Thank you for being kind we super appreciate you guys! read more

From walking through the front doors, to checking in and waiting until my car was complete . The service was awesome .. they kept me posted on my car and how much longer it would be !! Thanks to all the people that work here you're awesome !! read more

The visalia store is not honest and will take advantage of a woman. They told me a needed to replace a part that was not bad and was going to charge me over $ 2300 to fix it. Luckily a male friend had it checked elsewhere and the part was good. The car had a problem that was fixed for $360.00. Top it off i been a customer there for years and bought my tires there for all my vehicles. I trusted them and almost paid them for work that wasn't needed. I had other kinds of work there and wonder now if it was really needed or did I get scammed for extra money in there pocket. Do not trust their diagnoses. read more

Well this location is by far the worst one I've been to. I've truly been to Americas tire locations all over California and had great experiences...except here. The job will get done by the team but with a lot of supervision and nonsense back and forth. They couldn't locate my spare tire, I have the most standard SUV you can imagine, I had to physically walk to the bay and show them where it is. The WORST thing about this place though is they do not honor your tire certificates, they will always come up with a reason to state they are invalid or don't apply and tell you to buy a new tire. Stay far away from this location. read more

I bought some new Toyo's installed on my truck and the price they quoted, OTD price, wasn't any more expensive than anywhere else I shopped around. I went with Americas Tire because they could get the tires shipped and installed within 3 days. The install took about 2 hours. Quick. With the lifetime Rotations and Balances, the price really is fair. read more

An excellent experience. The staff member was ready when I arrived and my vehicle was promptly serviced. This has been my experience on multiple occasions over the years. Free air checks and tire rotations add to the value. Five stars! read more

Yesterday I had a flat and Richard went above and beyond to help me out. I am on a work trip and far from home with a run flat for a bmw no one has... he had his guy go get it for me and replace my tire. He was so kind and helpful. Highly recommended. he treated all his customers kindly while I was there. I hope I got his name correct, working AM 1.14.26 read more

I had a nail in my new tire and they fixed it for free. Quick service for even not having an appointment.

The staff were so helpful from calling to set an appointment through the entire experience in shop. They were ready for me a few minutes before my appointment and met me outside, the time estimates were spot on and I was out of there with a patched up tire in 40 min. For free! Which I had no idea they offered that service for free. I was beyond happy with the experience and plan to take my business to them in the future! read more

I love how they have a tire pressure check station set up. Today, there were a lot of customers needing tire pressure checks and Phillip was super fast and took the time to explain everything. The tire pressure check is free, so I can't complain. But I would return to this location for all my tire needs. read more

The customer service is superior. They beat the price quote from a competitor on tires for our car. What really sold me on their customer service. There was a customer who only had $50 and they sold her a new tire with mount and balance so she could get home from work. read more

Big thank you and a shout out to Sam for being kind and helpful. He had barely opened and helped check my tire pressure (I just dropped in unannounced, no appointment). He was so polite. Thank you. read more

America tires is such a rip off. I wanted to get a tire change for two fronts. The guy said he couldn't touch it unless he's able to replace all three. Why would you want to replace all three if I need my two front repair easy and simple they're just trying to make money off of you and charge it Hella faces that's why it's getting a one star money hungry companies need to be put out of business read more

Love them here ! They fixed a nail in my tire for free ! I would recommend them to anyone!

I made an appointment days before for Friday at 15:00. Got there at 14:45 always early so walked across the street to Lowe's. Got back at 15:10 car still outside so I checked the app they sent me. It said wouldn't be done till 16:30. I have had trouble in the past with them on Mooney. I did parts over 30 years so I will make sure I let everyone know that they don't care about people or a Veteran. read more

Great service. They take their time to explain tire service. Tires are reasonably priced.

I am moving four hours away. I was in an urgent need for new tires before I made this long drive w my children. I first talk to one of the person whom I forgot his name. He was a very helpful, professional and really informative. I drive a small. He started looking for my tires information and just like Costco, they did not have it. The difference between Costco and America's Tire is that some how, America's Tire wet able to order my four tires and have them ready by tomorrow (Saturday). I was so happy. I want to thanks Joshua, who is the supervisor assistant who I thought he was the store manager. He was so professional, just when I thought he couldn't do more, he worked his magic and I was sold. I was going around looking for good price for all my four tires when Joshua told me the prince of what it was going to be after he was able to have my tires delivered the next day, I made another call to see if I was able to get a better price when he mention something interesting. Joshua mention that if the price is lower, he will give me that same price at America's Tire. I make my call to "Discount Tires & Service Center" . I don't know what they are talking about a "Discount Tire....". They were more expensive than America's Tire by $120 dollars more. Just by that, I made the decision to stay with America's Tire and I was so Glad I went to that place. Thank you to all of you and special thanks is to Joshua for making me feel safe by doing the best he could to have my tires in the perfect condition and on time for me and my family. Long review but I had to give you the details so you'd know how much they really care. I will be taking pictures of my old tires, new tires and updated you all on the day of their service read more

