I was on my way to a wedding when my truck died on the side of the freeway. I called a local shop that promised to have a tow truck coming my way within a few hours. Essentially, they had called me back three hours later to let me know that they no longer had tow trucks available. I was in town from Los Angeles, by the time they had called, I had already left my truck unattended with the keys inside (as instructed as they were going to be there very quickly). I was already at the wedding by the time they had told me they were unable to send a tow, and CHP had already flagged my car to be towed for being on the side of the freeway for more than four hours. Joel really was the light of my weekend. He towed my truck safely, with all of my belongings to the mechanic shop I had previously scheduled an appointment at for the next morning. He called me when he reached the shop, and even let me speak to the mechanic to ease my worries. He gave me an awesome deal, and really was such a pleasure, he was polite, reassuring, and very professional. Thank you, Joel, for helping me out in my crappy situation, I truly, TRULY, appreciate it.
