worst tow company I've ever had to deal with. In an already high stress situation, they were…read moreunprofessional, lacked sympathy, and empathy for others. Each dispatch driver I spoke to was completely rude or out of line. I probably had gotten yelled at by at least three of the workers from that business when I was just following directions by somebody who worked there. I plan on reporting them so if you share the same experience that I did, I hope you report them too so that way their business doesn't treat somebody else this way.