Went In to have air check done Sat in their designated area as per instruction Recognized by two service writer and three techs After 15 mins I inquired if I had to make an appointment and was told they would let someone know I left 5 mins later still no help Apparently if you're not buying tires you're not worth the tìme Even if you have five vehicles you've bought tires from them read more

Well, this started on 9/29/2020 I went into the south Mooney Blvd store with a nail in my tire they said no problem they will fix it. Well, a few minutes after starting on it they notified me that they had destroyed my tire with their machine. They did not have a replacement to put on but they would sell me different set of tires for a really good price. This is now 2/7/2026 I found a nail in my tire so I took it in to get it repaired they told me they would not fix it because a few of my tires only have 2-3 thousand's left on my tires. There is a nail in it. So its ok to drive around with a nail in it. What part of STUPID is this. Well, went down to Les Schwab, they removed it for free. Take a guess where I will go to when I need new tires. DON'T waste your time and money at this business. The 40000-thousand-mile warranty, I had 156000 miles on it in 2020 it now has 178000 on it today. So, 22000 miles later there tires are crap. Enter at your own risk they will upsell you on anything they can think of read more

I usually have nothing but good things to say about this company, and this store in particular. However, I have been sitting in my car waiting for a tire pressure check for 15 minutes without even a nod in my direction. When I finally caught someone's eye, he looked right at me and turned away. When I finally caught his attention he said he would have someone come help me. I am still waiting. The ONLY reason someone ended up helping me is because they needed me to back up my car. I am pretty certain if that wasn't the case, I would still be waiting. Super disappointed in today's experience. Hopefully next time will be better. read more

Luis always gives me great service. I ordered tires for a 5th wheel trailer yesterday and he had them put on at 7:30 this morning. His crew had the trailer ready to go in just over 30 minutes. I was able to leave there before the traffic in the area got bad. I've been taking all of our vehicles there for decades. I wouldn't think of switching at this time. read more

I don't even know where to begin on this one. The ONLY good thing that came out of this event was the fact that my new replacement rim came in a day early and that they offer a Veteran Discount. So I thought it was going to be a great experience. Boy WAS I WRONG! So yesterday I received a phone call from someone and as soon as I answered they hung up. I noticed the number was from Visalia. I thought to myself, the only person that would be calling me from Visalia was the tire shop. I called them back and the person who answered said, "Your tires are in"...... I said, " I should have a rim coming in not tires and I don't expect it till Thurs or Fri." He checked and said it was in early. So I headed out from Hanford to Visalia in a great mood that it was in early. So I arrived at the store and walked out with the rep to my car and proceeded to ask him if they can do a safety check on the other front rim and tire to make sure it was safe to drive on and not also damaged from the potholes and road construction. He said ok, I'll have them check it while they have the car. I thought "awesome". Then I told him that I run my tires at 42psi and if they could make sure they were both set at the same PSI. He said "NO PROBLEM" and annotated it on the work order in BIG LETTERS that even Ray Charles could see it. I waited about 20-30min and was told my car was completed. I said "Thanks" and I was in a good mood because it seemed the whole process was going smoothly and streamlined. I drove off and noticed that the tire pressure was set at 34PSI and the other side that I asked to "Safety Check & set to 42PSI" was not completed as requested. I went straight back and asked for them to correct the tire pressure and to give me the Store Managers Card and the guy had an attitude with me as if now I was inconveniencing them. So here I am letting you all know that this company fails in customer care or satisfaction or our safety. If they did this to me, how many other vehicles are rolling thru there not being inspected properly. This was not the first time I had a problem with them not setting the correct tire pressure as requested. I let it go the first time. And now I'm here to make sure you always check their work if YOU DARE go to them for ANYTHING. THE ONLY REASON I went there this time is because they are the only distributor for the wheel I needed replaced and they don't have a Discount Tire in this area. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT CIRCUS. I cant even call it a Store by the way I was treated and the unprofessionalism I was subjected to. SO....... BEWARE IF YOU DARE entering that Twilight Zone. This is the second rim that I've had to replace from this company. I have been driving on these types of rims and tires my whole life since 1996 and also had a tire and wheel shop in Kansas City. So I know a little something about the Rim and Tire industry. I really hate to leave bad reviews, but this one is definitely warranted. BE SAFE OUT THERE EVERYONE! EVEN YOU GUYS AT AMERICAS TIRE! read more

My whole family has been coming here for tires for years and the last time I was there was Black Friday. One associate try to sell me tires. Like it was such an up sale that I had to say no and leave. I only went in to remove a nail but was quoted for all new tires. Then waited an hour to get the nail removed to only be told it cannot be removed. I went somewhere else and it was done for free. Not only was the nail removable it did not even punch a hole in my tire because the nail was short. I feel lied to. Not honest at all. read more
