If you want to be updated…read moreabout even the basic things, like whether or not you'll be able to pick your vehicle up before the end of the day, go anywhere else probably. We've taken our Wagoneer here three times in the past year (once for routine maintenance and twice for other issues we were having) and they've kept our car overnight all three times. Each time, we've had to call multiple times for updates on what's happening with our car and when we'll be able to get it back. Half the time, nobody even answers the call. We're currently on our third visit, and we're about an hour away from closing time and still have no idea if we can pick our car up today or if they'll need to keep it for a second night. Yesterday, my husband called to get an update on his way home from work. They put him on hold, and after a few minutes of no one picking up the call, he decided to just drive there. 19 minutes later he walked into the service department STILL ON HOLD! I understand problems aren't always easy to identify, especially with Jeeps, and parts aren't always in stock, but I don't think they realize how frustrating it is to not know what is happening with your vehicle for days at a time. I have three kids in school and activities and when we have to put all of our plans on hold to let our car sit in the shop, it would be nice to get an occasional phone call from the service department to let us know what is going on and how long they think they'll have our vehicle for so that we can make other arrangements for transportation. As convenient as it is to have this service department close by, I think we'll be going to Fresno or Clovis the next time we need work done.

They arrived at a dirt road, which I drove on with my Mercedes, and said it was too rough for their trucks so abandoned the call and didn't tell me. I called then they told me and when I expressed I was going to report them to Triple A for not informing me they hung up on me.
